I booked here for one night after receiving warning of a severe windstorm - our house was destroyed during the 2024 bomb cyclone, we're home again now and lucky to be alive, but I promised myself we would never be put in that situation again - and I booked last minute. What can I say, PTSD is very real. When I called to book I mentioned we were local and explained our situation, and they gave us a good neighbor discount which was amazing. We packed up our kids and cats (yes! 2 Bengals) and headed over. We were warmly welcomed by April (? I believe that was her name) who went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. The kids enjoyed a swim and the cats made themselves right at home (we have a portable litter box for those who are wondering). We all cozied up and watched movies, listening to the wind and loving that there were no large trees within striking distance. The continental breakfast at Hampton Inn is always great and the fresh baked cookies in the evening are a huge bonus. I've only stayed here twice, both in emergency-type situations, and I'm so grateful for them and their hospitality. I hope we can find a sense of safety again, and that we don't always have to escape here, but until then I'm so grateful Hampton Inn & Suites are available when we need them. Thank you! read more

We had a wonderful seven-night stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Seattle/Redmond during the ECNL Playoffs. April, the Sales Manager, was amazing to work with and helped us reserve a meeting room for our soccer team's film review sessions. The room and A/V setup worked perfectly and gave the team a great space to prepare for their matches. Avi, Hannah, and Alex at the front desk were also incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. The hotel's location was very convenient and close to Sixty Acres Park, where the tournament was being held. We had a great experience and will definitely plan to stay here again when we return to the area for soccer. read more

They have a very good breakfast and a reception with food and drinks in Tuesdays. We spent 10 days at this hotel during the holidays, in two rooms, and it was a nice experience. The rooms were nothing special, but they were clean, had outlets and the AC worked, which is a plus. There were a couple room design issues. First, there were NO drawers to store your clothes. They had 3 mesh baskets in a cabinet instead. If I am staying for more than a day, I would like drawers. Second, the sliding door to the bathroom doubled as a door to the closet. So if you were looking in the closet, the bathroom was blocked off, or vice versa, very strange. Very nice hotel!! My stay here for my birthday weekend in April 2023 was super relaxing, clean, & cozy! We stayed in the Executive King Room & it was very clean & modern. Super cozy, had plenty of outlets and seating. Has a desk/vanity with a mirror and chair. Has a mini fridge and some drawers to put clothes in. Small coat closet when walking in. Perfect for luggage. Big bathroom and plenty of space. Just wish there was more holders in the shower for shampoo & conditioners. Check in was at 3pm for us. 7-10 breakfast 6-12 Gym 8-10 pool & hot tub The halls were clean and not dirty. Good lighting. Breakfast area was super nice and plenty of room. Very yummy, lots of options. (waffles, toast, cereal, eggs, biscuits, bagels, muffins, oatmeal, etc.) The pool & hot tub was very relaxing. Clean. Lots of room to lounge out. Plenty of parking in the parking lot. Felt very safe. The only down to this trip was the noise. Couldn't sleep in as the guests & workers were very loud doing house keeping and the doors keep opening and shutting very loudly next to us. But, Overall would stay here again 1000%!! read more

We came to town to see a hockey game and had a few days on either side of it so we decided to avoid downtown and stay in the 'burbs. This was a good pick. I don't think I would have picked it as I stick to another named brand but this one was good. In the past my only experience with Hampton Inn's was (it's hotter than H--- and I need to find a place nearby my home with a/c). Ah, before the days of central air. But I digress. This is the lower end of the Hilton properties but it didn't really feel like it. It was shortly after the new year and there were a few holiday travelers about but not too many it wasn't extremely overrun for which I was grateful. We were positioned on the far end of the hotel which was kind of ideal as were were just steps from our vehicle. This made the inevitable, I forgot something in the car not a huge ordeal. I normally select a high floor and farther from the side door but this worked out well. The interior of a the suite was well done and quite tasteful. I would have rethought the chartreuse couch had it been my space but it definitely worked here. There was a nice wet bar as you came in the door which was perfect to set up all the snacks and various accoutrements that you can bring when traveling via auto. We mostly ate in during this four day trip. We went to a nearby Thai restaurant and liked it so well a couple of days later we got take out from the same place. I brought oatmeal and my hotpot so we didn't have to go to breakfast unless we wanted to. We did go on our last day there and it was about what you would expect from a budget hotel but still fine. I was glad I had brought my staples with me. The bed was pretty comfortable and the shower and bathroom area was just fine. The one exception was the odd placement of the toilet paper roller so that you couldn't open the door all the way. About six inches another way would have solved that problem. One of the nice additions was the large windows (they didn't open on the ground floor--that was a bit of a relief) but it was nice as there were trees and other greenery to look at. I loved the draperies which were hung a large distance above the window giving it a elegant feel. We went to the pool daily and this was nice. It had a small pool and hot tub which appeared to be well cared for. Most of the time we were the only ones in the pool. Once in a while we would see people in the gym next door but overall the hotel wasn't full most of our stay. As far as convenience, we walked across the parking lot to go to a Target for anything we forgot and we were less than a mile from the nearest Costco so we made a quick stop in there as well. If I'm up in the neighborhood again. I will definitely look to stay here again. It felt nicer than most budget hotels. read more

We were having our floors refinished so had to clear out of our house for a few days. "We" included two small dogs. I'm a Hilton Honors member so usually check their places first. This Hampton Inn is near our home and pet friendly so I booked three nights. I messaged the hotel ahead of time to double-check that they would have a pet friendly room for us. When we arrived all was well. We had to initial pet-specific rules, but they were all reasonable. We had a nice sized room with fridge, important for the dog food! The hotel was quiet, so our dogs had little to fuss about. The slept quietly in their crates all night! Hotel had a convenient area to walk the dogs, and waste bags in two locations. The people accommodations were great too. Good breakfasts, nothing fancy but good selection. We checked out after three nights and went home and immediately knew we could not return, fumes still too strong. I messaged the hotel and Fransisco replied saying we were welcome to return and keep our previous room but they had not cleaned it yet. I said that's fine, we were glad to be able to go right back. When we got there we found they HAD cleaned the room. One more night and we were able to go back home. We really appreciated the extra consideration that enabled us to take that extra night we needed. read more

Frustrating. It would typically be awesome to be walking distance from Target and public transportation into Seattle. Puget Sound is Puget Sound and this location would normally afford the opportunity for an incredible tourist trip or a few hours off from business travel. Expense report stuff is up to you. This is not that place. There is so much hostility in downtown Redmond and apparently Seattle that you'd literally think Mount St. Helen's next eruption would be through the people instead of the mountain. Hampton Inns have never been known for their calm and helpful attitudes. And no amount of Hilton Diamond membership helps. In fact, sometimes I think I'd wish to book using Orbitz or something instead of direct, simply to hide my Diamond membership. Nonetheless and undeterred, I was thwarted at having a decent meal at a local restaurant. Somehow everyone knew I was a Diamond member and decided that I should be using a microwave that I may or may not have had in my room at the HGI. Came here with another family for a short staycation. We would come back. It had everything we were looking for, but the inconvenience was the lack of enough basic room amenities like towels, etc. Pros: -good temperature pool, albeit small, with plenty of seating around -hot tub -buffet breakfast that offered way more than expected -clean rooms and nice bathrooms -connecting rooms were perfect for our two families Cons: -bathrooms aren't stocked with enough of anything for a family, especially since they don't come to clean the rooms everyday -tv had only a handful of basic channels -took over an hour for housekeeping to deliver items to our room -pool didn't have enough towels -check in was a long process so if there's a line, you'll be waiting -internet is only free if you sign up for a rewards program - there is no "complimentary link" the instructions say there is read more

This Hampton Inn is a gem in a wild west of expensive and flashy hotels in the Seattle / East Side area. The Hampton Inn provides an excellent genesis between price (relatively inexpensive) and amenities (free breakfast, pool, spa, etc). The beds in this hotel were comfortable, and the rooms were updated and well equipped. My only complaints were that the jets of the spa were out of order (things happen) and my shower head was a little wonky spraying water sideways against the wall. Honestly, this has been the worst experience I've had at a hotel. I stayed one single night, and then checked in for 4 nights a few days later. The first night went okay, except the room was poorly cleaned and had hair all over the bathroom. The toilet lid was half off and I had to pop it back on manually. The receptionist who checked us in at night was amazing. He gave me a handout with a list of all the hotel amenities, check out times, wifi access, etc. He apologized for the rooms being across from each other and not next to each other, which was sweet. He worked almost every night I was there and he was so kind and informative every time. The day before our second check in, I received a voicemail requesting I call and confirm my reservation for the next day. I called 3 times and each time the receptionist kept hanging up on me, and then put me on hold for 5 minutes. Finally when I confirmed my reservation, I requested the third floor which I was told was "do-able" since I booked two king rooms and those are "Easier" to reserve. When I arrived, the receptionist Punam was extremely rude to me. She was so dismissive and did not apologize for putting me on the first floor. On top of that, the two rooms I booked were nowhere near each other. She did not explain any amenities to the hotel. Did not tell me the room number. Did not tell me or apologize that the rooms were so distance from one another. She just handed over the key cards and dismissed me. I felt so uncomfortable and unimportant when I checked in this second time around. Each time I saw her after that she never greeted me or made me feel welcomed. The first floor was, as I thought, very noisy. You can hear the people above you walking and rolling their suitcases around at all hours of the day or night. During the third night, my room was not even cleaned. I asked the housekeeper directly if she could and she agreed, yet I came back to an uncleaned room. I tried to call the front desk and housekeeping for towels, and no one responded. Either their outdated phone was not working, or they were ignoring my call. I went to the front desk and they told me they were out of towels, but they were in the dryer and they would bring them to my room in 15 minutes. They never did. It's funny how their motto is 100% satisfaction guaranteed but I didn't get any of that type of service. This was the worst experience I've had at a hotel and I'll never stay at a Hampton again. read more

Front desk personal were warm and friendly, the personal products are great, and that's where my positive review ends. Mattress was terrible, bottom sheet was on inside out and didn't fit, so kept coming off. Towels were extremely gray and worn - should have been thrown out months ago. Housekeep terrible - first day they never showed up - second and third day only replaced towels and made bed - did not wipe down counters or mirror. Last night we found they had left only one clean washcloth. Will not be staying at a Hampton Inn anytime soon. Or ever. read more

I have stayed at other Hampton Inns but this was the first time I have been to a Hilton property since COVID. I was very impressed to the steps they are implementing because of COVID. My room was exceptionally clean and I felt safe staying here. They allow you to have contactless check in and check out through their app, which I utilized but since I wanted extra key cards I still needed to go to front desk. We had a good few night sleep in room 202 and did not hear our neighbors if there were any. We were very far from the elevator so used the end stairs. The place was not very crowded, so I was able to keep properly distanced and everyone was wearing masks in the hallways and lobby. The staff were are polite and helpful. The parking was plentiful, they had a large lot and were next to a Kohl's and Target so tons of parking all free. I noticed they had Avis agent in the location. I also noted they had 4 electric car charging stations. We never tried the breakfast but the front desk guy told us it was mostly packaged grab and go. Hopefully things will get back to normal someday so I can make some waffles again. read more

It's nice to walk into a hotel and immediately get a good feeling. The room was very fresh, very clean, looked new and nice. The king bed was pretty comfy, and the bathroom was very nice: clean and well-stocked. It had about the biggest TV I've ever seen in a hotel room, but the way it was set up there wasn't any really good way to watch it. Also could have used a second chair for the small table; we'll request one for our next stay. Everyone we talked to was friendly and efficient, no complaints there. Didn't try the breakfast, but it looked pretty good. Since we went in the off-season the price was pretty decent, and we will probably stay here again when we're in town. read more

The experience with this property was positive from online booking to final check out. Room was clean, comfortable, updated and good size. All staff i encountered were friendly and I especially had a positive experience with the Day time clerk (my fault not getting her name) She was full of energy and you could tell she cared and loved her job, you can't help but be in a good mood after engaging with her. Wouldn't recommend. My partner and I need to beg them to clean your room. For the several days I need to ask and remind them more than 10 times a day. Their housekeepers have a lot of attitude and zero manners. They were teaching me that I need to put the garbage in the garbage container and they will not vacuum the floor, I need to pick up the cereal and the ducts from the floor myself!!!Seriously?! Why to h.. I pay? I don't know who is the manager of this place, but dirty rooms and rude and lazy housekeepers who don't do their job properly are not acceptable. We really liked the place at first, good breakfast (though the close it the second the clock hits time), comfortable room, clean. Unfortunately, the parking lot was too small and hard to find a spot, the pool had very little shallow end for kids (shouldn't the whole thing be for kids, really?), the hot tub was closed (though that didn't stop one guest), and when we accidentally left a bag in the room it took an hour on the phone and a threat to report it as stolen before it was suddenly "found." So watch your stuff, I guess? Oh and the wifi was really confusing. The first front desk person we met was a bit... invasive. Too chatty? I'm not sure. Rooms are clean and breakfast is not to bad one thing I really like is the fact they accommodate service dogs and that's a wonderful Perk. Only complaint is the walls are very thin and you will hear people walking over head and doors slamming so of your a light sleeper probably not your place. read more

Moved to town to take a new job. Being a Hilton Honors member, I found this Hampton. Eight nights total, seven of which were GREAT! A quiet Thanksgiving Holiday week, until my last night (Saturday) which was filled with some team of teenagers, running up and down the halls, banging on walls and floors and crank calling rooms. I did notify the front desk, but it didn't settle down until after midnight and began again at 7am. They need security to walk the halls and keep the peace. I specifically ask for a top floor, quiet room because I'm a light sleeper. Put all the noisy kids down on first floor by the pool. Not on top floor where people are trying to get peace and quiet! On a positive note, Donna and the gals at the front desk made our stay very pleasant. Saving cookies for us when we were out house hunting, and letting us sneek some milk at night with our cookies . They were helpful and very friendly! Minus Donna and the friendly staff, with last night experience, I'd give 2-3 stars. I stayed here for a night by myself during the COVID Pandemic as a respite night from constant parenting. The hotel has made efforts to maintain all amenities during the pandemic while restrictions are in place. The room was typical. Small but with all the basics you'd expect in this kind of room. Spacious bathroom with shower (no tub). The pool was open when I visited - guests could book 1 hour for private use. There is a small concession at the front entrance with laundry detergent snacks, drinks, and even some basic meals (cup noodles) for travellers. Laundry facilities are also on site. Breakfast was self-served, individually wrapped items. Coffee was available. Also self-serve. I arrived about 10 minutes after breakfast had started and most things had been picked over.... but I returned an hour later and there was more selection. The building is locked and must be accessed with a key-card. Arriving guests must be buzzed in by front desk staff. This is a relatively busy area with Target and Kohls closeby and not too far from the freeway - but some nice parks are just a short walk away. I didn't find the staff particularly professional and had a few hiccups with booking. When I checked out the clerk told me "Oh I just got yelled at and I wasn't thinking when I did this." I get it that mistakes happen, I don't need to know that you're in a bad mood. Now Booking: My husband and I bought a gift card for this visit from a fundraiser. I happen to know that the gift card was donated by an employee of the hotel - so it was not a fake! It read "Bookings must been made by the hotel directly." So I called to make a booking. The person I talked to was incredibly sarcastic and unhelpful - she told me "I have no idea how to make a booking using a gift card." But then went on to say "We have no idea if you ACTUALLY have a gift card. You need to make the booking online, pay for it, bring us the gift card, and then you'll be reimbursed for it." So I was basically accused of faking a gift card.... hmmmm..... surely there was a more professional way to deal with this? I arrived for my booking and presented the gift card and was met with "WHERE Did you get THIS???" Well.... maybe they don't have a lot of gift cards but this person could have possibly been a little less confrontational about it. She then implied that the card was expired and politely explained that it read "Expires 1 year from....." She dismissed my comment and cut me off and said "Yeah, yeah yeah.... it HAS to say..... (read it again) ohh.... I see." Again, really not the most professional way to handle things. I later found out that this person was a manager at the hotel. There was nothing wrong with the facility but we likely won't be back because the staff were lacking in customer service. There are much better places in our area to stay. read more

My wife and I stayed here for a quick two night getaway from BC. We had an excellent experience checking in as the two girls working the front desk were pleasant, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I can't remember their names. I guess they had a bunch of rooms available as they even asked us what floor we would prefer. We got a room on the top floor facing the street. If I were to do it again, I would ask to face the parking lot as it's quieter and gets nice afternoon sun. But no big deal since we weren't in the room much anyway. The room was clean and spacious enough. In addition to the comfortable bed they had a really comfortable chair that allows you to kick your feet up to watch the TV. Obviously there were some water issues as the ceiling had a bunch of water stains... not good if it's a new hotel! Breakfast was adequate with a selection of hot items ie eggs, potatoes, bacon. Toast, waffles cereal and fruit as well. We used the hot tub both nights which was a bonus. Didn't use the gym but it looked pretty decent from what I saw. It goes without saying, but this location definitely requires a car to get in and out of Seattle and around town. There are some walkable places like Fred Myer and Target, the latter which is literally across the street. We also stumbled across Cleveland Street in Redmond which seems like their main street area. It's worth checking out if you have nothing to do. Overall, nice place to stay but only if the price was right. I think I paid about $90USD per night for the beginning of May. read more

The GM and Sales Manager deleted our reservations and room block for 130 soccer families traveling for Crossfire. They decided it would be a "good business" deal to give our rooms to another club that offered to pay more for their rooms than what the Sales Manager offered our club. We had a contract! I am a fan of the Hilton hotels and this is a great Hampton Inn. I was here for a week on business. I did learn from other reviews to ask for a room facing the parking lot for a quieter (no street noise) room. Rooms have fridges and microwaves and the hotel is a very short walk to a Target and grocery store. Every Hampton employee I encountered was very pleasant and helpful. One bit of constructive feedback would be to work on the Happy Hour snacks, they were not very appetizing. Should I return to the area I will no doubt stay here again! read more

We called ahead to make sure the jacuzzi was working, and the person we spoke with said "of course the jacuzzi is working we are a brand new hotel. This is important to me, I recently had back fusion and sitting on a plane makes my back tighten up and causes a lot of pain. We booked and figured everything would be fine. #1 We arrive and ask what time is the jacuzzi open until, that is when we are told it doesn't work. Strike 1 Next the very cheaply made hotel, meaning you can hear everything above, next to, below and every truck using their gears to slow them down coming off the freeway (jake braking) keeps you up all night. The first time I heard it I was just nodding off and it sounded like the simi was coming through window. The front desk moved us with no problem, well the only problem is that it was closer to the elevator and you can hear everyone and their kids running down the hall as well as the elevator making the beeping noise it makes all night long Strike 2 Coffee pots are very cheap and they don't keep the coffee hot very long at all. If you are going to have coffee for your customers out all day long you will want to make sure that it stays hot. Strike 3 There are much better places to stay in Redmond. Yes this place is cheap! With good reason. If you can sleep like a rock, no matter what is happening around you, then by all means stay here. Hampton Inn should not say they have a jacuzzi if they in fact DO NOT! Also the pool they had inside was freezing, not heated at all. read more

This is not a luxury hotel but everything is clean and nearly brand new. Parking is free and breakfast is included. Some of the rooms (like mine) are very far away from the elevator and we didn't get housekeeping but the rooms are big and I was generally pleased with our stay. The location is about 15-30 minutes from every place you'd want to go in Seattle. read more

The building is brand new so you can beat that everything is nice and amazing clean. ALL the stuff is fabulously helpful and amazing friendly. My boyfriend and I made a reservation a night we were going to a concert and informed the hotel that we wouldn't be coming in till very late. The concert got out at 2:00 in the morning and we got offered to stay at a friends so we went ahead and decided to call and cancel the reservation. We recognize the fact that we did not cancel with in the 24 hour time frame however, the employee over the phone reassured us that they will definitely handle the situation and made sure we knew that we would not be charged for the room or have any sort of cancellation fee. My boyfriend ended up getting charged for the room and when we went to explain this (over the phone), it was said that the hotel had no recollection of ever getting a phone call for the cancellation. I decided to go in physically and show them the call log showing that we did in fact call...They then decided to actually check and told us that the person we did talk to was a new employee and had no authorization to cancel the reservation let alone answer the phone. Again, not dismissing the fact that we did miss the time frame of cancellation. We were told otherwise that this would not be a problem. The way it was dealt with was very unsettling and there was no sign of them being apologetic or them trying to correct the situation. With this said, I am very aggravated by the way they handled everything. They did not honor what the employee told us over the phone or at least show any form of apology about the inconvenience. Overall, the customer service we got was horrible and I definitely will not consider staying at this hotel next time. read more

We stayed here last year also while attending a concert at Marymoor Park. The desk clerk was getting off work and said he would take us to the Park. He dropped us off right at the line to get in. This year we asked if we could get a shuttle to the park. The desk clerk said yes and asked someone to take us. It was at 5:00pm. When he took us explained that they stopped shuttling at 5:00, that it was only a mile from hotel and that policy is to only shuttle for corporate people. He dropped us off a a trail head and we didn't know where we were. We ended up having to walk a trail for about 2 miles in the heat to get to concert area. If they would have told us all this at the desk, we would have gotten an Uber in the first place. Other than that it's a very nice hotel with a nice breakfast and nice rooms. read more

This hotel is brand new, it just opened back in April 2017. The room is super spacious, with a big screen TV, a pulled up bed/couch, and we also have a microwave and mini refrigerator. The closet is good size, and the shower is very roomy as well. Because this hotel is brand new, everything is very clean, and the staff are friendly as well. The gentleman who checked me in around 4:30pm on Friday night was very rude. I had left for a quick errand and had to leave my service animal behind because it would have been way to hot to leave her in the car. I understand that they were not okay with that because she barked while I was gone. When I got back the hotel clerk had locked out our room keys so he could confront us about my dog. I apologized and said it would happen again but for my entire stay I received dirty looks from him the entire time. Then the following night, I receive a phone call saying they were getting complaints about smoking smells coming from my area. I do not smoke and let the person on the phone know that. I don't know if the man was racist and just assumed it was us but it wasn't. Anyways I check out of the hotel and I receive my receipt in my email for a 150$ smoking charge on my bill. So I felt harassed the entire stay. I work at a shipyard and work 60 plus hours a week and just wanted to go stay in a comfy hotel for two nights to relax but instead I was just made felt unwanted the entire time I was their. I usually always stay at Hilton's and hampton inns because of the amazing service I usually receive and I love the rewards program. But I can't imagine ever going back, I have never been treated so poorly by a business. read more

This is a 5 star version of a 3 star hotel. Nothing fancy, but it was clean and new. There was a fridge and a microwave. It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Polite staff. read more

Great place to stay for business. The staff was extremely hospitable during check in and my entire stay. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Everything in the room worked including the internet, TV, frig, hair dyer and iron. Ed the Shuttle Bus driver was great. Good friendly driver and got me to my meetings on time. I really liked that the breakfast was a little bit different each morning and the afternoon happy hour was nice. I walked to shopping and took a short Lyft ride to dinning. I plan on staying here again. read more
