My family and I stopped here on our drive from Moab back to Los Angeles. I booked it as a simple place to sleep for the night and did not expect much. That changed the moment I walked in. I was greeted by some of the nicest people I have ever met. They could tell we were tired from the road and treated us with real kindness. Our room was ready, and they handed us water, snacks, and warm fresh cookies. What kind of silliness was this. Awesome!!!! The room was well equipped with a fridge, microwave, and a bright, clean bathroom. You can tell they recently renovated because everything looked fresh and updated. I went back downstairs to ask about the chargers on the side of the building and how much they cost. They told me it was complimentary. No cost at all. I plugged in at 40 percent and woke up to a full charge at 100 percent. That alone made my morning. Breakfast the next day was another pleasant surprise. The ladies running the breakfast area were so nice, even when my daughter got a little too excited with the sprinkles for her waffle. They even had a sign saying they could adjust food for dietary needs. The whole setup was clean and welcoming. They also have a great little snack shop, and again the front desk staff stood out. I cannot stress this enough. These were some of the nicest people I have ever met at a hotel. Even though it was just an overnight stay, I really enjoyed it. We stayed here on a Monday night on our way to S California. It is located just off the 15 south of the main part of St. George. The property looks very nice from the outside, with plenty of free parking. Very quiet. Ashley checked us in, and she was very nice. She even gave us information on local restaurants. We asked for an upper floor, and she put us on the 4th of 5 and we were happy. The room was clean and spacious, with two queen beds, a microwave, mini fridge, and hair dryer. There were plenty of towels. The TV and AC worked well. There was a walk-in shower with sliding glass doors. The sink counter space was plentiful. What I didn't like: low water pressure in the shower, a bathroom fan that did not work, uncomfortable beds, electrical outlets that allowed the plug to slide out, making it difficult to charge devices, and worst of all, water that had a faint smell of raw sewage. The complimentary breakfast was your standard fare, with the scrambled eggs being a little watery and the sausage patties lacking any browning and rubbery. The OJ and coffee were good. My wife mentioned the water smell and the bathroom fan not working. Though nice, the female clerk that checked us out didn't seem too bad concerned, which was a bit disappointing. The room and hotel were overall very nice, and the rate for this trip was a great value. However, the water smell might keep us from returning. My wife, especially, was not comfortable showering and brushing her teeth for fear of contamination. read more

This night was unexpected and fun for my husband and I. We enjoyed bonding and spending time together even if is over the road. We were greeted upon arrival. Although it was a last minute check in we still got the room we wanted. The price was the price lol. It was clean, well lit and neatly decorated. He snacks wet stocked and plentiful. They had jus made fresh coffee. Our room was nice and I was just ready for bed. All that riding from California heading back to Colorado. We enjoyed our stay here! It was worth the money for sure. It was clean and welcoming. They provide hotel shampoo, conditioner, stuff to remove your makeup, and other toiletry needs. The beds were comfortable and they had AC and heat. The room also included a mini fridge, a microwave, a TV, and a desk area for doing work. The view was beautiful as well! The staff was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast also came with the stay. The breakfast was good. The hotel had an indoor pool and on-site laundry. My only complaint is that the parking is too small. My mom and I stayed at Hampton Inn from 8/13/22 to 8/14/22 during our little 'end of summer' trip in Utah. This is a newer hotel that was constructed and opened not too long ago. My parents are HHonors members (silver) so we chose to stay here. I was in room 321 and my mom was in room 323 (which had a connecting door). My room was a handicapped room, but it didn't matter since we were only staying there for a day. Our rooms faced a desert lot that will be the future site of a Smith's Marketplace. Pros: +Next door to Chevron/Terrible's +Easy access off the I-15 freeway +AMAZING mountain view +Refrigerator in the room +Microwave in the room +Coffee machine in the room +Comfortable bed +USB ports +Toiletries include shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and facial bar +Free continental breakfast Cons: -Loud, freezing AC. Every time it turned on it sounded like a plane taking off, so I just kept it off One thing they do to leftover toiletries is instead of throwing them out, they sterilize and repackage them before they are sent off to disaster relief and impoverished areas. I'm updating my review because Hampton Inn went above and beyond for us. We stayed here back in November 2024 where we had plans for a little getaway in St. George with our two year old. We only got to stay for an hour at the hotel because we suddenly had a family emergency where we had to immediately pack up our things and head back to LV. The lady at the front desk tried to modify or cancel our reservation but couldn't because we initially booked it for two nights. She then advised me to call Hilton's customer service when we got back to LV. While we were nearly almost to LV, my husband realized he accidentally left his wedding ring in the room we stayed at. My husband called the front desk again who confirmed with us that they did have his ring and that they would mail it back to us. When I later tried to call customer service to cancel due to the family emergency, the agent was unable to do so and then told me to call back the front desk at Hampton Inn the next day to see if they can cancel it. He also advised there might be a chance that I have to pay for one night which I was fine with. When I called the front desk again the next day, I was able to speak to the front desk manager and told her our situation. She was very sincere and was more than happy to cancel our reservation with no charge at all. She told me that because we only stayed for an hour that there was no need to pay for one night of the stay. She also confirmed again with me that they do have my husband's wedding ring and ensured that they will mail it back to us (which we did receive through fedex a few days later and I was so relieved). Hampton Inn really impressed us with the phenomenal service we received here. With the friendly staff and clean rooms, we will continue to stay here whenever we're in town. My husband and I stayed here for two nights for our hiking & cycling getaway at Mt. Zion. Out of all the hotels we stayed at in St. George, this will be our #1 choice due to its cleanliness, free breakfast, and location (it is only about 50 minutes away from Mt. Zion). We used the Hilton app to check into our room on the first night. Currently, housekeeping is only provided upon request, which we were able to reserve the night we checked in. We stayed in one of the King Studio Suites and were thoroughly impressed with the modern decor and spaciousness. I loved that we had a bar area with an extra sink for us to separate out our food/drinks from the rest of our luggage. Our room also came with a fridge and microwave. It was perfect for storing our frozen food and juices. We also found the bed comfortable, though the pillows were too soft for us (that is usually the case at most hotels for us). The free breakfast was also pretty good. You get your standard breakfast items like oatmeal, waffles, cereal, eggs, and sausages. There is also a station for three levels of hot coffee or hot water for tea. If you are used to the typical Hampton Inn continental breakfast, this particular location does not disappoint. read more

They say "if you build it, they will come." I'm guessing that's what Hampton Inn is hoping for, since they built this gorgeous property in a fairly remote part of town. There's a convenience store located next door, but other than that, it's pretty barren. The hotel is new, well maintained and clean. The staff is friendly-we stayed for multiple days and the front desk staff recognized us and greeted us as we came and went. Mask rules are enforced and breakfast is still served, just not traditional buffet style. You tell one of the staff members what you'd like and they gather it all for you. Dining area is open. I dropped a star simply because there is no hot tub. There is a lovely indoor and an outdoor pool-both are very small, but clean. At the end of a long day, it would be nice to sit in a hot tub. This is a property my family would definitely return to. Looking forward to seeing what else gets built nearby...hopefully some good restaurants. read more

We stayed at the Hampton when I competed in the PPA Red Rock Pickleball tournament....they did great. Check in was a breeze and the staff was very friendly. Our room had two queens, a sofa bed and was very spacious. The bathrooms were immaculately clean. The water pressure and hot water was flawless. This is a big deal for me when I travel. lol The furniture felt new and had a clean, basic contemporary feel. The TV worked with no issues and overall the room was great for us. We especially appreciated the fridge that kept out waters cold for the next day competition. The morning breakfast was great with eggs, potatoes and sausage patties to officially make it a hot breakfast. I loved the 3 juice selection, especially the cranberry juice. The coffee was fresh which I really appreciated. There was plenty of seating for the guests. 40+ capacity it appeared. The fitness room had all new equipment and was clean. All the treadmills were working and there was plenty of machines to get your on the road workout on. This Hampton Inn is a newer building and it showed. The staff did a great job of keeping it clean and we'll definitely be looking here first when my next pickleball tournament in St. George comes up. Enjoy! read more

I come really frequently to St. George for Conventions, but this has by far been the best hotel I've ever stayed in my many years visiting St. George. I cannot stress enough how much I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was super friendly and so helpful when my clueless husband struggled to check in. The hotel and our room was beautiful. It was clean, modern, and I loved the showers. Now, usually I don't enjoy hotel breakfast. Although the selection wasn't huge, all the food that was offered was yummy. I loved the omelets they had!!! During our move from California to Illinois, we were in a vehicle accident which led us to stay a few nights in St George, Utah. Our tow truck driver recommended this hotel to us so we stayed here for a few nights. Despite the circumstances we were in, this hotel was well worth our stay. The staff was wonderful, breakfast was delicious, and our room was clean. The location of the hotel is in a safe area and is away from all the noise so we were able to sleep peacefully. When we arrived the lady was awesome. The rooms were amazing and the breakfast was on point. What made me give 3 star, was the man who worked late night Saturday September 21. We are from Vegas. We stayed at my brother's and partied for his birthday. My sister, her husband and I came back to the room and I left my door key with my oldest son. They are already sleeping in the room because us adults were partying. So I go down stairs and ask the front desk did he see a woman who looks like me go upstairs? He looks and me and said with a smart response " am I supposed to keep up with ur parent?! So I calmly walked out side to see if she left again in the car and I seen her truck was parked the other side of the building. So I walked around the the building and I said forget it I'm just going to ask for the key. As I walked in the second door didn't open . I looked up and the paper on the door said closed for 15 mins. So I have anxiety and the first thing I panic about is my kids are upstairs sleeping . I started crying and he grabs the paper off the door and open the main door and he is laughing. So I said why was the door locked ? He said for his safety... Safety from what?! He answers his safety. I started crying cause I panicked and with a serk on his face he said can I help u. After the day I had with Utah and how that state made my kids feel uncomfortable I told him, yes you can do your job and please give me another key my kids are upstairs sleeping and your just playing games telling me he seen me on the camera walking around the building. Since he didn't answer me when I asked did he see a women who looked like me go upstairs and you answered me with a smart response now I'm getting out my character and im already crying and panicking so now I'm pissed because if u seen me walking the building after I asked did u see somebody that does not mean lock the door for your safety. Because if I was going to do something, it would already have been done. So he gives me a copy of the room key and said would u like anything else, I swear if I was the old me, that place would not be standing no more. But since I have a family member who works there, I left it alone. I told myself I will help them and tell it like it is . They got 2 stars because of her. The ladies are amazing but that guy needs to change his attitude cause he will run into an ignorant person and that person would do something to him. My kids are mixed and even they felt some type of way about that place. Kid was making waffles and right when he sat down the lady in the kitchen asked him where was the other tongs at cause there is only one. There should have been 2 of them there. My son said I used that one and he pointed to the one that was there. Then she said out loud has anyone seen the other tongs that was up here , there was 2 ... Then she asked the worker who was sitting in the lobby and he said no he didn't see it . My son said does she think I took it?! I said no son she asked cause I was the last one up there using it. And he said yeah and everyone else who has a waffle used it too... I never thought I had to have that talk with my kids but after that weekend here in Utah, I told my kids don't ever feel ashamed about ur skin color. Be proud of what u are. I go to St George on vacations mostly to stay at this property. It actually feels like a five-star hotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable, quiet, and very accommodating. I have stayed at this property in 2018, 2019 and in 2020. The hotel did a great job handling the coronavirus pandemic very well. The rooms are beautiful and clean; the beds are just simply incredible. You can definitely feel the Hilton touch at the Hampton Inn. During my most recent stay, I used the spa and fire pit and it was beautiful and relaxing as always. It is really nice going each year, and seeing a lot of the employees are still working there (Gabby, manager John, Cora) and doing a great job. They are very hospitable and are good at making guests feel like royalty. I plan to go back for more relaxing vacations. read more

This brand spanking new hotel is way too good for its location! How St. George landed a Hampton Inn as gorgeous as this is beyond me. The hotel is located in what's now a boring area with nothing around it. Sprawl is imminent but if you want to go out to eat or get gas, you'll have to drive the 8 minutes or so into St. George proper. The hotel just opened recently so it looks and still smells new. The staff was a little clunky but I'm sure they're still learning the ropes. There's plenty of free parking too, and the common areas are beautiful and modern. There's a very small yet functional gym, a business center with two computers and a printer that are all free to use, and a little indoor / outdoor swimming pool that was a hit with all the kid guests. The lobby has a small pantry with various snacks, drinks and sundries if you're in a pinch. My room was a good size, sparkling clean, and brand new. The bed was comfortable and the shower large. The air conditioning worked great and kept me cool all night. A free breakfast buffet was provided in my room rate but I slept in and didn't get to take advantage. One pet peeve is that the hotel has clearly designated VIP parking spots for HHonors Diamond members (like me). I returned very late to the property after a concert and it would've been nice to be able to park close in a well-lit area and use my very hard-earned benefits, but the hotel did nothing to distinguish a true Diamond member from the general public. I chose this hotel based on all the great reviews here. My family and I were really looking forward to a mini weekend getaway in St George. The hotel is very clean and new, it looks great! We were so happy and excited for our stay. One front desk employee changed all that. The woman at the front desk was so rude, we didn't feel comfortable staying there and switched hotels. Unwelcoming is the best word I can use to describe her. I don't know if she hates her job in hospitality or just personally disliked my family, or was just having a bad day. Who knows, but the experience of interacting with her was so unbelievably bad. I've dealt with mildly rude front desk before, but nothing like her. I actually felt like she didn't want us to stay there because I had children. So anytime I don't feel 100% safe for my family in anyway. That's a red flag. So it was a little hassle to find another place immediately, but customer service was very helpful and found us another hotel fast. So the trip wasn't ruined. But overall based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend staying here, unless you get lucky and catch her on a good day. read more

Clean comfortable room with wonderfully firm mattress. Not too firm but not a sink in and hard to get out type. We stayed two nights. Lot of free parking. Good air conditioning. Excellent counter space in the bathroom with a walk in shower. Plenty of water pressure with hot water. Good breakfast choices. We appreciated the wrapped apples which we took for later on our hiking adventures. We applauded Joey for helping us clean our muddy hiking boots after a rainy day in Bryce Canyon. One of our best hotel stays....from check in to check out! The ladies at the front desk were wonderful...I joined the Hilton honors club and we all received free waters and my son got to pick a treat. Room was spacious and spotless! This hotel is brand new and right off the 15....about 5 miles from down town St. George. Our fave thing about this hotel is the giant indoor pool......85 degrees!!! And the outdoor hot tub! Wonderful! Breakfast was great and the ladies do such a great job refilling and cleaning everything. There is 24 hour coffee and tea. They also have tons of paper goods available for left overs and such. Our room had a microwave and refrigerator. At checkout they were super sweet and sent us off with drinks and snacks. We stayed in one of the suits. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. It was a perfect night's rest. The lady working the kitchen this morning was unnecessarily rude and condescending. We didn't order any bread/toaster items (yet she still made it a point to imply doing so would be a time-consuming inconvenience). We simply ordered 3 non-custom items each and were told that costumers talk too much. Add glares, eye rolls, and scoffing. I understand people have bad days, but unprofessional staff bring the quality of the place down. read more

We travel a lot and typically stay at Hampton Inn properties. Without a doubt, this is the nicest Hampton Inn we've ever stayed in. It's a newer property, nicely decorated and appointed, with very comfortable rooms that are smartly laid out. Hotel was clean and very nice. It's located just off the Southern Parkway exit on I-15, making it close enough to get to restaurants and other things without being in the middle of it all. There is plenty of parking and a nice pool (although we didn't have time to use it). We thought Cora at the front desk was super friendly, efficient and accommodating. Wish other Hampton Inn locations would look to Cora as the model for what guest service is all about. read more

Our first time at this hotel and it will certainly not be our last. The hotel is just about a year old and it's been well cared for. Great location and within view of the I-15 Interstate. I found their prices very reasonable due to the time of year. Upon arriving, Diane was working the desk along with another woman (I did not get her name). Diane was extremely professional and helped us get settled into a very beautiful King bedroom. I booked using points on the website and everything went perfectly. Check-in was quick and from there I was onto my 4th-floor room. My room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Lots of space and the view from my window was great. I really felt at home here and it was nice to see a hotel which not only was new, but it's obvious that management was keeping up it so it would remain that way. They have a nice workout room and a pool. I did not use either but they both looked well kept and inviting. The complimentary breakfast was your typical with plenty of seating. Eggs and sausage as my breakfast of choice. There were plenty of other options as well. The exterior of the hotel is beautiful and well kept. The parking lot was well lit at night and the area felt safe. The hotel is situated near a large retirement community and between the hotel and the Interstate was a gas station. The hotel is located at Exit 2 for St. George and it's only minutes to all of the other St. George exits to the north. Plenty to do nearby. One of the best experiences I've had a hotel in a long time. From wonderful staff to a beautiful room, it will certainly be the place I recommend to friends and family if they need a place to stay while visiting St. George. read more

This is a very nice Hampton and very much needed in St. George--finding hotel rooms here was getting tough. The breakfast area is big, the rooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated, and the staff is friendly. There are some extras that make it just a little more special. In the woman's bathroom, in the lobby, they have sanitary products, and they have stations to charge electric cars. The only problem I have is that breakfast is lacking. The area is clean and well stocked but the main breakfast items have been inedible. The breakfast tacos today were not good. read more

I love the self check in process. But the disadvantage is not getting my snack and water, which is fine for the most part I don't need it. But when I get in late at night and need water for my medication, I could go across the street and buy a bottle or even buy one from the lobby. But if I'm entitled as a Diamond member to 2 bottles and I get attitude as if your personally buying it for me. It is not okay. The next day I tried going back to my room and my key didn't work, so I went downstairs and asked for a key for room #... I didn't think of it until I walked in my room... so anyone can walk in our room. If they just ask for a key with a room # since I was not even asked for my name or ID. She simply handed it over. Besides those inappropriate instances, the beds we're comfortable, love the zero products they use. Breakfast was good and I appreciated the turkey sausages. Self check out, again. This is a fairly new Hampton Inn, and it was great! I was visiting Bryce Canyon and some of the other state parks near St. George. This was a good landing area, and had a really good rate. There isn't a lot of food around this location yet, but it is just off the freeway. I went up a few exits and brought dinner back. Breakfast was a true Hampton Inn staple.
