Stayed here for our first time for our wedding ! Location was very convenient & the views are amazing. Complimentary breakfast was super cute & arrived on time for both mornings we were there. I took a star off because... A) no one was at the check in desk when I was waiting for 10min to check in - there was a sign saying that stepped away for a moment, I waited & waited until someone told me to press 0 on the phone (the hostess from the restaurant side had to tell me) & I arrived right at check - in time. B) for the price a microwave & full - length mirror in the room would've been nice. Overall, the stay was nice & we would recommend, but I don't think it was worth the price per night. read more

Stayed here for my birthday weekend. It's a motel on the cliff there. They have a restaurant right next to the rooms. We had a second floor room with a private balcony. We had a great time. We had a fantastic one night stay here and will absolutely not hesitate to stay here again. The room was clean, it was quiet during the weeknight, and the staff was nice and courteous. The beds were some of the best we've ever slept in at a hotel and breakfast arrived on time and with a smile. Tip: you can request luggage racks and they'll bring it to you. And of course the view from the room was great. Sat outside on our 2nd floor balcony enjoying breakfast and the balcony and chairs were spotless. Not sure how they keep that up, but it's literally the only place we've stayed at where the balcony and furniture wasn't covered in dust. Bravo. The Keurig machine was also very clean, almost seemed brand new. Wish the rooms had full length mirrors and more than two coffee Keurig K-Cups (in case one person drank more than 1 cup of coffee in the morning) but at this point I'm just nitpicking. read more

I spent one enjoyable night at this Inn. The building is older but it is very clean and well maintained. This is a motel type Inn. I was on the second floor and the Inn doesn't have an elevator. My room was very nice and well furnished with all the usual amenities. What set it apart was the view from my balcony. This Inn truly is set on a cliff and the view of St. George from my room was spectacular. The Inn also includes a restaurant and a pool. They bring a free breakfast to your room at 7am. The young man who was at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. When I am back in St. George I will be making another visit to this Inn. read more

My husband and I loved this place! It is actually on the side of a cliff with a beautiful view of St. George and the surrounding areas. There was a nice balcony to sit and enjoy the view. The room was clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy but still very nice. They deliver you a nice breakfast at the time of your choosing. It was a yogurt, fruit and granola cup, a warm cinnamon muffin, nuts, and orange juice. (They asked if we had any food allergies, we do not). They have a nice restaurant on site, but we had already eaten. We are hoping to visit there again. read more

Amazing! Cleanest hotel I have seen since la Maurice in Paris. Modern design rooms with a small terrace that overlooks the city. Every room has the same view as the rooms are 'motel' style with outside entrances. Small boutique hotel that surpasses all expectations. Bed and bedding were a welcome after a long day of driving. An empty fridge for your use (besides the two complimentary water bottles and creamer for your coffee) They truly think of all the small things to make you comfortable. Salt water pool and hot tub with expanding views. Truly a place of respite. I added a second night just to enjoy the space and zen I am feeling. Breakfast delivered to your room with minutes of calling for it. Fresh Fresh Fresh granola over yogurt and fruit and homemade warm Cinnemon puff. Real orange juice. I just can't say enough or recommend this cute well run and friendly staffed hotel enough. And the onsite restaurant will blow your mind! No need to drive or get delivery when this restaurant is one of the best in town. With a wall of windows you feel connected to the sky. read more

Yes, AMAZING! Easy to get to and quite luxurious with a wonderful view of the city of St. George from our rooms balcony. They have a nice pool to cool off in on a warm day too. Everyone we talked to, from checkin to dinner reservations was super friendly and helpful. The best part of our stay was dining out for dinner at the attached 'Cliffside Restaurant' !! The Chef (Scott J.) and his crew served the most delicious meals that my wife and I have ever had!! Our server, Richard, made sure that our every need was met with style and grace. I just can't say enough about what a great stay we had there. We were completely thrilled!! If you are on your way to or returning from a trip to Zion and surrounding areas, do yourself a favor and reserve a room and dinner at this place. The next day you can easily drive to Las Vegas and fly home with a smile on your face. read more

If there is a finer hotel in St, George, I don't know what it is. In fact, I don't even want to know what it is. As you smarties might have guessed, the hotel is located on a cliff. Every room has a view and every view is spectacular. You look down on the entire town and there are magnificent red rocks all around. Zion National Park is off to the northeast. Hot air balloons fly in the distance and, in fact, land about 200 yards from the hotel (yes, really). It's simply a stunning view. The rooms are very modern and updated. They are also spotless. The bed is large and extremely comfortable and you can enjoy that great view from your bed. The shower is great. There's a very nice-sized balcony with chairs so you can enjoy that million dollar view. And every morning , you get a terrific breakfast delivered to your door: orange juice, hard boiled egg, yogurt with fruit and granola, cheese, and a fantastic warm cinnamon roll. Parking outside your room is free and there's a pool and jacuzzi just a few steps away, again, all with that view. Also a few steps away is a very good restaurant (Cliffside) that I highly recommend. The front desk people could not have been nicer. And it's all for a very reasonable price. Highly, highly recommended. read more

The food and service in the restaurant were outstanding. I enjoyed delicious entrees for lunch and dinner on my first day. The room, the service, the food (even if you don't stay at the Inn, you HAVE to eat at Cliffside), and of course, the view -- all fantastic. I was a solo traveler last night and made a last-minute reservation to stay one night at Inn on the Cliff. It was a wonderful surprise at how lovely the Inn is. It is a well thought out remodeled boutique Inn that has marvelous views, gorgeous rooms, beds you just melt into, a restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating and great food along with and delightful staff at both the hotel and the restaurant. They thought of everything to make the stay absolutely delightful. I wish I was staying a couple more days to be honest! I recommend this Inn to anyone that loves small boutique, cozy, well appointed Inns. read more

One of the first times I have seen a room online in a photo and the reality actually surpassed my expectations. Loved our spectacular view, fresh air with the sliding glass doors and balcony, and feeling totally safe in the charming city of St George. The staff were all excellent, so kind and sweet, helpful at all times. The morning delivery of fresh juice, yogurt with fresh fruit and granola and cinnamon roll was an incredible treat. Only made it to the restaurant one time as we were visiting a friend but memorable and really hope to return. we stayed an extra day because we didn't want to leave. The only complaint would be there seemed to be an odor from the water, but I think that may be a city issue and not the hotels fault. they provided bottled water daily that was very appreciated, with cream for coffee machine restocked daily. read more

What a charming place with a spectacular view! The rooms are cozy and beds comfortable. Every room has a balcony and refrigerator. Their entire staff is super friendly. Big shout out to Melanie and Abbey at the front desk for being so hospitable. You also get a nice, quaint breakfast delivered to your room. It included a hard boiled egg, yogurt w/ granola, a pastry, cheese, and orange juice or coffee. The pool and jacuzzi area have magnificent views of St. George. Only suggestion: I wish it had more shaded areas or patio umbrellas. The restaurant here in the hotel has great food, outdoor dining, and of course the views! I recommend waking up early, grab a free coffee, and enjoy the sunrise from your balcony. Great staff, cozy hotel, nice restaurant, all with a view. I recommend! read more

I booked this place to stay at for my honeymoon. I am definitely happy with my choice. We arrived close to 10:30 in our wedding attire. The person at the front desk was super nice and let us know that the next day we can ask for a special dessert and a bottle of sparkling wine or cider to be sent to our room as a gift from the hotel since we were celebrating. The room itself was super spacious and very clean. The mint truffles in the pillows were a very nice touch. The main attraction of the room was the absolutely hothouse view of St. George from the balcony. Since the hotel is built above St George it gives you an unparalleled view of the city. The room was also equipped with a fridge that had complementary bottles of water. The only downside of the room for me was that it didn't have a bathtub only a shower the shower was very spacious and nicely done though. Also their tv was equipped with Roku so you could sign into your streaming services and would automatically be signed out of them upon check out. The hotel was also nice a quiet. There was a little street noise but nothing too bad. In the morning you can call down to the front desk to get breakfast delivered to your room. Their breakfast was good with yogurt parfaits, had boiled eggs,cheese and, warm cinnamon monkey bread. Also big glasses of orange juice. Every person that we met at the hotel was super sweet and accommodating. They truly make sure that you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. We took advantage of the restaurant attached to get dinner brought to our room on our last night there which was awesome. Eating out in the balcony just us two was a perfect ending to the trip. Next time we are in the area we will definitely stay here. read more

One word ~ VIEWS!!! Located on a cliff and overlooking the entire city each room gets an incredible view. Step out onto your private balcony and you'll be amazed at everything you can see. Pros: Centrally located. Boutique style hotel so not too many people are around. Phenomenal restaurant right next door. Very spacious rooms. Super comfortable bed. Working space with high-speed wifi for those who need it. Parking directly in-front of your room. Outdoor pool & hot tub with insane views. And all rooms are smoke-free. Cons: Just a few but worth noting for anyone who is like me. Doors to each room open to the street which always scares me a tad especially when I'm solo on the road. Benefit here is they're on a cliff so I can only hope nobody is climbing up here who doesn't belong. Walls are extremely thin so you'll hear everyone next to you and on top of you if you're on the first floor. No deep soaking tubs :( Overall a really great hotel and also very affordable. The fresh and hot sticky bun that's delivered to your room in the morning will warm your soul. read more

Take Me back to the Inn on the Cliff... We just got home and I'm already thinking about revisiting this little gem which is a family owned business in Saint George!!! From the outside it might not look that interesting BUT as soon as you open the door to your room, you step into an adorable room with an amazing view... The room is so cute with unique furniture and a good size fridge and coffee machine... Housekeeping made sure we had fresh towels, toiletries,coffee and everything else we needed every day which they also did a great job cleaning our room daily...Our bed was so comfortable too... And OMG, the complimentary breakfast they deliver to your room is the freshest and yummiest breakfast which we enjoyed every bit of it every morning in our balcony that had very comfortable patio furniture... I highly recommend you watch their videos on their website so you can learn all about the history of this family owned business... I also posted another Yelp Review for their restaurant, "The Cliffside Restaurant" which is right next to them... I told them we were celebrating a birthday and they had a beautiful card, Sparkling Apple cider and a nice desert waiting for us in our room... Great ambiance! Friendly staff (but short staffed for front desk) Wonderful spot for views and the experience, but the noise that comes in from the streets is insanely loud and disrupts your sleep. The remote was a nightmare to deal with so that was a bit of a bummer. The restaurant was nice. I took a video of the room, but no pictures. It's definitely beautiful (but needs a closet). I wouldn't write it off, but if I had the same street noise as a concern, I wouldn't visit again. I love my sleep. read more

We've wanted to stay at this beautiful hotel for a few years now, but for one reason after another, were just never able to make it happen. Recently, however, we were finally able to try this place out for ourselves, and I'm so glad we did! I must admit, the rooms are small, but they are also very comfortable... and nothing beats that view! Due to our schedules, we were only able to stay there for a day, so we tried to make the most of it. We ate at their restaurant (which I wrote a separate review for), went swimming/soaked in the hot tub, and enjoyed the gorgeous view from our balcony every chance we got. The experience was very relaxing. Each stay comes with a complimentary (and very yummy) breakfast that you can eat in bed (however, the weather was too beautiful to NOT eat outside, so we opted to eat our meal on the patio instead:). The morning spread (which was delivered to us via room service) consisted of orange juice, freshly baked cinnamon rolls, fresh fruit & yogurt parfaits (with really tasty granola), boiled eggs, and Tillamook cheese slices. My hubby and I enjoyed a lot. I must admit, after everything, it was hard leaving that morning (especially with our limited amount of time), but I'm just grateful that I got to experience it! read more
