We booked a queen suite that was advertised as having two beds and a pull-out sofa. When we arrived, the room instead had one king bed and a pull-out sofa, which we were willing to accept since we were only staying one night. However, when we went to use the pull-out sofa, there was a large urine stain on the mattress, making it completely unusable and raising serious hygiene concerns. The hotel was fully booked, so there were no alternative rooms available. As a result, four of us have to share one king bed. This was not the room we paid for, and the condition of the pull-out sofa was unacceptable. Cleanliness and accurate room descriptions are basic expectations, and unfortunately this stay fell short on both. The lady at the front desk was really nice, and apologetic but it's just unfortunate.

Staybridge Hotel-St. George, Utah So my family and I are on a road trip staying at Staybridge right now, but we were all glad we booked this hotel. Originally, we were going to book a room for 2 nights for BW, or Best Western hotels here, but we found this one VERY CHEAP on Google hotels with a pool and spa, VERY clean rooms, free breakfast, a basketball/tennis court, (go to front desk and ask for balls) and a whole little house for a suite! (Kitchen, bathroom, queen bed and pullout sofa bed.) I know suites are like that btw. Clean pool and spa area, breakfast is pretty decent, clean halls, elevators and rooms. Very nice and welcoming staff, business cards are available. Staybridge also has a laundry room, fitness room, and a business center. For us, 2 tvs and very comfy beds

My experience at Staybridge Suites at St. George, Utah Guest Services needs improvement. Both individuals gave off an "unfriendly" vibe with no smiles. Hospitality crew seemed even more unwelcoming, their carts were left right outside the elevator door. We felt like we were in the way while pushing the wheelchair to the room. Room was uncleaned when we arrived at 4pm. "Check-In" is at 3pm. The hotel decided to upgrade our party however in the slide of my first glimpse pics, you may spot a "used" washcloth that was still hanging over the shower curtain Conveniently located off the freeway. Amenities includes a 24-hr fitness center as well as a terrific breakfast spread served until 10am. Sleeping on a cloud was the feeling I had when I slept with huge cuddle pillows. (Thank you for reading this review - I am writing reviews of everywhere I eat when I dine out, places I shop, movies I watch and much more. Stay posted with #ReviewsByLokaATC)

The room: nice enough but pretty small.

For what it is, it delivers what you need. The room was clean but on the smallish size. It's got a full-size fridge, which is nice. There's a complimentary breakfast buffet downstairs every morning which is decent. Free parking and the front desk staff was friendly. The location is convenient. It's fine for what it is.

Friendly staff, comfortable room and easy stay. Really spacious room and somehow - how do they do it? - the elevator was always there!

So...I decided to go with my old faithful La Quinta...and let me tell you...this place is good! Lots of spaces in the lobby to hang out. It has a pool and a well stocked little snack store. The staff is nice. They have a breakfast and you know it looked typical. Breakfast ends at 10 but it was nearly check out time (11am) and the food was still out at around 10:30. I asked if I was able to eat since it was still set up and the staff was cleaning up. Everything looked so fresh. I have to say this was the BEST breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. I mean, if I had gone to a breakfast restaurant that was sit down and I was served this plate. I would've happily paid for it. The potatoes were nice and spicy but not hot, the eggs were seasoned. The muffin wasn't dried out at all. There was also sausage bacon, a waffle station, bagels, biscuits, bread to toast, selection of juices and coffees. There was cereal. It was just really good. My room was clean and smelled good. I was having a really bad vacation my car broke down in the middle of nowhere. Anyway my situation requires me to stay another night overnight in St. George next week so I will absolutely be staying here...it was the breakfast that really sealed the deal. I was going to give this a five anyway even without the breakfast included, but that put it over the top. When I got to the front desk, the lady who was working, asked me if I had any special requests and I said yes I would like a room that doesn't have anyone next-door to it and close to an elevator and she was so accommodating and she found me the perfect room. I was checked in around 9pm.

That changed the moment I walked in. I was greeted by some of the nicest people I have ever met. They could tell we were tired from the road and treated us with real kindness. Our room was ready, and they handed us water, snacks, and warm fresh cookies. What kind of silliness was this. Awesome!!!! The room was well equipped with a fridge, microwave, and a bright, clean bathroom. You can tell they recently renovated because everything looked fresh and updated. I went back downstairs to ask about the chargers on the side of the building and how much they cost. They told me it was complimentary. No cost at all. I plugged in at 40 percent and woke up to a full charge at 100 percent. That alone made my morning. Breakfast the next day was another pleasant surprise. The ladies running the breakfast area were so nice, even when my daughter got a little too excited with the sprinkles for her waffle. They even had a sign saying they could adjust food for dietary needs. The whole setup was clean and welcoming. They also have a great little snack shop, and again the front desk staff stood out. I cannot stress this enough. These were some of the nicest people I have ever met at a hotel. Even though it was just an overnight stay, I really enjoyed it. This place turned a simple stop into a memorable part of our trip.

The property looks very nice from the outside, with plenty of free parking. Very quiet. Ashley checked us in, and she was very nice. She even gave us information on local restaurants. We asked for an upper floor, and she put us on the 4th of 5 and we were happy. The room was clean and spacious, with two queen beds, a microwave, mini fridge, and hair dryer. There were plenty of towels. The TV and AC worked well. There was a walk-in shower with sliding glass doors. The sink counter space was plentiful. What I didn't like: low water pressure in the shower, a bathroom fan that did not work, uncomfortable beds, electrical outlets that allowed the plug to slide out, making it difficult to charge devices, and worst of all, water that had a faint smell of raw sewage. The complimentary breakfast was your standard fare, with the scrambled eggs being a little watery and the sausage patties lacking any browning and rubbery. The OJ and coffee were good. My wife mentioned the water smell and the bathroom fan not working. Though nice, the female clerk that checked us out didn't seem too bad concerned, which was a bit disappointing. The room and hotel were overall very nice, and the rate for this trip was a great value. However, the water smell might keep us from returning. My wife, especially, was not comfortable showering and brushing her teeth for fear of contamination.

We love the simplicity of the entire Tru brand. Let's discuss shall we? Check in-Simple. Download the app, check in online and receive a digital key sent to your phone to access your room. Literally zero human interaction Room-Small but efficiently designed, always clean with a few toiletries provided. Bed & pillows are very comfortable and offer a great nights sleep. Toiletries-Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, body lotion all in large bottles attached to the walls. I actually appreciate and prefer this model vs the mini bottles. Most people bring their own products, myself included. Also, most people take extra home with intentions of using them and guess what, they collect in a random drawer in the guest bath for years until they move or die then someone throws dozens of wasted plastic and expired products in the trash. Ty hotels for saving is all the headache! Also, the brand Tru offers smells so good! Gym-24/7 access which we love. It's on the smaller aide but offers an impressive amount of equipment. 2 treadmills, an elliptical, 1 weight bench, weights 5-40 lbs, stability straps which I loved, a Bosu, 3 stability balls, several matts and a box for jumping. Think I saw a few Kettles too. Free Breakfast-Always impressed with what's offered for free at the free breakfast here. Scrambled eggs and some type of breakfast protein is always offered. Oatmeal with tons of fixings, yogurt, cereals, several juices, fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs and the most popular item...the mini pancakes! There are 2 pancake machines you simply wave your hand in front of and makes you a little hot fresh pancake! There were multiple toppings including sugar free syrup. Refreshments-24/7 regular & decaf coffee and hot water for tea. 2 flavors to choose for cream, a few types of sweeteners. It's really great coffee too! In the morning there ice water & citrus infused water. Common Areas-For as small as the lobby os it has several seating areas to sit and work on your lap top, eat, or play games with the family. Tru does a great job at providing family entertainment too with big screens to watch tv on, a pool table and lots of games to play too! We don't spend mich time at the hotel outside of sleeping, a workout and a quick bite before hitting the road but we're always hapoy with our stays. We will be back!
