The hotel is in a very nice location with easy access to many parks. The customer service however is a challenge at best. While eating breakfast my wife noticed that her bagel was showing signs of mold/ I chose not to make a scene and quietly pointed wit out to the service employee. In a condescending town she told me the green was blue berries. Still choosing to take the high ride I took the mold to the front desk and was told I could wait a half hour to talk to the manager. I explained I was on vacation and the manager could contact me. We continued to enjoy the July 4th holiday. Upon check out I was asked about my stay and advised the guest service representative of the the moldy food and would appreciate the manager following up. I left my business card to make that process easier. I gave them one week before posting a review. A simple I am sorry for the attitude was all that it would have taken and acknowledge the problem. Bagels are difficult to keep fresh and the world was not ending the lack of remorse and worse assuming I can't tell green from food dye 12 is enough to let you know about commitment to guests. I found it interesting that the Wyndham rewards posters that are to be hung in offices to remind guest services staff to ask and entry guests are actually framed and hanging in elevators and around the building. If you have no issues here the hotel is not horrible but if you encounter any issues do not expect any level of this franchise to care one way or the other. read more

At first appearance, this is a nice hotel. When I was looking for a standard not-too-expensive, but not-super-cheap hotel for a night, I decided on this one. The pictures looked nice, the reviews were fine and the location was central enough. I travel frequently for work, so I've had my share of hotel experiences. The lobby was clean, masks were required and everyone I saw in the common areas was wearing one. We sat outside in the courtyard in the evening and it was pleasant enough, although there was some dried food on the table and on the ground, which was attracting an army of ants. The room was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. We were able to easily regulate the temperature in our room and kept it comfortable. So everything sounds good, right? Why the lower rating? First, there was an unsettling, dried substance on the headboard. I'll leave to your imagination what it might be, but it definitely was recent as it was flaking into the pillow when the fabric brushed up against it. Gross. I wanted to sit in the chair and put my feet up on the ottoman, so I pulled the footrest away and noticed something underneath. Carefully, I reached under and pulled out some fairly fresh, store bought flowers in a wrapper. You know, the kind you grab at the checkout stand when you're in trouble and need to bring a truce-offering after a fight. They may have been there a day or two, they were still alive. I put them in some water-why let them go to waste? But yeah, they would have been easily found by housekeeping staff if the ottoman had been moved for proper vacuuming. Then, as if I wasn't shuddering enough at all the remnants of the previous tenants, I notice out of the corner of my eye something behind the chair. I lean over to get a better look, and dear God, it's a wadded up tissue. So much nope! That one, I didn't touch. I purposely picked a somewhat nicer hotel than many other options-wanting to ensure cleanliness during the Time of The Corona. Now I wonder just how sanitary this place really is. read more

This room was not clean enough to make me feel reassured it was cleaned to a standard. There's food in the fridge from the previous stay. When you open the pull out couch to make the bed, there's trash and food under it. We told the clerk at the desk when requesting the bedding and all she said was she would speak to the staff. Service was great. Breakfast was super convenient. Also Walmart is in walking distance if you need anything. Love that there was a microwave in the room. Sound proofing however is horrible. Do not recommend for anyone who is a light sleeper. Despite bringing a white noise machine, sleep wasn't much of an option. Every door opening, foot steps, voices, carts and luggage moving in the hall, all can be heard in my room. Once the upstairs guest was up, stomp stomp stomp, so was I. Which was 5am. Also all the luggage carts, tried all three, have wonky wheels and are hard to push once there's weight on them. read more

Wingate By Wyndham in St. George is a comfortable business class hotel. The hotel lobby and the rooms were well furnished and nicely decorated. The staff was very personable and friendly. The outdoor pool was small but very nice with a hottub too boot. My room included a king sized bed, large LCD TV, couch and easy chair, and writing desk. The king bed was very comfortable and I slept really well on it. The air conditioning unit in the room was noisy, but only came on occasionally, so it was a minor annoyance. My biggest compliant with the Wingate is with the incredibly slow Internet. When I tested the Internet I was pulling down a mere 0.5 Mbps! This was true for both their wired ethernet connection and their wireless. I've never stayed in a hotel with Internet SO slow. When I called the front desk they seemed uninterested stating, "Yeah, we get a lot of complaints about that..." The provided breakfast was mediocre at best, with eggs, bacon, sausage as well as toast, waffles, juices, and cereal. I'm usually not impressed with hotel provided breakfasts, so this wasn't too surprising. Would I stay here again? Probably not, if for no other reason than the incredibly slow Internet and breakfast. Which is a real disappointment, because otherwise this hotel is first rate. read more

Initially planned on staying three nights, but as we were passing the front desk, we asked if there was a weekly special. The gal at the front desk informed us the manager was running a special due to COVID-19 for $259 for the week. I emailed him, asking if our three nights could be applied to our week. His responses was answered quickly, it was on a Sunday so I appreciated his prompt reply . Anthony Smith is the manager and he did a great job marketing, hiring a wonderful staff and making the best of a very tiring situation. I can't say enough good things about our stay at this property. COVID-19 has been a nightmare on the travel industry. The manager has made the best of the situation. He has weekly specials. He has a small sack breakfast. The place is cleaned from head to toes. Social distancing was taken serious. The help at the front desk set the mood. We had bikes and they provided a room right through the front doors for us to store them. Absolutely amazing customer service. The front desk staff was very friendly, after checking in I realized we didn't have a couch and I called down to see if there was a way we could have one. She looked at our reservation and was able to find us a room with a couch right next door to our current room. I will absolutely use this hotel again for family and out of town guests. Side note: My only complaint is the hotel manager telling me to put a mask on when half his house cleaning staff were not wearing them. read more

I did not use the amenities as I only stayed one night but I appreciate the service provided and the clean location, which is super important these days. *10/29-11/02/2020 I came here for a softball tournament & was looking for a hotel that wasn't too pricy & was still pretty nice My hotel room had a cozy look to it, which I enjoyed. The beds- WOW. The most comfortable mattress I've slept on in a hotel- EVER. I slept like a rock all 4 nights. The air conditioning worked "okay", but I didn't really need it so it was fine. The heater was AWESOME- which was a huge plus The TV had direct tv so that was awesome- got to watch some NFL games! TV remote was clean & had a cover on it which was nice. The breakfast wasn't too bad- during covid they are giving out "take out" boxes. If you have to make a decision, go to a local place for breakfast Location: outside of St George but only 2 exits away from the heart of the city. I didn't mind... They have a washer & dryer which worked great. $1.00 to wash clothes, $1.50 to dry. The service at the front desk was awesome. Nice & friendly staff members!! & they had the lobby decorated for Halloween, which I loved! Cons: -Sheets: did they not see the stains on it when they put it down? Luckily I had my own blankets so I threw the stained ones on the couch -wished the pool was bigger- it was SMALL. -my door didn't close all the way so I had to make sure to snap it in to make sure it stayed closed -no golf packages :( if this place had a golf package, 5 stars immediately Would I stay here again? I was blown away by the staff from the front desk to the delightful woman in the breakfast area. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was both hot and cold and had something for everyone. The common areas were well maintained and very inviting. Our room was clean, spacious, and very welcoming. Except for the bead, the bead was absolutely dreadful! (The only reason I can't leave five stars.) They have complimentary toiletries available as well as a little shop off the front desk. read more

I would NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!! This hotel is filthy!!! The towels had hair on them, the sheets that they gave me were dirty and had hair on them. The chair for desk had hair and food on it, the bath tub was dirty. You can tell the staff does not do a deep cleaning of the hotel. The bagel slicer was so dirty and the handle for the slicer had something sticky on it (I was one of three people that had breakfast and one with a bagel). When I voiced my complaints to the front desk staff, they looked at me like "what now..."This hotel needs a deep cleaning!!! The night girl kept reminding us to be quiet when we were trying to unwind in the lobby. If the cleaning staff paid attention like the night girl did to our party when we were in the lobby, the hotel would be super clean! This place has potential! First, I want to mention that almost all the staff is phenomenal and pleasant. My first night there, swat showed up due to a morbid prank call. I was woken by the police with guns who entered my room. After calling the front desk to find out what happened, they explained, apologized, and offered to comp the night. Considering it wasn't their fault, I continued my stay. During check out, I mentioned the comped night to David, and he said since I used a 3-party reservation, they "weren't going to just hand me money, and I would have to call them." I was pretty shocked by the response. I hadn't been rude or unpleasant. So I asked about how it would work and then he went to get the manager. As he was turning, he rolled his eyes and groaned. The manager came and offered a voucher, and I quickly said yes because I just wanted to leave. I like the hotel and the location, but David's demeanor made me feel unwelcomed and less than. It dampened an otherwise great experience. I think I'll have to find another hotel for my trips to St. George even though this is my preferred location. read more

The Wingate by Wyndham was the perfect place for us to spend our one night getaway in Saint George. Our King room was very big, much more spacious that we expected, with a large living space and separate bedroom area. The rooms were clean and updated. There were two air conditioning units and they definitely kept the rooms cool. The pool was nice. Breakfast was included and served by the staff to maintain social distancing... we unfortunately missed it, as it stopped at 9, and with the hour time change from Las Vegas, we were late. While it was listed on the sheet we were provided at check in, I'd suggest a verbal reminder about the time it ends. It is located close to the freeway and a quick 5-10 minute drive to downtown or Dixie State. We will definitely stay here again. read more

Very nice hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Rooms are nice with a coffee maker, microwave, and little refrigerator. Nice pool and hot tub. The gym is a bit small but has a rack of various dumbbell weights, one elliptical machine, two treadmills, a sit-up bench, and two sit on benches, etc. They serve a hot breakfast and also fresh fruit, cereal, bagels, yogurt, etc. A definite stay again. read more

Disappointed with my stay at the hotel! Check in was pleasant.  But the room was less than great. The thermostat on the wall was broken and the air conditioning unit itself kept blowing air all night and making the craziest whistling noise, even after I put thermostat in off position. When I was ready for bed i opened the covers and saw  hair all over on the sheet and blanket. Front desk promptly delivered clean sheet and blanket, however at over $100 a night you do expect clean bedding as the minimum expectation.  I was wondering if the bedding was not changed, was the room ever cleaned? When my husband told me he'd booked the fanciest place in St. George, I wasn't sure what to expect. We got a suite with a couch and living room area, with a dining table and mini kitchenette (no hot plate). There's a fold out bed and a separate bedroom, which I liked because it was away from the noise of the hallway. They even have robes, unlike the fancy pants Bellagio we'd stayed at the night before. There's also a heated pool and hot tub which we utilized. They also serve a free hot breakfast (pancakes, bagels, scrambled eggs which I believe were from a mix, oatmeal, sausage, juice, coffee, cereal) which sufficed. St. George is convenient to many national parks, so is a good hub if you're seeing a few. read more

I booked two rooms online under the notion that the hotel had adjoining rooms. The website says it has adjoining rooms. I called the hotel to set this up and Devon tells me the hotel doesn't offer that. He said "I got you two rooms across from each other, that's good enough." I'm like what? You are telling me that's good enough? I told him I was on their website (read off the site I was on) and told him under "features of the hotel" it advertised "adjoining rooms". He told me I must be on the wrong site. I again read off the url... He said that's correct, but I'm in the wrong. I like staying here for all the amenities, the rooms are nice, and it's off the freeway but my last stay was a little disappointing because the front desk was really rude. I asked for a late check out (12pm) . House keeping came early (9am) I told them I had a late check out, then came again around 10 ( annoyed at this point) THEN when I was actually getting my stuff together and it was on the bell cart, a person from front desk came into my room without my permission to enter and told me I needed to leave. I explained to her that we had a late check out she said I didn't!!! Instead of fighting with her I told her that I was clearly getting ready to leave because all my stuff was on the cart. I have never been treated this way at a hotel. Truly disappointed with them. I wish I got names of the people because corporate should really know how they are treating people. read more

We drove in here from Los Angeles. Had a very relaxing time. Getting here, parking and checking in was all easy. I love the small bellhop carts they have, so much easier for someone to push. We had a top floor room it was quiet. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. It's nice it was open til 11pm because we came from a different time zone and wouldn't have had time if it closed at 10pm. The free St George airport shuttle was super great and helpful to us. The free breakfast was about what you'd expect, eggs a step up from some places, coffee decent. We were there on a weekend so by the time we got there they were out on a lot pastries/bread. But in all, no complaints, would definitely recommend. read more

We stayed here for three days. It was noisy and full the first night because it was a holiday (Presidents' Day) and there were several soccer tournaments going on in St. George. We could hear other guests around us, but it wasn't too bad. Our room was bigger than expected because of the work and kitchen areas. It was weird though to have the clothes dresser in those areas instead of in the bedroom. Also, the closet hangers near the front door didn't fit on the rod of the closet in the bedroom. The heat lamp I the bathroom was broken and the heating/AC units took us awhile to figure out. Good breakfast with lots of variety. Two pools and a hot tub. Nice lobby area. Friendly employees. Plenty of parking close to the building. Easy access from freeway with stores and restaurants nearby. read more

I stayed 11-14th of january. My problem Is the staff put all of the patrons at risk by allowing one individual to smoke marijuana inside the hotel. The police were called and the staff wouldnt let them out of the lobby and onto the third floor to investigate! My son is special needs...he is heavily medicated. The last thing he needed is repurcussion of being high from so much second hand smoke. So the staffs solution was to give the 3rd floor a bath in some equally aweful smelling doedorizer, and then move us to a different floor. My wife and i both work in the medical industry and are subject to occaisional drug tests. That smoke was so prominent that i am not confident either one of us would pass. If either one of us fail that test. I will be having a very different conversation with this hotel. I own part of the largest employer in northern Utah! Based on this experience....I cannot allow any of my employees to ever stay at any windham, anywhere. read more

We decided to stay here for our 3rd anniversary. This hotel is very beautiful. Upon waking in you are welcomed by lovely high ceilings, the breakfast area and front desk. In the lobby they also have 2 kinds of flavored water, a bowl of fruit and cookies for you to enjoy. The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely kind. The breakfast was DELICIOUS and they had plenty of options to choose from. My only downfall with this place was that they put us in a handicapped room. It's great that they have rooms that cater to those in wheel chairs or with special needs; however it was not great for us. Everything is lowered to the ground, the bathtub, the toilet, the sink etc. Also, the sink was sooo tiny. About the size of half a basketball. My husband and I are both pretty tall, he's 6 foot and I'm 5 foot 7, so the size of everything was pretty inconvenient for us. I wish they would have asked if we were okay with staying in that room before placing us in there. ** I would have asked for a different room had I realized sooner that not all their rooms were so small. Also, make sure your alarm clocks are turned off before going to sleep. The alarm clock in our room went off at 6am. We didn't set any alarms, since we were planning on sleeping in. That was a crappy way to wake up from our deep sleep. Other than the uncomfortably tiny room and the alarm clock going off at 6am, our stay was good. read more

Bed comforter was stained, found a hair on the bath towel and on the bed sheet, tv volume won't turn up, yellow,pinky nail size dot stain on the toliet seat(I wiped it down myself and the stain came off...gross) extremely disappointed. Ok after 3 hours of reading subtitles, I've learned how to turn on the volume. There's a button on the right, bottom side of the tv. Press on the button toward the right side and keep doing it untill you reaches the volume up. Press and hold until the volume goes up. :) read more

Nice hotel with a great free breakfast. Quiet and clean, staff was friendly. The staff were very quick to correct a small maintenance issue in our room. Complimentary hot chocolate bar in the lobby was a nice touch. I would have given five stars except there was a funky smell in the lobby that was a little off-putting, and our room furnishings - while adequate - felt as if there wasn't a lot of thought put into them. My wife and I and another couple recently spent a week at this hotel as a part of a golf package. Since we were either playing golf or hiking in nearby national parks each day we were happy to go with the agent's choice of this 3-star hotel. The staff were welcoming and professional. The rooms were clean and functional. We intentionally chose a hotel with free breakfast as we were leaving early each day and didn't want to deal with going to a restaurant for breakfast. We were forced to stick to the fruit and the packaged products. The eggs and the hash browns were inedible. I tried them the first morning. They were severely over-cooked with a rubbery texture. The edges of the scrambled eggs were brown and you could tell that they had been cooked for too long on a high temperature. I looked at them each morning, thinking that my earlier experience might have been just a bad day for the "cook." No, they were always over-cooked and rubbery and the hash brown patties were like cardboard. On the other hand, I guess they save a lot of money, as one pan of eggs can serve a lot of people if they're so bad that no one want them. read more

Had I wrote this the day of my first stay, I would have given this a 5, but in time, I unfortunately cannot do that. It is not perfect and I can think of ways to improve it, so it voids that whole maxing out thing. First things first, I somehow rented a handicapped room, so you can roll a wheelchair into the shower. For that purpose, this no doubt kicks ass. I don't need that, thankfully, so me and that shower had a bit of coming to terms. It was not ideal, but I made it work...after first getting enough water all over the rest of the bathroom to drown the wall coverings, toilet, etc. etc. It seems a lot like rooms of this type don't get booked when I've looked to plan trips, so possibly the hotel built too many. Next, this place has thin walls. Do I want to hear anything other than the beating of my own heart? Maybe, but I definitely don't want to hear other people scurrying around the halls and otherwise dicking around. TV channel selection here is also poor at best. Finally, it's great to see a desk with office chair...unless that desk is way too high for the chair, even at max height of the chair strut, in which case my poor wrists get ruined trying to do actual work and I'm forced to head to the bed and type on a laptop across my knees. Good for my hands, bad for my neck. I also couldn't figure out how to retrieve a room phone voicemail, which would have gone a long way towards answering why there was one there at all in the first place. Toilet paper dispenser was too close to the toilet, but now I'm just nit-picking. With so many other amazing details (gift basket (shitty chips, but nice thought), pool, jacuzzi, laundry, hot breakfast, meeting rooms, marble (this place is visually gorgeous), safe, refrigerator, coffee maker, sinks in the actual bathroom, specially folded toilet paper (here, I am tempted to post a picture), temperature control with a precise digital thermostat on the wall and placards all over everything), I am somewhat amazed they let that other stuff go, excepting the shower thing, which was my fault. This marred an otherwise very good visit. The hot breakfast was also probably the best of any hotel I've been at in 2015 (and maybe ever), but let's be clear: the bar is not set real high there. I did enjoy my stay, though. It was not especially close to anything in St. George, but it's not like that's a huge town to navigate, either. Bed was pretty comfy (finally!) and this probably is one of the best sleeps I've yet had in a hotel bed in 2015. It wasn't like home, but it was a damn sight better than elsewhere. All in all, this is a really solid option for an extended stay. I guess the real question is would I stay here again. Yes, but I'm not sure I will next go around, mostly because inconveniencing me when I'm trying to set up a second office really intrudes on my actual work and I definitely don't need that. Were it not for that desk issue, the answer to both questions would be a resounding yes. I hope they get it worked out so I don't have to keep looking... read more

This was a great place to stop. I think from now on whenever we road trip to California we'll stop here rather than stay in Las Vegas. The man at the counter was very courteous and helpful, particularly when it came to recommending a place to eat, which ended up being super nearby. From the impeccable service to the huge breakfast spread this place knocked it out of the park. The rooms were so clean, modern and comfortable. We had a mini fridge, microwave and a spacious room all around. I tried to find something wrong but I couldn't. The maid cart had a running list of minor repairs and I even saw a handyman going from room to room. The gentleman at the desk was beyond helpful and so accommodating after a long drive. This place rules in every way! Free wifi, coffee, great fitness room, and a heated outdoor pool and spa were also huge perks. Keep up the good work! read more

I'm very disappointed in the Wyndham Hotel in Saint George. I don't like to use race as a excuse for things, but in this particular situation I honestly can't see it another way. I was racially profiled. I was in Utah for work & I was put up in the Wyndham hotel. Note that I have been coming up to Saint George for about a year now for work. The story goes as such... I get off of work and go to my hotel room. I was tired so I hopped in the shower. I left the door to the shower open because I'm a little paranoid about being in a hotel and possibly getting things taken while I'm showering or in the restroom. I had to be in the shower for about 40-45 min. I didn't think to open a window before I jumped in so it started to steam the room while I was showering. While I was in I hear the smoke detector and realize I should have closed the door. So I get out and wave my towel over it and open the window...the usual thing but it doesn't seem to have much of an effect. I call down to the front desk and explain what happens. They tell me there is a button to press to make it stop (there wasn't ). The lady at the front desk I believe her name was Becky came up to the room and tried to find this button that wasn't there. While she was trying to figure it out the alarm went off. I thanked her and figured everything was taken care of. So about 5-10 min later I get a call from Becky telling me that the fire department and the police were on their way. At this point I was confused to why because I didn't believe it was that serious. I had to grab a spare pare of clothes from my car so I figured I'd just go down and talk to her and see what the deal was. I get down stairs and I start asking Becky about protocol and if I will be charged for the fire department having to show up. She basically told me she was new and that I would have to talk to someone tomorrow when I check out then stated to me that the only reason the alarm would go off would be from smoking or high heat. I told her that I wasn't smoking in the room and that when she walked in my room if she could see the condensation on the mirror from all the steam. I wake up and check out of my room and I waiting to talk to whoever about the incident to make sure everything was good. I didn't get the gentleman's name that checked me out but something told me I should l have because I drive all the way back home to Vegas to discover a $254 dollar charge on my card, so I call immediately to find out what's going on and I was told that I got fined for smoking in my room (which I didn't), and I was told their was evidence that no one still has told me what it was because I would love to see evidence of something I know 100% without a doubt that I didn't do. I feel as though I was being targeted and I don't deserve or appreciate it. It's one of the worst feelings in the world being accused of something you know for a fact you did not do & I will and currently am pursuing action. We stayed here mid April of this year. The staff was very nice. They had a full breakfast in the morning. The pool was heated and had an outdoor area blocked off which was really nice to sit outside and let my toddler run around without worrying about the pool. They were accommodating in getting our families rooms close to each other. Thwy are in walking distance of Walmart which was nice when I forgot sunscreen. They had multiple pack and plays for the babies. The hotel we went to last time only had one for the whole hotel. The only reason they aren't five stars is because I lugged my toddler and infant into the room with my bags and stroller and it was still dirty. Luckily my family was two doors down and I was able to hang out there while they expedited the cleaning. After 4 hours in the car and dirty diapers to be changed it was an annoyance, but it hapoens, and they took care of it fast and graciously. I would definitely stay again. read more

Wingate is a Wyndham Hotel in the Southwest most part of St. George, right off of Brigham Road. It is a nice, new and clean hotel. I am super picky about hotels and can only stand staying at a place that is "clean." This hotel fit the description perfectly! The hotel lobby is very nice. The room we stayed at was well appointed with modern furniture, a 42" flat screen TV, computer desk, lounge chair and king sized bed. Microwave and refrigerator in the room! (no freezer portion). They also have the supplies for coffee and hot chocolate in the room. This is what a hotel should be like! The king bed was very comfortable and I had no issues getting some good sleep on it. I have a tempurpedic at home, so sometimes it can be hard to adjust. Not this bed. It was the perfect firmness. The air conditioner / heater was by the window. It does its job well. Never ran out of hot water in the shower. The TV can be controlled by your phone via "LodgeNet" application. So you don't have to touch the remote more than you have to. This place offers complimentary breakfast. I did not get to partake in it since my wife is not a morning person. There is also free internet that I asked about when checking in. I am a little iffy on using open networks, so I used my Verizon Tether instead. There is no 4G in town, only 3G. Plenty of parking on the side and back of the hotel. There is a nice sized pool and spa, but was over ran by kids at night. Front desk girl was nice. Checking in was simple and checking out via the TV went off without a hitch as well. Their snack store by the front desk has reasonable prices. Three things that kept this from being a 5 Star review: - The room I was in provided liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner. It was out of liquid soap! - I could NOT get the internet to work. Ethernet or Wifi would not load up the initial screen. - This place is HARD to find. When you get off on Brigham road, make sure to make a left, past the Chevron and then make a right into the driveway of the "shopping center / business park". It is connected and located to the side of the shopping park area. Hard to find at first as there are no signs. read more

This is an excellent hotel. It's like a 3 star hotel with a 4 star hotel feeling. If you get what I mean. We stayed here during our trip to Utah to visit Zion National Park. We were recommended this hotel, and we really liked it. When we first entered the lobby, we were greeted by the receptionist. Check-in was easy and effortless. We were given directions on wi-fi, and and where everything was located. Every day there was housekeeping that came and re-stocked the towels and re-did the bed for us. The room was much larger than we had anticipated! King-sized bed, microwave and refrigerator (no freezer though), and coffee maker. We didn't use the coffee maker because there is always brewed coffee downstairs in the breakfast area! We would always go get coffee and hot chocolate at night hehe PROS: - Free wi-fi - Complementary breakfast (which is delicious, by the way). There's coffee, hot chocolate, milk, yogurt, fresh fruit, bagels, oatmeal, waffles, eggs, bacon or saussage. YUM. - Next to a Walmart. We did it ghetto style and went to Walmart and got our dinner. We made sandwiches for dinner and had them for lunch the next day at Zion. - There is a pool and gym, but I didn't check those out because a) it was December & it was cold, and b) I rarely work out. Check-in is at 3 pm (or 4pm, I forgot), and check-out is at 11 am (or noon). Geesh, I have such a bad memory. Other than that, I recommend this hotel! It's an hour away from Zion, but it's a lot cheaper than the hotels closer to Zion. read more

The room was surprisingly spacious! You can fit another queen size air mattress in here and still have room to walk around. It is clean and the bed is sooo comfortable! Not too much to choose from for breakfast, but still decent. I guess I was spoiled by the Best Western Braid Hills in Scotland. The breakfast there was da bomb! It's hard to find this hotel because you have to pass through a confusing traffic circle. If you can't find it, find the Walmart. Then drive up to the front door, turn left and go straight all the way, cross the easy street, and you'll see the hotel. read more

they gave another guest a key to our room by accident so as i was getting changed for bed this other guest happened to open our door and got a full view of my winter bod. needless to say the other guest was scared and closed the door immediately and must have worked it out with the front desk afterwards. i told the front desk what had happened as we were checking out expecting some kind of compensation but nothing was offered. room and breakfast were ok otherwise. read more
