    Clogged shower/tub.
    J A.

I stayed here for a few days over Thanksgiving while visiting family in the area. The parking lot layout was a little confusing since it's shared with other businesses and another hotel, but I was able to figure it out after arriving. Staff was friendly at both check-in and check-out, and my room was clean and ready when I arrived. My only issue was that my shower clogged the day before I left. When I went to shower the morning of checkout, there was still standing water in the tub. Thankfully, the staff was very accommodating and quickly moved me to another room so I could shower before leaving. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend staying here.

Bed was so comfy so Carina took over my bed...

It was good stay we had. Dog friendly and a little amount of pet fee. Staffs are friendly and always helped. Due to covid, it was no warm breakfast and only juice, pastries but there is coffee at front desk 24 hrs. Room was big enough and has fridge and microwave. I would come back here again.

    Ants in the bathroom.

Ghetto. Loud people all through the night. I left in the morning although I was booked for 2 nights. The manager agreed to give me my refund. But I never received a refund. So disgusting. Absolutely do not recommend!

Quality Inn's slogan is "Get your money's worth". I don't feel like we did, but neither did we feel totally ripped off. Our room and the hotel looked a little dated. The room was on the small side but had useful amenities including a good sized mini-fridge, microwave, medium sized TV, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, safe, and a desk. The king sized bed was comfortable, but I noticed a tiny red stain on the comforter. The sink had a wide counter and was conveniently located outside the bathroom. The water pressure in the shower was good, though the showerhead was a bit low - people over 6 feet tall would have to duck. There was free parking and free WiFi. On site is a pool but no fitness center. The hotel has a partnership with EoS Fitness (5 miles away), where showing your room key gets you free entry. We didn't have a chance to go, but pictures of that gym look pretty nice. Free breakfast was served in the communal dining room. Options included bagels, toast, English muffins, mini muffins, waffles (make your own), instant oatmeal, cereal, bananas, egg and sausage patties, and hard boiled eggs. The selection was ok as far as free continental breakfasts go. At night in the room, a faint traffic noise could be heard through the door. I couldn't hear neighbors through the walls, but I did hear dull thuds through the ceiling from people on the floor above walking around. If you don't mind these "things that go bump in the night", then you'll probably have a comfortable night's sleep here. We paid $168 (including tax) for our Saturday night stay, which felt a tad too high given the mid-range quality of this place. I guess prices at hotels in the area include a premium for the SoCal wine country locale.

Earthquake Hotel! This is where I was when SoCal got rocked. Not bad for the $177. Great staff. Can't do five stars because of the following: 1. Too many mirrors in the room. Anywhere you sit you're looking at yourself. No ceiling mirror, thankfully. 2. Giant gap under the doors. Welcome everything! 3. Shower head is shoulder lower than Beto O'Rouke's popularity among Republicans. It's like Guatemalan middle school locker room shower level high. I like to stand UNDER the shower, which is impossible here unless I kneel or move the office chair to the shower. Then I wouldn't be STANDING. This low shower head is the perfect level say, if, a baby deer (yes, fawn, I know) wandered in the room under the door gap and you felt compelled to give it a shower. Of course that would piss off the mother deer and she would kick the sh_t out of the 400 mirrors in the room.

My husband was working in the area so we chose this hotel for the price and convenience. We were not expecting much, but we were pleasantly surprised. Siew, the woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful answering all of our questions. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The microwave and refrigerator worked well and the bed was comfortable. Due to the chilly weather we used the heater and it worked very well. Continental Breakfast (Coffee, Juices, Fruit and Pastries) were available in the lobby during morning hours. Will most certainly stay again next time I join my husband for a work trip.

We were especially impressed with the nice bathroom with large shower and separate tub. Check-in was easy; like an Airbnb a simple code for room entry was provided and payment was made online. The property feels secluded and private and is very well maintained. There were only 4 or 5 rooms, I think, at this property. Each room has its own designated parking space. Like an Airbnb, bring your own amenities; other than soap and towels, nothing else was provided in the bathroom. There is a pool and hot tub but I never even saw either as they were on the back side of the complex and we pretty much just wanted to chill in the room. We planned a stay here just to relax and rediscover what a nap is. The huge downside for us was that the walls here are paper thin. The noise from the room next to us kept us from being able to relax or sleep and even woke us up the following morning. Conversations, the television, and the lovely sounds of snoring could be plainly heard by us. The most irritating noises from next door were the sounds of a babbling toddler who enjoyed running around the room; we were mistaken to think this is an adult-only type of villa. While we loved the room the noise didn't conform with our want of a relaxing vacation space.

We booked this property back in February due to a wine tasting tour that we scheduled for Labor Day weekend. We liked the fact that it was part of the pickup/dropoff route for our Grapevine wine tour and is within walking distance from Old Town Temecula. The property itself is just ok. We had all of the basic amenities that we needed but it definitely isn't a Marriott, Hyatt, nor HIlton property. Breakfast was included from 6:30am to 9:30am and your typical hotel breakfast buffet consisting of scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, various breads, cereals, waffle maker, yogurt, etc. The dining area seating is somewhat limited (we were always able to get a table) and there is patio seating outside (facing the street). The only thing I disliked about the breakfast was the scrambled eggs as they appeared to be the powdered kind. The breakfast attendant was also very rude. Did not smile once and always seemed like the guests were intruding her work. She would also get in the way of the guests and would not excuse herself. As for the room itself, we booked a suite and a suite it is not! Basically what makes it a suite is a sofa (not sure if it turns into a sofa bed). They do have a Keuring machine and a mini fridge, but there's no kitchen, utensils, dishware, sink, etc. The room was very clean and the bathroom was big and for the mobility impaired. The gym was very clean and you could tell rarely used. The temp was 76 degrees and the gauge was locked (albeit to make you sweat lol). The laundry room was a joke! Located on the 2nd floor with the ice machine, the cost is an astonishing 4.00 for the washer and 3.00 for the dryer! I guess that is a sign that they discourage their guests from doing their laundry. Not only that, it's one washer and one dryer on one floor for the entire property! I did bring 5.00 in quarters with me as I expected the wash to be max 3.00 and the dryer 2.00 as I have NEVER stayed in a property that had those kinds of ridiculous rates for their laundry machines! Now's where it gets even better...I asked the front desk clerk for 2.00 in quarters (I had enough for the wash but not for the dryer). She informed me that she did not have any quarters to give out. I asked her how can you not have quarters on hand for your guests to do laundry? She shook her head and then sent me to the 76 gas station across the street for quarters. I told the gas station cashier about the hotel clerk referring me to him for quarters and he was flabbergasted! He said he barely had any quarters for the store and was kind enough to give me the 2.00 in quarters in exchange for my two dollar bills. Upon returning to the hotel lobby, I informed the front desk clerk that the gas station cashier said for them not to be referring guests over there for quarters and the clerk just shook her head again. Lastly, there is an indoor pool which I found strikingly odd as most pools in So Cal are outdoor year round with Temecula being in the desert and on the warmer side. Overall, had it not been for the terrible customer service, I would have rated this property 3 stars but I will definitely not stay here again if I'm in the area again.
