Unfortunately I did a third party reservation..The indoor pool was one 9f my main reasons...but they do not open it toll October... super dissatisfied with false advertising or lack of information between third party and hotel.0

Stay AWAY, it's not against hampton inn as a company or Hilton I generally stay at one when out of town (which is about 12 weeks or so out of the year). Checked in early Monday morning feeling just fine a Everything normal all is well, woke up for work skin seemed itchy I assumed its because I live in Fla and now here in Massachusetts and winter maybe dry skin. Nope Tuesday morning these popped up...Ah yes great I'm 33 and for the first time in my life I get the pleasure of sleeping with bed bugs ah thank you Hampton Inn. Now of course they deny any form of anything being wrong and the company paid for the room so I cant leave and stay somewhere else without forking the money, so I demand a new room which I get later that evening and fingers crossed it was a one off. Buuuut going forward we will be booking another chain

If you're sensitive to perfumes do not stay here. Very strong, perfumey odor. Instant headache and sore throat for me.

A little difficult to find. Look for the sign then head down a long desolate street. You won't see the building from the road.

We had an excellent stay at this HIE&S during our January visit…read more Reservations were made through their app a few weeks in advance. For about the price of a standard room, I was able to book a suite through a non-refundable, member offer. So glad I did! The room is spaceous and well appointed with a wet bar, sofa, side chair and large desk/work space. Plenty of vanity space in the bathroom and plenty of hot water. Shower head offers a couple of spray settings. Multi-use personal care items. A mirror and bench are by the door. Newer furnishings are in good condition, although the mattress was a bit older. The pillows were a variety of firmnesses with extra blanket in the closet. Hangers, iron, board and a fifth pillow were also in the closet. Lots of lights throughout. Heater worked well and was pretty quiet. The entire hotel appeared well maintained, was warm on these very cold days and smelled nicely clean. The lobby had both comfortable seating areas and breakfast tables. A TV over the fireplace is on 24hrs with a variety of programs throughout the day. Coffee, an assortment of teas and cocoa are available 24hrs. A hotel pantry sells frozen foods, snacks, soft drinks, some meds (cold/headache), laundry detergent (guest laundry on 4th floor) and personal care items. A business center is available just off the lobby near the single elevator. Ice machine is nearby the elevator as well in it's own space. Breakfast included pancakes, toaster items, eggs, sausage, potatoes, cold cereals, instant oatmeals, yogurts, oat and almond milks. Also in the fridge are cream cheese and cows milk. Three types of juice and water are also available. Staff were all lovely from front desk to housekeeping. No housekeeping was needed for our short stay. We picked up additional washclothes at reception. If you want housekeeping speak with reception for details. They have some restaurant menus and a list of nearby food options on a table across from the reception desk. Free parking in their private lot which was plowed and the walkway shoveled and sanded. A portico by the door is available with luggage carts just inside the vestibule. They are close enough to the highway to hear tractor trailers using heavy brakes but otherwise wasn't obvious to me. Other guests were mostly quiet with a bit of noise in the hall from time to time.

Great service at breakfast as well. Potentially a noisy location due to proximity to the highway. Would stay again.

This hotel is definitely a good one! The only difficulty was connecting to Wi-Fi. You had to watch a 13 second advertisement before it would connect you. And every time you close your computer, when you open it you have to reconnect to the Internet again. And it's not a very strong Internet connection. Other than that, this hotel is a very good one!

Additionally, the staff were very accommodating as I was checking in at 2:30AM during the end of May 2025. Big props to them. Additionally, the free breakfast and coffee were nice to have in the morning. Building off of some of the previous reviews, you can tell the hotel is worn and could use a little work in some of the rooms. They're clean for the most part, but the room I stayed in had some dents, pain scratches, and staining all over the place. The bed was ok to sleep in - no bedbugs, weird smells, or stains. Unlike many hotels I've stayed in, they actually do have a small refrigerator and microwave for use. During my stay there, I had really bad issues with the shower. Big red stain in the middle of the tub and the hot water would not stop cutting out during my entire stay (Bad given the weather at the time). Other problem I had was the hallways smelled like weed and management was not able to resolve it despite my complaints. From what it seems like, housekeeping is a hit or miss for some of these folks. They never came to my room but then again I was only there for a couple of days.

I have to say I was pretty impressed by our stay here…read more We were just in town for the night to visit some friends while we were doing some other shit in the area. GF and I were arriving separately and they were easily able to accommodate her arriving before I and checking in even though I made the reservation. They have what I assume is free parking, unless it was baked into the bill somewhere, which I didn't automatically expect. The location is pretty good, right at the end of Shrewsbury street and within a few minute walk of restaurants and Wormtown. The room was really big and had a kitchenette which was fucking adorable. The bathroom was lovely. The bed was comfortable. The view was pretty good too. I thought I heard footsteps at one point in the morning coming from the room above but I could have been dreaming. Nothing ear plugs didn't fix. I would definitely stay here again.

It was clean and comfortable. The room will accommodate what you need for the convention . As a bonus this hotel and most of the rooms could use a redo and make over. For what we need it's perfect.
