This place is a dump. My parents are moving and needed a place to stay for a couple of nights while the actual move happened. I was with them so my dad booked a suite with 3 beds at least 2 weeks in advance. Knowing we were all going to be exhausted, he wanted to ensure we were all well rested for a multi state drive the next morning. He was shown a room and said it was very clean. We also have dogs and this place was dog friendly so that was a plus. We showed up to check in and suddenly the room was rented out! The owner ended up putting us into 2 rooms. He and my dad had agreed upon a price, which as far as I'm concerned is outrageous (I'll get to it in a bit), then asked me if I thought my dad would mind if he would charge $50 more!! I asked him for what??!! They screwed up the rooms and had already agreed upon a price, he can't randomly add unknown charges. Anyway, we get to the rooms and the only thing clean about them is the sheets. My dad's room smelled of stale cigarettes. The bathroom walls were literally peeling apart (I wish I had pictures), and there was rust and mold all over the walls. The tub surround had a hole in it so I can imagine the mold in the wall. The light switch plate had something gross on it and the door was black from handprints. We had no choice but to stay there though because we were all exhausted, including the dogs. All of this and the guy charged us $370 for 2 nights!! We could have stayed in a much nicer place for that rate. Total bait and switch. Will never stay here again. read more

Traveling a bit late through NH we could not get accommodations elsewhere. We were in need of rest so we tried the Maple Leaf motel. There was one vacancy said the woman at the motel office. It as 300 cash or 300 plus 30 dollars if paying be credit card. Having no viable options we paid the 300 cash. A bit steep for a place that if booked on line is half the price. Receipt? No receipt!! Room was adequate but not for 300 dollars. Breakfast? I don't do breakfast barked the woman. Not a very inviting place. I suppose they think they are are still in their home country where price gouging seems to be the way to do business. read more

Tub drain backed up immediately. Air conditioner fan super super loud!! Smelled musty! Had to change rooms and management wanted to charge me more because the room had two beds! I refused and she gave me the room at regular price. Pool was broken and shut down. They have folks living in two or three of the ten rooms and they just loiter around the front parking lot and picnic area drinking and chain smoking. While checking in the desk lady's little daughter kept smacking me in the ass while I was trying to check in. Totally out of control! 130.00 to sleep in a run down ghetto! On the web it looks like a clean, neat and well run mom and pop motor lodge. Furthest thing from it!! Stay away! read more

Peaceful, clean and definitely the perfect spot to stay a home away from home. I was officially going to stay in the The Beal House inn down the street and had to leave due bugs there at 10 pm. The check in guy here was so quick to book us for the two nights and gave us the same price we would've purchased through an online discounted website. The pool is heated and the room was spotless clean. The rooms have a mini fridge and a microwave and TV. They indeed have Maintance 24/7 . Book with them. read more

You get what you pay for. I expected basic accommodations, which is what I got. I am disappointed, however, in the cleaning standards. The floor had dirt smudging and hair in the corners, room smelled of old cigarettes, and peeling wallpaper. Desk staff not wearing a mask. Other than the room had a funny smell like it hadn't been used in a while it was a basic room. Seems like a classic 1950's motel which I like. Room was clean and grounds well kept. Bed ,sheets and pillows were very comfortable. BEWARE.....NO COFFEE POT!!!! For me this is a big deal. There was also no bar soap! Just a tiny bottle of body wash. No hair conditioner which for a person with hair down to the belt line could have been an issue if I hadn't brought my own. Over all , now that I know ...I'd stay again and bring my coffee pot. ** Traveler's beware ** I booked a room several months in advance. The day prior to my stay I called to confirm my stay and make sure they had current credit card information. The lady I spoke with the day before confirmed my name, date and credit card information. After several hours of travel we arrived at 10 am and called to see if we could check in early. The lady whom I had spoken to the day prior answered and proceeded to say I didn't have a reservation. There were several large events going on and I believe they overbooked and ended up overcharging other customers. I would not book at this location ever!! I did get lucky that another hotel had a room available but it was a 2 night minimum. Instead of paying $150 for one night at this pos hotel, I ended up paying $500 for a "two night stay" even though I was only staying for one evening at the other hotel. If I could give even less stars I would. Please avoid this location at all costs. read more

It's about half an hour drive from the White Mountains. The hot water is not good. When we stayed there was a very big fly flying around the room which was very annoying. Except this everything is fine. Neat and clean at a fair price. read more

Room smelled real funky and definitely needed a deep clean. The bathroom was pretty grubby with dead flies in the tub. That said, the room was huge and I had the best night sleep in this bed of my entire 10 day trip (was only here one night). Stayed at the Littleton Motel my second night and it was amazing. I recommend heading over there instead! read more

You get what you pay for! I really didn't expect much but... Smelly. Loud ass mini fridge sounded like a jet engine. All night. Lastly, and most importantly, the door to my room looked like someone had really really tried to get inside - with like, a bat? Steel door dented up like nobody's business! I recently stayed at this motel. After checking in, I quickly unloaded my car and left to meet up with my family. After getting back late, I noticed that the room (at least the bathroom) had not been cleaned after the prior tenant. The tub and shower was disgusting, there was makeup on the sink, pink and black mold on the side of the tub, and dead flies behind the window shades. Unfortunately for me, I had minor surgery a few days prior to my stay which required me to soak in the tub multiple times each day. I had brought my own cleaning products to make sure I would be soaking in a clean tub, but after cleaning it and filling it up, I was too turned off by the green water to bring myself to get into the tub.. I wasn't able to notify the staff as I arrived back to my room after their office had closed and when I went to speak with them in the morning when I checked out, the office was locked. For over $100 per night, I was very disappointed. That said, the room was a decent size with 2 beds. If only it had been cleaned. read more

Best spot in Littleton in my opinion, amazing staff (super friendly and customer service oriented) rooms were clean, beds were comfy and they have a playground and a pool as well as horse shoes. I drove 4 hours to stay at this motel that had 7 stars on Booking.com. Upon check in the office stink of smoke. I was given the key to unit 10. We walked in to our "non smoking room" and it stunk of smoke. The trash bucket was stained/dirty with no liner. The floor hadn't been swept or washed, dirt and debary build up again beds and dressers, floor boards. The two beds had white top sheet over the blanket. BOTH, had urine stains on them. I brought the manager in and he quickly removed them and left the room. I continued to check the bedding out and we found old pillow with no protector covers, stained, cases stained and had hair/ pubic hairs on them. I pulled down the blanket to check the sheets/mattresses. They had urine stains/bed bug stains (I work for pest control company) Mold, water stains and crusty black sustains on them. Also they have people living in some units and her company was pulling in and out as they were drunk/high/loud. NOT CHILDREN OR PET SAFE AT ALL. This was all in 5 minutes! I packed up my car and asked for a refund. The manager was rude not understanding that these conditions are not expectable and not public health safe, never mind not COVID compliant. He wouldn't give me a refund and told me to call Board of Health if I felt this way. We did and sent them all the photos! I'm trying to get my 139.99 back. For that amount and the drive up we could have stayed at a Ritz! DONT book here no matter the reviews you read about them being good. They must have employees write them. My fiance and I were very excited for this motel, drove an hour and a half to stay here for our anniversary to which my fiance later re-proposed to me, and this motel literally ruined our entire stay. The first night there was something wrong with our fridge (Made huge loud bang noises and kept us up) to which the owners decided its okay to spend 30 min in our room at 10:30pm to listen if they could hear it. They kept joking that I was lying not exactly funny. The next day they offered to have a maintenance man (yes they don't have 24/7 maintenance) and the owners camp out in my room while i was gone the entire day. Having a $1500 mac book and many valuables I didn't feel comfortable with people in my room without me, never have never will. I declined. I then ask the husband if we could get our $12 a day back that you pay for the kitchen (seeing as though if we couldn't use our fridge as they suggested to unplug it which we wanted to and you need a fridge to cook a lot of things) he said to speak to his wife. When leaving we finally were able to speak to her and I was met with being yelled at the rudest I've ever been spoken to as a customer in my entire life. She deemed it was my fault because I wouldn't allow someone in my room without me. (She acted as though I was crazy for not wanting strangers in my room without me and said that she'd been doing this for so many years to which I said it's not her, I don't even like maid service. I wouldn't be comfortable with this anywhere) She had so much attitude and rudeness I actually had to ask her to stop giving me attitude. Seeing as though we had to spend more money out eating, than just cooking in our room I didn't see my request extreme. She yelled at me, "WHAT YOU WANT YOU WHOLE STAY FREE? IS THAT WHAT YOU WANT?!" laughing at me. I told her all I wanted was $12 a day, to then she blamed me that I didn't initially tell her (it had been only a minute into our conversation at this point), to which i said I told her husband that and he said he'd convey that to her. She then said he never told her that and instead of apologizing for the miscommunication, she then blamed me for that as well. After ten minutes of being yelled at and made all my fault for THEIR mess up she finally gave me my $12 a day back. When I told her that I'm a tripadvisor reviewer and I am making a review for the treatment she gave me I was met with again yelling, "GOOD YOU DO THAT" I have never spent hundreds of dollars at a place for a service to which when they mess up I'm yelled at. It's not my fault it was expected of me to accommodate them by letting strangers in my room, rather they shouldn't have had the fridge messed up to begin with and gladly given me $12 a day back. I have worked in the customer service business almost all my life, and if anything were my fault I would do everything in my power to make the customer happy, even if it were their fault I would make sure they left happy. Instead I had to spend more for food out, had no kitchen, got blamed for everything and gotten yelled at and the treated horribly. I left their crying, and for a business to do that to a customer is horrible. Tip for the motel: Don't treat your paying customers like trash, especially if something is your fault. (btw, wifi sucked, pool was closed, you can hear EVERYTHING in the neighboring rooms and outside, the rooms smell HORRIBLE, AC doesn't work, needs more storage for clothes and only one bed has a topper on it, even with it on it it's still hard and the other bed without a topper is like a rock and they have animals) read more

This is a delightful little motel. It is very safe and quiet. The room was very clean. The water is nice and hot and the air conditioning is very cool. The staff is on the grounds 24/7. It is located very close to town. You could walk to a restaurant. read more

Booked a room a few weeks ago and showed up about 6 pm after a day of fishing Moore Reservoir. A sign on the door had a number to call for assistance. I called it, and similar to when I made the reservation, had a lot of trouble understanding them, and them me. Finally they said they'd be there in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later they showed up and proceeded to tell me the only person with my name (they took only my first name on the reservation) already checked in. I showed them a text message I had to my friend confirming the hotel, but they said I never made a reservation. Then smugly told me they'd have never rented a room for $122, but more like $300, and I wouldn't find a hotel within 100 miles. As I left the owner stood in the door way waving at me like a smart@ss. I drove a mile and got a room at the Eastgate for a few bucks more, where the friendly person there told me they had numerous guests show up there with the same problem. Apparently they just rent your room if someone shows up late in the day so they can leave. Terrible place - shelter in front is fallen down with caution tape around it, nasty people.
