For a premium-priced dessert from a store known for quality, this raises serious concerns about hygiene and quality control. Sharing this so the store is aware and can address the issue.

I have had dozens of friendly encounters with the staff from the deli, bakery, butcher, cashiers, and even fellow patrons! The woman who works the bakery in the morning on weekdays goes out of her way to greet you and even offer fresh baked pastries, still hot from the oven! The butchers are informative and on many occasions offered to marinate meats that were not in rotation for the day! Unfortunately it is true what others have said about expired food for sale... other than that, it is great establishment where employees are friendly and helpful!

It's pricier, but the quality was always better than Safeway. However I noticed a year, maybe 2 , ago the cheeses were very close to expiry dates, and a couple of them past it. This turned into a regular occurrence here. Lately, the Vegs are meh. The green beans this had mold on them! The fresh made dolmas only lasted a couple of days, they used to last a week in the fridge. Selection is more limtied than it used to be. Def not worth the prices. The people are nice tho. I guess I'll have to hoof it down the hill to Canyon market.

This place was the perfect solution. The bathing stations are clean and well-maintained, and the staff are incredibly helpful. They walked us through how the bathing station worked and made sure we had everything we needed, including shampoo + conditioner, towels, aprons, scrubber, and ear-cleaning wipe. We really appreciated the portable staircase, which made it so much easier for a larger dog like Olaf to get into the tub. They gave us a small amount of treats to encourage Olaf to hop in, which definitely helped! This was only our second time bathing him ourselves, and the setup made the entire experience easy. They also have a separate drying room, and Olaf did well there too. We were also impressed by the huge selection of treats and chews. Olaf absolutely loved his spiral bully stick and is happily working on a bull pizzle. I came here with my current very ragged, extra stinky foster dog. She's a small terrier mix who spent at least a year on the streets. She is a combination of terrier bravado and extreme love me cuteness, but she doesn't know some of the basics of being a companion dog. So the bath plan was very new to her. Everything was set up for me - towels, wash cloth, massaging brush, apron. There are shampoo choices that you can smell before testing which is very important to people with allergies. Because the dog is healing from a major flea infestation, we chose the calming oatmeal shampoo. We were also given a blueberry shampoo for her face and conditioner. Everything is mixed in squeeze bottles for easy application. They also gave us a bowl of treats to keep her happy during her bath. They explained how everything worked and made sure to get the water to a good temperature before we started. The shampoo was excellent quality as was the conditioner. They checked on me to make sure things worked well. When we moved to the drying area, the table had been raised to make things easier. I also want to mention how clean everything is. We were there later in the day. You would think they had just opened given that everything was sparkling. I'm sure other dogs had been there that day, but you couldn't tell. We left happy. The dog looked wonderful and bounced out of there as happy as could be.
