From the very first visit, things went wrong. I came with my little daughter, because I had no one to leave her with--she always worries about me when I have medical procedures, so she accompanied me. At the first appointment, they told me I needed root canal treatment. The doctor decided to perform two upper molar root canals in a single visit without explaining that afterward I would be unable to chew properly on either side. After the procedure, the filling was left too high, and I could not even close my jaw. I felt severe discomfort and pain when trying to bite, and the pressure caused constant aching. I came back to have it fixed, and they simply filed down the bump a little, but the problem never truly went away. Each time they numbed me, my face became noticeably asymmetrical and stayed numb for far too long. It looked and felt like they were injecting either too large a dose or too close to a nerve. My cheek would droop to one side, and it was very uncomfortable and frightening. It happened every time, not once, which made me worry that something was being done incorrectly. Later, they told me another filling was needed. I came again with my daughter, but I was told they could not treat me because I had a child with me. This shocked me, because I know that many dental clinics have small kids' corners or at least allow children to sit quietly while a parent is being treated. Yet here, they refused to help me simply because my daughter was with me--while I personally saw one of the doctors bring a large dog into the clinic. Apparently, pets are acceptable, but not a calm child sitting nearby. They re-did one of my fillings three times, but it never felt right. The bump remained, and my bite stayed uneven. Then they told me that they could not place a crown and the doctor refused to continue my treatment. Now I have to find another dentist and pay at least $2,000 more to finish what should have been done properly from the start. The second tooth they treated was no better--the filling kept falling out, food constantly got stuck between the teeth, and the tooth stayed sensitive and painful. After the last time they fixed it, it felt okay for about two weeks, and then the pain, swelling, and gum inflammation came back again. Each time I came back, the story repeated itself. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to blame me, saying that I didn't know the full history of my teeth--even though they had taken full panoramic X-rays and had all my records from the beginning. Every visit left me more frustrated and disappointed. What I expected was proper communication, careful work, and respect for the patient. What I received was unfinished, careless treatment, repeated pain, and avoidance of responsibility. Now I live with discomfort, uneven bite, and financial loss. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone. Patients deserve honesty, clear explanations, gentle and competent care, and professionalism. Unfortunately, I found none of that here.

This office seems to be all about money minus the actual kind of care and the treatment to help people get their dental care needs met they don't offer much else but waste your time and your insurance companies money for care that they don't even provide aside from the initial cleaning service they do cleaning services and they also provide the care that is not covered and expensive and unnecessary for patients, but aren't willing to actually give them real time and attention to fix the problems they are experiencing and don't care about saving teeth they care about charging the insurance companies even when they don't do any care They will clean your teeth however that's the extent of the care you will likely receive if you need any other kind of work done they don't care to help they will however book your cleaning within weeks and they don't have the time to book a filling thats 4 to 6 months out smh and they do offer the option of an extractions, unfortunately they aren't willing to provide that in their office they will likely send you elsewhere to have extractions provided , however thankfully for me the Dr whom was to do my extraction looked at my X-ray and was honest with me and asked why I was having my tooth removed and not getting any kind of saving treatment done on it and thankfully I switched my dentist to a different office and I still have that tooth that they would have had me get it extracted and it was not at that point and level of having it be extracted, but thankfully their are still good dentist out there that don't just care about the money only and they actually care for the people they bill without hesitation and sometimes without any actual care provided and i was hesitant to make this post but **if it saves someone else's time and unnecessary stress and pain it's worth the effort because this offices only interested in money minus the actual quality care involved they are not a good option for most people who need more than a cleaning kind of care but if you have the kind of teeth that only need cleanings and just the yearly cleanings than This is alright, an maybe to do unnecessary procedures that are expensive and not even covered by insurance companies because they aren't even necessary in the first place but if you can pay out of pocket for them then you got yourself a good chance at getting those needs met here, but If you need real care and want more than a polishing treatment and yearly cleaning kind of experience then go elsewhere .

He has been the most professional and honest orthodontist I've met. I'm happy with the results and I'm still a few months away from completion. I wish I had found him along time ago. What I've always loved about Dr. M is his ability to explain the course of treatment in a way that's easy to understand. He's also always been very realistic about results. Plus, the girls in his office are the nicest!! However, as much as I adore the whole team, I'm definitely going to be wearing my retainers this time around so I'm hoping i don't have to see Dr. M and his staff any time soon :)

The explanation was that my insurance had been maxed out, which apparently was true - but they should have seen that in advance and advised me accordingly. At any rate, they were very supportive of my lack of employment and let me work out a plan to pay it off in installments.
