I needed to have a crown replaced and two fillings put in. Brenda was very helpful explaining the bill. I decided to get better insurance to pay more of the bill. With the help from Brenda, I saved a lot of money out of pocket. I've never had a person working in a dentists office take the time to explain how the billing works. I got a deep cleaning on half of my mouth cause I was I could only do a half at a time. I made another appointment for December 11th. I got a text message asking to confirm, I confirmed. I go to my appointment and get told it was canceled because I didn't answer a phone call. Why would I need to answer a phone call if just confirmed your text message. The women in the front could care less and pretty was happy to tell me to get lost. I told her to take my name out of the system after they said I couldn't talk to anyone and she said yea bye buddy. I am a 71 year-young female who has had an extensive amount of dental work done throughout my life. In my younger years, going to the dentist was traumatic. This was BEFORE NOVOCAINE!!! I couldn't believe it when I went to Dr. Dental on Bridge St. in Lowell, MA that I ACTUALLY ENJOYED my dental visit!!! My first appointment was 7/28 and my 2nd was Aug. 4. The dentist did a preventative/restorative procedure on a tooth that had been that way for at least 20 years! My prior dentist that I went to exclusively, who is considered reputable, NEVER even addressed that tooth. IT NOW LOOKS BRAND NEW!!! WOW! I have a great deal more work to be done on my teeth. I can't believe that I'm ACTUALLY looking forward to it!!! The facility is spotless and has state-of-the-art equipment. Considering Covid-19, they have gone over and above what is necessary to be sure everyone is safe. EVERY SINGLE PERSON WHO WORKS THERE IS WONDERFUL! ALL are professional yet kind and caring. They are truly concerned with my care and comfort. This office has all women working there. Each one has a name that is as beautiful as they are. Just amazing! Thank you, thank you, Dr. Dental. I have Been to Dr.Dental Lowell, MA Location twice. First Visit: They made me wait about 45 minutes and overall 1.5 hours for cleaning teeth and check up with x rays. Second Visit: They made me verify my appointment by text. They made me verify my appointment by email. They made me verify my appointment by phone. I received another text to arrive earlier than my appointment. Yet they didn't have the courtesy to tell me that due to the CDC guidelines following the COVID-19 Pandemic they can't see more than certain amounts of patients at a time and there will be long wait times. (P.S - If they were following CDC guidelines they would not have scheduled so many people at the same time.) I was there early for my 12 pm appointment for a filing! They made me wait for an hour and later asked me if I wanted to reschedule. I had to take time off from work to be there for the appointment. My time is valuable too, I ended up leaving without getting the treatment. Avoid going there at all costs. There are LOTS of better dental clinics out there!! read more

DO NOT GO HERE, DONT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE, UNLESS YOU ARE A MASOCHIST. HACKS! DON'T GO TO THE ONE IN LOWELL EITHER, THE DENTISTS THAT RUINED MY TEETH WORK THERE TOO! MY DOCTOR DENTAL NIGHTMARE: I visited Lowell office Spring of 2016 because it was the soonest appointment at anywhere and my insurance was going to expire. I had a bunch of fillings done, mostly in my back teeth, molars and wisdom tooth. The dentist that did it works at Dracut office too. After appointment, I sat for a few minutes in my car, by this time the anesthetic was wearing off and I was feeling around at the work with my tongue. Then I found a sharp rough spot sticking down in the back, sharp enough to cut my tongue on it. Very prominent point that stuck down past the chewing surface, how do you miss that?! I went back in and they filed it down and I went home. A couple hours later once the anesthetic had fully worn off, I was getting reading for dinner and felt (with my tongue) the rough uneven surface they had transformed the back right chewing surface and backs of my teeth into. My canine tooth had a concave space larger than before they had filled it and one side was sharp enough to cut my tongue on. Unfortunately, the disappointment didn't stop there. When I sat down to finally eat dinner, I took a bite with the side of the fillings and excruciating shooting pain burst in my jaw! I tried to take a few bites of soft food, thinking that it was just sensitive, but I couldn't, the pain was unbearable. (For the record I have never experienced pain after a filling). Rest of the evening I had a head ache. Next day, My whole jaw throbbed and I had a terrible head ache. I knew something was wrong, and made an emergency appointment at my parents dentist. She looked at it and told me that not only did it look like they had done a poor job, but the filling in my wisdom tooth was broken (WHICH EXPLAINED THE PAIN)!! THEY SENT ME OUT OF THE OFFICE WITH A BROKEN FILLING!! Unfortunately, my insurance would not cover another filling in the same tooth so I had to make an appointment for the following Monday to go back to the same office and have them fix it. The whole weekend I had excruciating head aches, could only chew on half my mouth, and would wake up in the middle of the night with searing tooth pain. Monday I went to get the broken filling fixed. I wouldn't have gone back to them if I could afford to pay out of pocket. I insisted on seeing a different dentist. The dental tech was rude and obviously not paying full attention to the dentist as she "fixed" the shoddy filling. This dentist also confirmed that the filling was broken. Later once the anesthesia wore off, the surface and back of teeth still felt rough and uneven. I tried to stay hopeful that at least it would be painful anymore. That night I had spaghetti for dinner, and even on the soft noodles again I had pain that was not as bad as previously but still too unbearable to be able to chew on the right side of my mouth. For the next two weeks I went about chewing on the left side. This put stress on an old filling on the left, which a chunk fell out of. Now I was (presumably) insurance-less and facing an emergency visit to my parents dentist the following Monday. Turns out my insurance wasn't shut off after all (WTF!) and I got the hole fixed, scheduled a full exam in a week to get xrays of the work Doctor Dental had done. The next week I still couldn't chew because of the pain. They took xrays and looked around, and determined that the filling hadn't been sealed properly (AYFKM?!), but they couldn't fix it for a year because of my insurance restrictions. She said it wouldn't cause any harm to leave it for a year, so I opted to just deal with not being able to chew rather than return to the dental hell that is Doctor Dental. It is now December, and for the past two weeks I have been able to chew soft food on the right side of my mouth. FINALLY! I still have to worry about hard things like nuts and chips, but as of today I can chew most things on the teeth they filled. Now to put this into perspective, that is 9 FREAKING MONTHS of not being able to chew on half of my mouth. I discussed this with my current dentist, she told me that is very unusual and probably due to the poor sealing job. She also commented that she was shocked they would even do a filling and remove so much tooth from a wisdom tooth, and if that much decay had been resent they should have pulled it. Also she told me they should have offered amalgam fillings for the back teeth, which they didn't. Additionally, ever since the original fillings, I have been suffering from headaches 1-4 times per week. I rarely used to get head aches before. I am posting all of this because I don't want anyone to have to suffer as I did. I have learned a great lesson, and will NOT go to ANY medical practice without a referral or reading reviews. IF YOU HAVE ANY SENSE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! read more

Excellent staff very Happy with my new teeth. There was a medical emergency when I was there and the Staff handled it very professionally until medical assistance finally showed up. I feel that all the Staff from Bridge St went above and beyond during this incident and show slot of compassion for this person. I have always been treated welcomed from the receptionist then from the dental Asst and my Dr is the best made me very comfortable. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist. I went to this dentist with the promise she would be gentle. So far i have had at least 8 appointments today would have been 9 or 10. 1 the fillings she put in did not stay in 2 she pulled an infected tooth from day one i asked for antibiotics after a lot of pain 2 weeks later she finally gives me antibiotics. My teeth are worse im missing two she pulled but refused to do at same time. i cant smile. She told me in a month after the second i would have my partials then never even fitting me for them nevermind fixing them. Then she says she has to bang on a tooth that is missing half of it to make sure it needs to come out. (Not gentle! At all) half the tooth missing is enough evidence i thought. All she wants is to make as many chances to bill your insurance as possible i have found. Many appointments no improvements from her office. read more

Dr. Quershi and Her Staff (Michelle) are extremely friendly and Thorough. This also extends to the reception staff as well. Dr. Quershi really cares about her patients' comfort, and talks you through everything that is being done. I went in for some cosmetic work and I've got to say I'm extremely happy and impressed with the way things turned out.
