I knew I wanted the Wonton in Hot Chili Oil but I also wanted to try the Dan-Dan Noodles here, because I wasn't a fan of them at the other location, so I ordered both of those along with Salt & Peppered Prawns. The food was served fairly quickly. I started with the Wontons but there was something in the chili oil that made my mouth extremely tingly and numb. I normally get a slight tingly feeling when I eat them but this was intense. I couldn't even finish it. The Dan-Dan Noodles were incredible though! They had the perfect amount of flavor and spice. The Salt & Peppered Prawns were good, but I probably won't order them again. The flavors were great but the seasoning is only on the shells. I found myself rubbing the de-shelled shrimp on the seasoned shells to give them some flavor. I did attempt to eat them with the shells on but I wasn't a fan. You really can't go wrong at Judy's! The staff were incredible and the food is good!!! I still prefer the Chesapeake location but I'm glad I was able to stop in and try the food out at this location as well.

I have eaten here several times. Always take out. They deliver as well and usually very quickly. The last couple times I have been there I noted that the food had changed so it's apparent they have changed the cook. Too bad. The guy is not nearly as good at making their food as the past cooks were (chefs?) They are fast and that is great. The food NORMALLY is very good and generous. The young lady that works the counter most of the time is okay at being social but could step that up a little. Her [husband]?? is kind of a cranky guy. That being said, I would not be in food service for love nor money so I get it. I would say 5 stars but it takes a huge leap between this level of food and 2 more stars. I would go 4 stars but for the change of the cook and rather bad food last couple trips. Really put a damper on over-all experience. Previously it was 4 star but 3 is as high as I go for now. If an inspection was performed it would have to be shuttered. Not to mention I called my order in 20 minutes ahead, and had to wait more than 50 minutes after I got there for my order to be ready. Stay away! Hopefully it gets shut down.

They looked good, and you get 10 which was good. The problem was the taste. They need to change their grease or something. The Rangoon immediately tasted like fish, my tongue was confused by the strong fishy flavor. I couldn't even taste what was inside. I ate 2 to see if all of them tasted that way, and after the same taste coated my tongue, I threw them away. Again the very thick sauce came on the side. There were a few seats and tables inside to dine in, but it felt a little crowded. So takeout is probably best!! I don't think I'd go back to this location again. I don't like giving a low star review because they were nice. 3.5 stars for customer service, but the food just wasn't worth it. 2 stars for the food, because I liked the rice.
