They have connections to all the trades and can get a plumber, handyman etc over to my property often the same day, which is critical to keeping up the level of service I want for my guests. (Producing a repair person on the same day is no mean feat in the islands.) They are personable and professional, a pleasure to work with, and charge far less than a traditional property management company. I recommend them highly to any vacation rental owner.

She didn't seem happy about that either. Processing payments and answering basic questions is bare bones basic customer service. Resolving a problem without acting like you, as the customer service representative, are being inconvenienced by having to deal with it, is not good customer service. L101 is a great property. I messaged with Dani and we tried a few things that didn't work. And the next day while we were out they replaced the tv. What great service! The construction next door meant a giant fence along the property line which totally blocked our view of the ocean. They should have offered us a different property for the week.
