I'm not saying Wicked Good Butcha doesn't offer quality products--I've heard good things about their meat. My issue was solely with the customer service and the way I was treated. A little courtesy and professionalism would have gone a long way. I left feeling genuinely disrespected, which was disappointing.

Last week, for the first time ever, we ended up with a steak that just wasn't up to their usual standard. Honestly, it's so rare for them that we didn't think much of it, but my husband stopped in today and mentioned it. What happened next is exactly why we keep going back. They didn't just acknowledge it -- they went above and beyond. They replaced it with a free NY strip steak, and on top of that gave us Prime Butcher playing cards and a big bottle of their "Everything" seasoning. Completely unexpected and absolutely appreciated. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. They didn't have to do any of that, but they did -- and it speaks volumes about who they are. The manager and staff are always smiling, cracking jokes, and just genuinely good, down-to-earth people. And the meat? Always beyond delicious -- you won't find better anywhere else.
