    Sweet and stick steak tips.
    D M.

Their sweet and sticky steak tips are incredible! Also got some of their thick cut bacon and some twice baked potatoes. Although this place is about an hour drive, it was worth it. Can't wait to go back and get some more of those delicious steak tips!

Cast iron/oven prime filets. Salt, pepper, garlic, cooked in butter, RoseMary & citrus. Amazing flavor cooked at medium rare.

I called to see if they were open. The man on the phone was so pleasant. Yep! They were open! So I stopped by. I've been visiting my mom in Nashua and wanted to make her a special meal. I bought two Prime filets. It cost me $40, but you can't put a price on good quality food so I wasn't mad and I knew it would be around that. The guys behind the counter were knowledgeable about the meat. I did ask what the difference of the two types Of filets. I was not disappointed. I don't think my mother was either. I made cast iron filets with shrimp and parm cream, risotto and broccoli. Better than restaurant quality. I'll definitely be back while I'm in town. They have an amazing variety and the entire staff is friendly. The store is nice and big so you don't have cunts up your ass cutting you off in line.

Texas barbeque and Jimmy Buffet, that's a great combination!

This place is a barbecue lover's paradise! The experience doesnt start with the meats, but the customer service. Just about 2 weeks ago I made my debut at The Flying butcher and it was anything but mediocre. I was greeted warmly and then given the time I needed to make a selection. To prepare myself, for a tailgate party I selected a rack of ribs. Being from Texas, I carefully select my choice for bbq meats... This set of ribs seemed to have all the qualities I would expect back home: Good color, balance between fat and meat, and of course the cut of meat itself- baby back ribs. After the tailgate party, the proof was undeniable That this was a good rack of ribs! Perfect flavor, tender, and fall off the bone in about 90-100 minutes. Special thanks to Brian for taking care of us for this trip and for our camping trip this weekend!

That wouldn't have been a big deal, but the woman working at the front desk was extremely rude and made the interaction feel unnecessarily unpleasant. For context, I was there to pick up meat for a large party and planned to spend around $2,000. Instead, I took my business to another local butcher. I'm not saying Wicked Good Butcha doesn't offer quality products--I've heard good things about their meat. My issue was solely with the customer service and the way I was treated. A little courtesy and professionalism would have gone a long way. I left feeling genuinely disrespected, which was disappointing.

I'm doing review as I've been a loyal reward member & frequent customer & had weird experience today. Asked for Rib Roast, bone in, guy went to see if the "have any" 10 mins later another (Mgr?) comes out; " how big a roast...?" Two ribs..." "I can't do that I'd have to open a large cut etc". Wow they didn't want to sell me a $200 roast they have on hand? Very weird. I'll cash my "Loyalty Member" points/credits & will be done. I understand holidays are upon us but I've spent THOUSAND at this place each year since open...NOPE I'll drive to be a "loyal customer". One out of five or 10 only due to location.

For context, this review is being written after trying only one of BB's products. That having been…read moresaid, they have made a most prodigious first impression on yours truly. As some may recall, I love me some rib eye. As such, I happen to spot a butcher shop near the same place wifey and I get our pedis. That's how I found this place. Usually I head to Wicked Good Butcha up in Bedford. But I figured since this place is way closer, I'd give them a try. Anyways, we try a little under 2 pounds of rib eye that day. Only...it seemed like a bit less than that. Lemme explain.. These particular cuts of meat could have been distant cousins. Because whilst one was pretty lean with still plenty of marbling, the other piece was something like...30% fat. So, that meant that sometime after grilling was done and carnivorous consumption commenced, I had to essentially leave behind the less than edible chewy, fatty pieces. Nevertheless, you can see from the pics I took how delicious these cuts of beef look. The meaty parts I could manage to extract melted in my mouth like butter (which meant I nailed the mid-rare temp I was going for). Point is though...I couldn't have made a better steak if I just went to the grocery store. The store itself is pretty small and quaint. Everything about their display screams "fresh". Thing is....I've yet to try more things from here. Hence, my lack of fifth star. I figure, it's too soon to tell. But perhaps after I obtain some baby back ribs from them, maybe....we'll see. For now though...I'm giving Brother's Butcher 4 savory rib eye steaks on the grill that melt in your mouth out of 5.

Stopped by Brothers Butcher Shop in Nashua as we had never tried it…read more We asked the clerk what grade the NY strip steaks were and he had no idea. He asked another girl working there and she said I think its Choice, but she did not sound like she was really sure what grade of meat it was. It was $21.99/lb. We decided to try one. Got home and grilled it. It was nothing special and not very tender. When your buying beef you should know what USDA grade it is, and sellers should have it labeled in the cases for buyers to see...Select grade being the lowest, choice grade being in the middle, and prime grade being the best and most tender of the three......Just bought prime grade strip steak for only 19.99 lb from Old Boys Butcher Shop in Merrimack NH a newly opened business and it was VERY tender. We also got a Chicken Pie from the frozen case made by Wrights Farm. It was $18.99 for an 8 inch pie. I am always looking for a great Chicken Pie. I've yet to find one except for Raymonds Turkey Farm. This pie was pathetic. And I mean pathetic. Tiny pieces of chicken, bland gravy and no vegetables. No taste. It had a bottom crust which was very hard to cut to get the pie out of the pan. The 8 inch pie is barely enough for 2 people. And I made mashed potatoes and peas also. My experience at this butcher shop was not overwhelming by any stretch. Would not recommend Brothers Butcher Shop. High prices and mediocre food.

Finally made a point to stop in on a weekday for lunch and was not disappointed! The burger I ordered was huge, and delicious. It was full halfway through. Super friendly, attentive, and kept things moving even though they were slammed. We ordered the spicy strawberry margaritas. They don't carry Ghost tequila, so they made them with fresh jalapeños and their house tequila instead, and they came out really good. Someone else in our group ordered an espresso martini and ended up getting a second one because he liked it so much. We took advantage of the buy one get one lobster roll special and also ordered the steak tips with a bunch of sides. The dill pickle potato salad was pretty good, the baked beans were really flavorful, and the mac and cheese was probably my favorite. The street corn was a close second. The mashed potatoes could've used a little more seasoning, and the Caesar salad was just your standard Caesar. The only thing that disappointed me was the steak tips. We ordered them medium, but they came out well done and didn't have as much flavor as I was expecting after hearing so many people rave about them. The lobster rolls were okay, but honestly they weren't anything to write home about. If you're really craving a lobster roll, I'd rather spend a little more and get one on the coast. I also wish the bun had been a little more buttered and toasted. Overall, I still had a great experience because the service was excellent. The bartender mentioned Mondays and Tuesdays are their busiest nights because of the buy one get one lobster roll special, so maybe that played a part. I'll definitely come back and give it another shot because way too many people have recommended this place for me to judge it off one visit. It just didn't quite live up to the hype this time.
