I will never step foot in this place again. I explained to the mechanic and to the guy behind the counter exactly what I wanted done and why I wanted it done. Instead of that they instead did absolutely none of what I wanted done. They discovered a problem with a tire and informed me about it. I said thank you for the information now can you do the things I asked you to do please. Nothing. They didn't do a damn thing I asked them to do except for the oil change which was an add-on later on. So I wasted an hour and a half to get absolutely nothing done on my vehicle that I asked for. Let me first say that I have visited this establishment numerous times and have had a decent experience but today is the day I will never bring my vehicles back to this place. It started by me bringing in my vehicle to get the tires changed and balanced. Showed up all was great then an hour passed and didn't see any work happening, come to find out they were "waiting for the tires" which just so happen to be sitting in the back of the vehicle!! I told them this when I got there but the girl at the desk who shouldn't be there to begin with and doesn't know anything about vehicles forgot to tell the shop worker. So after 2 hours it was finally done. Fast forward to this morning and I brought my vehicle back to get the cv shaft cut out because the previous owner stripped the nut on the outside, now the gentlemen who was so eager to help us and take our money decided in his head that I was working on it, stripped it, and was coming to him as a last resort. WRONG! Now he didn't want to be bothered with it as he knew that he wouldn't be stealing my money on parts and labor. Yes I do my own work because a quote to do a single wheel bearing there was more then it cost me for 2 wheel bearings, 2 upper control arms, all 4 brake rotors and pads all around, oil change, rear end and front end oil change. What a joke, would have taken your worker 2 mins to use the torch to cut the nut off and you could have charged me an hours worth of labor for all I care. Instead I'll go to harbor freight and buy a torch, which most likely will be cheaper then 1 hours worth of labor there, and do it myself. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE AS ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MAKING MONEY ON PARTS AND LABOR AND NOT ABOUT KEEPING A CUSTOMER WHO VISITS FREQUENTLY. PS it's 7am and not a single car is being worked on and I was told I couldn't just wait for it, had to leave it all day and couldn't schedule an appt for it eaither. I was in need of a tire repair ASAP. I called a few places in the area and they either couldn't fix it today or the price was outrageous! Came here because it was close to my house and was told it would only cost about $20 to get the nail out of my tire. Walked in and out in less than 20 mins. Price was less than what I was told on the phone! Highly recommended. read more

I had Hancock replace the tires on my 04 Scion Xb back in July. Now in December I have a flat tire, but when I went to put on the spare the lug nuts were on so tight that putting all my 210 lbs on the crowbar didn't even budge them. After about 10 minutes I managed to strip one of the lugs so since it was the evening I put some air in it then drove it home thumping. I worked on it at home and with a torque wrench turned all the way up I managed to loosen 3 of 4 lug nuts on the tire, but literally pulled my quad trying with all might strength to loosen the last one. I even in the process broke off a extension on the ratchet. I now just called Hancock where they explained that since it has been 5 months they could not help me. She then went on to explain that her boss said I should have come sooner if there was an issue, and I asked how I would have known until I have a reason to remove them but she just passed over that. She also said in a sarcastic way "so in 5-6 months no one has done anything to the tires?" so I guess they only expect their work to be good for 5 months. I said you realize your trying to convince me of something that didn't happen right? In the end they said they would not help me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! This place is awesome. They are very honest and the prices are reasonable. Both times I went there they didn't do the whole "you need to have this done" and they even said I could hold off for awhile. I like that they are realistic. I'm Never going back, I was quoted 1 hour for a engine and transmission oil change. No biggie i can wait one hour. So I waited 1 hour but there was no word on my car yet. 30 minutes later no word yet. I don't believe in rushing professionals and asking every 10 minutes how's car. By the 2nd Hour I asked how the progress was and they said just little more . Thats an 1 hour plus that than he quoted me but I didn't complain I just went to get food. I came back 20 minutes later from the McDonald across the street and they still weren't done. I don't run a car shop but in any business if u make someone wait more than DOUBLE the time you quoted them that's BAD business. I asked politely for a discount for the hour and half wait ( which is more than double the ETA he gave me ). The gentleman I usually deal with looked at me like I was crazy. I saw him shake his head and try to " quietly " say "I don't fuckin believe this shit" but I heard u that day BUDDY. I'm not the one whose going to lose if u make me waste my time. If I waste my TIME imma have to bring it up. I tried to shake his hand for the discount he gave me and I thanked him for being fair but he said his hands were "dirty " and rather not touch me at this time. He wouldn't even look at me afterwards. I've seen customers treat them worse from moment they walk in the door. Why give such good manners and service to those rude people so freely and give such a hard time to a patient customer? They called me twice not to long after leaving that day, which they never do. I hope they were tryin to apologize but I don't care to go back after that was a spit in my face. U lost my business, nice customers get finished last here. read more

very unprofessional!i visited this business to have my tire patched.i requested they remove the tire and patch it from the inside.they decided to ignore me and just plugged the tire which is not an approved method to safe repair a tire. when I questioned it I get shrugs and vague answer about the screw was too close to edge of tire but it was not.i went to another shop and paid them too remove the plug and properly repair the tire.will not go back and will tell friends not to go there as well! read more
