The only option was hours later with a male therapist, which I agreed to, but I also asked what they could do to make up for wasting my time. The receptionist said the owner would decide. The response: 20% off. I couldn't help but notice that their policy charges customers 50% for canceling without 24 hours' notice, but apparently when they cancel last-minute, my time is worth far less. Overall, I found the service dismissive, the lack of apology unprofessional, and the resolution unfair.
