Our family has tried the gelato, affogato, and cookies, and everything has always been amazing. My personal favorite is the pistachio gelato. It has a rich, natural pistachio flavor without tasting artificial. They currently have a seasonal strawberry shortcake flavor that is also really good. The gelato is smooth, dense, and incredibly creamy. It is on the pricier side, but you can taste the quality and freshness of the ingredients. Since gelato is denser than regular ice cream, even a small serving is surprisingly filling, so I still feel it's worth the price. They allow you to sample flavors before ordering, which is helpful because they have several great options. There always seems to be a line out the door, but the staff keeps it moving quickly. The shop is clean but has very limited seating, so it's more of a grab-and-go dessert spot. Since it's located inside the Victoria Gardens outdoor mall, you'll need to park in one of the mall's lots or parking garages and walk over. Overall, this is the perfect place to stop for dessert after lunch or dinner at Victoria Gardens. We'll definitely continue coming back.

Despite the rush and the immense pressure, he had the absolute best attitude. He was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming to every single person in line. It's rare to see that level of work ethic and genuine hospitality these days--I was truly so proud of him watching him crush it. Management, please give this young man a raise or a promotion! The store says their flavors are made fresh every day and they do taste more refreshing than store brought brands that probably have a bunch of preservatives in them. The inside of the store is quiet and usually there's one or two workers inside. If there's any critique, it's that they don't have so much seating. I think there used to be a few chairs in the store but they've either moved them outside or expect you to use the benches outdoors. If you've never been here before, I definitely recommend you try it.
