If hot subs weren't available, that should have been communicated politely rather than making customers feel like an inconvenience for ordering from the menu. The employees came across as rude and unhappy to be there, and the overall experience made us feel very unwelcome. I understand that employees can have busy or stressful shifts, but customers shouldn't be made to feel like they're a problem simply for coming in and ordering food. We left without getting what we originally came for, and after that experience, I have no reason to return to this location. Customer service matters, and this experience made it very clear that customers were not being valued. Management needs to address the attitude and customer service at this location.
