One employee was helping an elderly couple find the right LazyB type chair and Jessica immediately greeted me with the best smile and helpful attitude. Other stores just want you to buy a new knee scooter, because they do not offer a repair tech. I went to multiple stores because the upright pole with handlebars was wobbly. I was told by two stores they can't be repaired ~~ parts are expensive etc etc So I asked Jessica about their new scooters, but when I explained I just needed the scooter to be tighter, Jessica said that she could look at it and possibly repair it for $50. A lot better deal than selling me a new one for $300!!!I I was told her family were the previous owners when it was off 17th street. Not only was it exactly what we needed, but she took the time to explain how the chair works, folds, and even told me one area to be careful of that's a bit of a design flaw in most chairs. I felt the prices were very reasonable considering I needed it yesterday and didn't have time to shop around. She was super pleasant, very nice, and I never felt rushed. She also gets credit for being open on a Saturday morning as it looks like the majority of medical supply stores are closed on the weekends.
