Brett and Cam have been to our 30yo home so many times for repairs that we don't even have to show them where to go. They have repaired the humidifier, the sump pump, and leaking bathroom tubs (twice when the wall repair guy messed up), and replaced an old water heater with a tankless water heater. Their assessments are above quick concise and easy to understand. Their scheduling is the best in the business and their customer service is what I strive for in my own business. We will keep them on speed dial (is there even such a thing anymore ) for any future plumbing needs.

I called another company because I felt this was obviously poor service, maybe even a scam. Ans as I suspected it needed to be cleaned and a faulty sensor (a minor repair) was put in. They damaged…read morethe vinyl with a cut in the flooring about 2", when they came to do the repair, they cut a 4" square around the cut and put a piece of vinyl in that matched, except this made the problem worse. They should have replaced the whole section of flooring. The cut they made, which made it worse, caused more things to catch on it and looked worse than awful. Horrible pride of workmanship. Horrible. Never, never use these people. They are either clueless or do not care. Either way, never, never use them.
