We did a half bathroom remodel from baseboards, flooring, level setting tiles, vanity, paint, mirror, fixtures, drywall, etc. Unlike a lot of traditional Orlando handy folks I've worked with, the best thing about Max is his responsiveness. He gets things done, he tells you his plan, updates you on the progress and tells you like it is. Some folks you hire, you'll have no idea what's going on and especially for someone who isn't local it's critical to see and trust what's going on. Joe came out, replaced a motherboard and power supply, then prompted to say my tv was broken due to "liquid intrusion" while simultaneously saying he had no idea why it happened. His job was to assess the situation and report back to Asurion, but by tinkering with the internal components he broke my warranty with the manufacturer. By using "liquid intrusion" to define his analysis, Asurion denied my claim for replacement, then Joe sent a quote to fix my $1800 TV for $3000 dollars. Asurion reps told me they base their claim off of what the technician says in their report, so to me this was deliberate sabotage, preventing me from getting a replacement, and simultaneously destroying any help I could get from the manufacture. When I tried to reach out for some questions and to see if he could change his verbiage in his report he said he could not. If I could give a 0 rating I would.

The estimate was on time, professional, measured, and even spoke with my flooring guys to coordinate the job repairs. On the day of the job, Jay and Zayne (spelling?) were on-time, professional, and respectful of my home. They laid tarps down for all working areas and anywhere they walked. Once painted which I will do myself, everything will look perfect.
