My husband has been wanting to get us a generator for a little while now and we found one that was normally over $1,000 for $500. We also didn't need to pay tax on it. The employees even helped bring it out to the car and loaded in. My husband is very happy that he got a great deal on the generator. If you're thinking of upgrading some of your appliances, I would definitely recommend checking this place out. Other than appliances, they had a small selection of random items from storage containers to shower heads to de-humidifiers to extension cords (which this is where we give the four stars- some of the prices of those items were quite high and not really a deal). I can imagine the stock overturns frequently so it would be fun to pop in often if I was a local!

Joe came out, replaced a motherboard and power supply, then prompted to say my tv was broken due to "liquid intrusion" while simultaneously saying he had no idea why it happened. His job was to assess the situation and report back to Asurion, but by tinkering with the internal components he broke my warranty with the manufacturer. By using "liquid intrusion" to define his analysis, Asurion denied my claim for replacement, then Joe sent a quote to fix my $1800 TV for $3000 dollars. Asurion reps told me they base their claim off of what the technician says in their report, so to me this was deliberate sabotage, preventing me from getting a replacement, and simultaneously destroying any help I could get from the manufacture. When I tried to reach out for some questions and to see if he could change his verbiage in his report he said he could not. If I could give a 0 rating I would.

Despite the fact they claim to have a 5 year warranty, they stated they wouldn't cover anything other than burn in, despite that not being on the warranty document. After over an hour of escalations, LG agreed to assign a certified tech to review the situation and thankfully it was Kevin at VidTech. He reached out and I was able to send pictures of the issue via text message. He spent time on the phone with them and convinced LG that the panel was truly a warranty issue, saving me over $1800. I just had to pay labor and travel fees, which I feel were very reasonable. He was able to get the panel within a matter of days and set up the appointment. He was very efficient in getting the new panel installed and everything works great now. I wouldn't hesitate to call VidTech for service again in the future.
