We quoted out 5 others, but Kevin came in, took less than others to review the space which showed me he's been doing this for a long time (25 years) - provided me with a quote. The quote was slightly higher than others, however when it comes to investment and reliability - every penny counts and we hired him. Kevin and his team showed up early each day! And left on time. They even finished the job a day early, so when every other company has negative reviews about delays and hiccups. You have nothing to worry about with Ace crown. The quality and attention to detail was also superb. Literally do not go anywhere else, it's ace or nothing.

I was able to book an appointment to start work within a month. Simon and his crew started on Tuesday and finished Saturday. They probably could have finished earlier but my family was still staying in our house, so they coordinated with us and scheduled which rooms they would do first so that we could still sleep away from the paint smell. The painting crew was very patient and accommodating to my many requests, and i very much appreciate the stellar work they did. They went above and beyond what i expected, and I strongly recommend them to anyone needing painters.

The quality, as promised, was lacking where the high gloss paint was used, and not done to our satisfaction. Yes, there was a problem, but there was also a happy ending! Based on past experiences with other companies, we figured they would push back against our complaints, and move on without rectifying the situation. Luckily, that was not the case. One of the most important qualities in any company's owners, is integrity. The owner here stood behind his work, and had a very experienced painter come back to completely redo the high gloss areas that were done incorrectly. It looks beautiful now! He also explained that since this job, they have taken steps to change some of their practices to improve in the future. Every company should take advantage of learning experiences, take accountability for mistakes, and put the customer first. Stubbins Painting is one of those companies. This sort of real integrity is rare, and is what makes me comfortable in recommending them!

Elvis made a great job on quickly changing both roll springs at my stalled garage door. He worked with me on paint ideas and ordering samples prior to the painting. His team worked fast and very efficiently. The house looked amazing and during the final walkthrough if there were any sections that needed touch up it was handled then. They did such a good job that we decided to have his team to do the interior of the house. It was here that Fabio's professionalism really showed. During the application of the first coat I noticed that the paint did not match the sample from the manufacturer. Fabio came out to look at the issue and contacted the paint manufacturer's sales representative to come and see. The next morning the rep saw that there was a discrepancy with the paint color and offered other samples. Once the new samples arrived the decision was made for the new color. The team continued on with the job. Everything was done perfectly and came out looking great. I would definitely recommend Fabio and his team to friends and family.
