Not surprisingly, my insurance company denied the claim. Even after a second insurance company appraisal, it remained denied. We were at a stalemate with them for 9 months. EXPERIENCE WITH IMPRIANO: Fortunately a neighbor recommended Impriano Roofing and Siding. Jack Impriano inspected the roof and confirmed there was extensive hail damage. He spent a lot of time and took great efforts to document the damage (about 150 photographs) and write up a comprehensive assessment. As a result of his efforts, our insurance company reversed itself and approved the claim--in full. We were delighted to discover the entire project was to be just as deftly executed. The Impriano organization is large enough to be both impressive and reliable but small enough to be personal. In the run up to the project everything was handled smoothly and with excellent step by step communication from the office staff (thank you, Claire!) The installation crew (under the direction of Christian) was friendly, considerate, efficient, and focused. They arrived, set up, and went right to work. They kept the worksite organized and uncluttered. Christian communicated clearly and effectively throughout the project. When finished, the job looked beautiful and Christian was clearly proud of what he had done. I paid for some upgrades and they were installed without question. They sent two different people to inspect the site and ensure the ground was free of nails or other debris. RECOMMENDATION: Impriano gets 3 thumbs up from us for a job that was excellent quality at a fair price. That's the definition of good VALUE. I can recommend them without any reservation.

Nice people on the phone and they scheduled a person to come out and do an estimate very quickly. Paul was nice, patient with all my questions but during and after the appointment via email. He got me the estimate quickly and then came back out again to do exact measurements for the final estimate. Again, just very helpful throughout the process. Waiting for the windows took a while so I think we did end up waiting like 2-3 months between that visit and getting them installed which was the only negative of our experience. Installation team was fantastic. I think there were 3-4 people there. Ed was in charge. Just nice guys, we felt comfortable having them in the house. Cleaned up very well. Everything looks great and very professionally installed. Kept us updated with some random things they found (rotting wood) when reframing the windows. Again answered questions anytime we had them. On time both coming and leaving. Cost seems reasonable for what we got and from speaking with friends but I'm no window expert. Planning on having them come back out next year to finish the rest of the windows. Good experience overall.

Really, everyone was a pleasure to work with. We called, they answered, and we got an appointment promptly and smoothly. Our experience then continued with Chris Burton, who answered all of our questions and was very communicative. He gave us a price for our two bow windows that was less than the other local company we got a quote from, and with a better warranty, and he seemed a lot more invested in our business than the other guy. We ended up asking them to do two bow windows, an additional five bedroom windows, and our back door, which was falling apart. Mike came out to measure and he was right on the dot, time wise. Their estimated lead time of ten weeks or so was about right, and then Mike and his team (Travis, Cash) came out to do the install, which they completed in a few days. The windows look great! And they seem quieter and way more insulating than the old ones. Hopefully they stay that way for a long time. My only minor complaints are that the guys trampled my flowers a bit and also gave us bow windows that are "deeper" than our old ones (they stick out past where the old ones ended). As long as they don't fall out or put strain on my house, though, I'm actually kind of enjoying the deeper window because I can fit more houseplants there. It does look a bit funny though (see photos). Also, we opted to stain the wood trim around the windows and the guys were kind enough to install the wood, wait till we'd stained the pieces, then come back to do the last bit of caulking. My dad told me, "If you already paid them, they're not coming back," but he's apparently never worked with a company like Thermal! Also, Danielle, their scheduler, was very responsive and fun to chat with. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for an honest company with good prices.

About 4-6 weeks later, Blake contacted me and scheduled for installation. Robert and his team did an excellent job installing the windows. I had a total of 11 windows installed on the first floor of my property in Nov 2023. They completed the job in 1 and half days. It could have been done in one day but the sunset in November didn't allow. Some of the pictures of the completed job are shown below. I don't have the before pictures but trust me, there's a huge difference. I will have them come back to complete the second floor in the first quarter of 2024. Thank you!!
