I decided on just fixing the rope. When I picked up my mower 4hrs later the lady behind the counter charged me $45 after quoting me $25. When I questioned the price difference she mumbled some piss poor excuse. They didn't even have the audacity to give me a call to let me know they were price gauging me. Anyways, I will never recommend this shop to anymore. Steer clear of these crooks. They're over priced and lie straight to your face!

The service was "meh" but we persevered. After waiting for two weeks for any movement on the company, we decided to go down the street to Tim's and see what options they had for dishwashers. While the selections were few, they had one dishwasher that had what we wanted (of COURSE we want the third rack...doesn't everyone?)...and though it was more expensive than we originally planned on spending (at the box store), it was ready for purchase and installation. We paid for it and waited for a phone call to have it installed...and what do you know? We were called within two days and the actual dishwasher was installed within three days of the call! The person who installed the dishwasher was professional, respectful, and determined to install the product completely and correctly! We are still waiting to hear from the box store for next steps on purchasing a cheaper dishwasher...it's now been a month since we started the process with them. I kind of hope they do call so that I can rave about Tim's and their speedy service. Oh, and that we ended up purchasing a more expensive product. Go local, my yelping friends!

I called them to tell them and they said, "yeah, they're loose when you buy them and they just fall off all the time" I told him he should prob let people know this stuff when they buy a $22k vehicle from them and he told me "you should have checked it." He offered to sell me one for $65. I know the tractor didn't have one on it when I bought it cause I asked about it and they told me when it was for if I bought a 3pt implement. So they refused to put it on which it should have had originally. I'll never do business with these people again because they rip you off. I figured there were honest people in this world, but this business is evidence of dishonesty. Please do not buy anything from them if you want something nice.

Lithia Ford recommended Good Vibrations so I stopped by to check it out. They were able to program the key to start the car. Ben helped us and explained exactly what had to be done. There was quite a bit involved to get it to work so it was worth the $350 to have it done. I started and shut it off numerous times to be sure there were no problems. The work has a warrantee and Ben said I could call if I had question or problems. I recommend Good Vibrations. They made sure the job was done right.

He did a VERY poor job answering my questions, and when I shared the reasons I stopped by the store, it was obvious to me that he could not have been MORE DISINTERESTED if he had come out and said so to my face! He kept veering away from anything I wanted to talk about, and the entire time, he had this "Deer in the Headlights" look in his Eyes-I have no idea WHY he looked that way. He told me that John, the owner, was not there today. I have worked in the Recording Industry professionally. I have completed projects for the US Coast Guard, Oregon State Police, The National Park Service, and Lucasfilm. The Good Vibrations Employees I met today could not have been more UN-professional!
