Only 3 guys showed up, no experience with moving or disassembling of furniture no real tools to disassemble furniture. I was told they would disassemble and reassemble my furniture, but it was clear when it took the 3 of them 2 hours to disassemble my bed that they didn't know what they were doing. It took them the same if time to reassemble the bed. It took the 3 of them and an hour and a half to reassemble my sons desk. They dropped most of the boxes in the living room, lots of damage to my furniture and broken glass ware. I had already packed everything in boxes and bubble wrapped my glass ware to make the move easier and not take as long, but that was not the case As many times as I have moved it never has taken 9 hours! I believe it was done on purpose to make more money! The owner/manager did make an adjustment due to only three men showing up, but I still had to pay more than the original quote. Next I'll just hire movers from uhaul instead of a moving company.
