I used to I've the old Hanes bc the girls there were very helpful. Since another company merged I notice there are less of the variety of lingerie especially at the outlet locations in SF Bay area. But if I go to out of Sf area they seem to have a little more. Ok I can usually get all my shapeware & bras there. But last few years I haven't found enough bras to last me a year. And I have resorted to other online sites to get my yearly stock of lingerie. Sorry I love Hanes & Maidenform, but you people need to stock more variety & the old styles& also Maidenform does not carry plus sizes here in States. I walked in with no greet, employee just stared while I shopped around making me feel uncomfortably but I did bought some items. Cashier Michelle was waited by the register. Not a word like hi, or how are you? Nothing. She rang up the items and said the total of the amount. After closed not even said have a nice day or thank you. Michelle is not friendly or welcoming us. Update your store times. I am so tired of driving all the way from Salinas specifically just to visit this store to arrive and be told they're closed at 5:30 PM. The time before that I entered and they told me the store closes in 30 minutes. The staff are rude and try to rush you out so they can close up. I ordered some underwear online from Hanes. The ad stated that they were "soft breathable cotton and preshunk for durability". When I received them it was extremely clear that their ad lied. Big time. I'm thinking more like cheap polyester and after 2 washings they have shrunk to half their size. Hanes sent me an email asking my review and comments. I told them how scratchy they were and doubted they were cotton and probably polyester. Apparently Hanes only accepts GOOD reviews because they told me that my review was unacceptable and not up to their standards. And did I wish to CHANGE MY REVIEW so they could post it!! I guess their standards are that they know they sell garbage and want to keep a tight lid on any reviews to the contrary. Save your money. Spend it on good quality underwear. read more

I had gone in about two weeks ago to purchase gifts for my grandmas. I bought PJ bottoms that were a bit too big and decided to return them to the store. What ensued after was the most petty unprofessional experience I've encountered at these outlets thus far. The manager who's name was not visible anywhere on her uniform was extremely rude. I had a receipt when returning the items and the card. She goes on to say I bought the items a while ago (second week of December) which honestly I found kind of weird. I didn't realize it was anyone's business other than my own when I buy or return items if I have a receipt and paid with debit. Then the card reader breaks and she has to reboot the machine. At this point I'm visibly upset and she has the nerve to ask me what's wrong. I am a reasonable individual but I felt intrigued to say "I just want my money back" the store policy on the receipt allows for returns up to March 2022. On top of all of this it was my third time trying to return these items. I had called the first time and the phone lines were down. When I came a second time they had left EARLY for the day! Scheduled times were 10-7 and they were closed and hour before with no sign on the door. Never again! read more

My wife went there to get a bra. The lady that helped her, measured wrong to start with and then left here in the room with bras that were wrong and never came back to check in her. After about 10 minutes went by she just walked out and went to Elaine Bryant. I was waiting for her and one of the staff came out of the back room talking about the jelly-bellies to get some before there all gone. Disappointing experience all around. I've been a Hanes customer for years and am used to good customer handling and experiences from the Cabazon and Oxnard Outlets. This one was so bad I'll never go back. First, the back story: I ordered some bras online and bought a couple that were the wrong size as my body is changing. I loved this outlet franchise so figured I'd visit and do and exchange in one trip. Elizabeth did not start the process or clearly explain what needed to happen. She inaccururately measured me which ended up wasting a lot of time. She was off over two inches on chest and over on bust as well. Sadly, I didn't think to remeasure while there. When I requested she bring in multiple bras, as past consultants have done in the past, all she delivered was two bra same style. Then again on a call back...another two different type but same style. In the end, I went and foraged around myself. In the past all sales staff at such stores have been attentive and checked back without buzzing. They have also always brought a number of items and checked the fit, made recmendations, etc. This employee could care less. The store was not busy, they were chatting with each other and folding items. Finally, after a long time trying bra after bra, style after style, I thought I'd make do with a couple. When asked, she did go find another color in the back but said they were new and so they didn't have other options. So much for finding multiple bras.When I finally got to the counter several things occurred. First, paperwork had to be done, why they hadn't done it in the first place seemed odd. Then there was an issue due to the discount pricing that was issued by the mail order. In the end, it was easier to grab the style I had originally ordered and just exchange, by this time I grabbed the size I thought I needed not what Elizabeth measured--and they fit. Shami helped me at the counter and did agree to initiate a credit in my behalf. However when I asked if she was the manager, she said no. I told her my experience was awful and she did not know how to respond nor did she ask if I wanted to speak with the manager. On another note, I also brought credit stamps I wanted to redeem but was told they are no longer valid. In the past I was assured they would never expire. Now I hear I have to go to corporate or use the new VIP card. So, I drove and hour and a half with an expectation to get help and get a good product. Since I had planned on purchasing 4-6 items, do an exchange and see how I could leverage my loyalty points to maybe buy more--it was a total wash. The experience was so awful I decided not to purchase anything. I also checked with another store in the outlet but it was the same franchise...and so I left immediately. Customer service excellence training is needed for sure and I won't be back. read more

HANES.com does lots of advertising promotions, however little attention or resources are devoted to customer service. Recently company took 21 days to delivery an order. When order had to be returned due to problem, company never acknowledged receipt of it. Additionally, no information concerning the order was posted on company's website, and it was virtually impossible to reach anyone by phone due to interminable hold time. My email communications resulted in responsiveness by company, but also false claims of reimbursement. A refund was finally issued to my credit card a month after delivery of the return. --This company uses COVID-19 precautions as reason for delays and poor service. However, I think something more serious is going on. My recommendation is to stay away from Hanes.com. read more

I purchase nylons here too. I get 4 pair in a bag for 15 dollars :) They do have a lot of other nice clothes here. They have PJ's, socks, underclothes of all sorts. Customer service is great. They have a (free) regards card. You get a stamp for every 10 dollar purchase. You receive a 20% discount on your next purchase after you collect all 15 stamps. Ask an associate for more info. I came in and they had a promo going on where you get to spin a wheel and get a coupon, like however many dollars off or a percentage off your purchase. Thank you to the friendly ladies working here, both Sydney, Amanda, and another (sorry, I forgot your name, but you're great too!). This place carries all kinds of stuff - pajamas, undergarments, socks, hosiery, etc. Pretty much basic stuff nonetheless, but cheaper than you'd usually find. 3 ladies were working when I walked in and one awkwardly just stared at me for a good 5 seconds until I closed the door . The 3 ladies continued the conversation and didn't greet me . Mind you I was the only customer in the facility the whole time . I was in the store for over 15 min and not 1 of the 3 ladies walked up to ask if I needed help . I even had to let them know I was ready to pay after standing at the counter with my merchandise. Absolutely hate bad customer service , especially when I'm the only customer they would've had to tend to . I did find what I was looking for though . I come here because they have all sizes all the time compared to other places . Prices were ok . I feel like when it's BOGO they boost up the initial price so you end up paying around the same anyways . read more

The sales staff is friendly. The selection is great. The prices are no great deal because you have to buy in bulk. I can get a better deals on the same bras when they go on sale at Macy's. The under garments that are in the packages are available at Target and Walmart and can be purchased on sale for less than this outlet offers! read more
