This place has some of the best Chinese food in the valley! Came by here with a friend of mine the other day and we shared about 4 dishes that he suggested and they were all fabulous. The service was excellent and the food came out steaming and you could smell all that yummy flavor even before diving in! The place was overall in the middle. The waitress was super nice, but the tables were all sticky so not very comfortable or clean feeling. As far as the food goes, the pot stickers were really good along with the orange chicken, and sweet and sour chicken. The crab ragoons we didn't like at all. Doesn't mean it was bad, just for our preference we never tried any before and decided to try them and realize they just aren't for us. My chow mein and broccoli beef was really salty (could be just me) and I did think the fried rice was lacking flavor. Overall, I would come back but might get sides. read more

Customer service can definitely improve. I have been coming here with my family for 18 years we get the Family Dinner for 6-8 people plus drinks every time. We come for birthdays, lunch, the food is always phenomenal, delicious, fresh. However, today we came in and the food was off the noodles were crunchy, hard, orange chicken tasted dry, no sauce, and burnt. Our plates stayed full untouched which has never happened before. I tried explaining to the server how it's always delicious how it's ok, but something is off. She tells me so you want me to remake it, I tell her I'm not asking for a remake or anything free. I'll pay for my drinks be on my way and try again another day. Instead the server got upset was extremely rude. I've previously been told she does not speak much English she sure knew enough to be rude. I went to the front to only speak with her, be discreet, respectful since we love the food here, yet she could care less. In front of other customers she told me she was happy we weren't happy with our service. After so many years I was left in complete awe. In the past I had even gone to the extent to place our order previously with another server so there would be no language barrier once we arrived and it be as easy as possible for her. During my visit last night, I read the reviews of this restaurant. I'd like to say that the staff which consisted of the server was very knowledgeable about their food and was very professional. Unfortunately, the food was not good at all. The restaurant was clean should've known better because when I got there, nobody was there, but gave it a shot and I have to say, and I regret to say after leaving there for dinner had to go to In-N-Out to get a decent meal and it was much much better than eating the Chinese food that I ate. I got the fried rice that was supposed to have had Chinese roast pork, shrimp and chicken. Well it had some roast pork no shrimp but I did ask for them not to put chicken because when I've gotten it before it was more chicken fat and the nasty stuff so I do no shrimp. Well this time I got the pork fried rice and there was no color on the rice at all. It was white rice no color no flavor. There was a few strips of carrot very few strips of the roast pork and I counted two pieces of shrimp in the big container pretty much same goes with their chow mein their house chow mein. It's supposed to have shrimp, chicken and roast pork. It had a few pieces of pork and I counted one shrimp and noodles not much flavor at all, and I got the fried prawns. They came to me. They were in circles, barely tan color. I had to put them in my air fryer to finish crisping them up because the dough was raw and the 1 ton was overcooked. It was a dark brown, so I couldn't even warm it up because it was so dark that if I tried to put it in my air fryer to warm it, it would've probably burnt it. I also got the honey walnut shrimp same thing with that. It was barely cooked by the time it got to me, it was congealed and very little sauce at all, and I don't see any walnuts at all and you spend all that money and it's the little tiny thing of it. I will go to panda express because at least when I get it from them, it's packed and it's cooked well their sauce and they give me a bunch of walnuts to go with it I spent $64 and everything I bought was a waste of money. Don't waste your money by going here. I won't do it again. It's not like it used to be 20 years ago not at all the place back then was really good. read more

If I could give it negative stars I would. Food was old, gross, and the staff was rude. The place is dark and depressing. Barely got my food that was supposedly "fresh" you could clearly see and smell that everything was old. When I brought the food back for a refund because I did not want my children or myself to get food poisoning, they were rude when I picked up food, and when I brought it back, and they refused to give me a refund. My parents would take me to this restaurant as a child. I recently went back there. Everything was extremely delicious. Their sizzling rice soup (not shown) is amazing as well. I'm not sure where to begin so I'll start on a positive note, the potstickers were ok and the lady that took the phone order was nice and friendly. This was our first time ordering from this place and the food was just not good. The egg drop soup was undefinable from the egg foo young sauce, both were super floury tasting. I get it, both are starchy foods but this was an overwhelming flour taste. Ok best Chinese food in town. So we tried it. We ordered the dinner for six on the menu. The service was great and friendly. The food came fast and the portions was big. Let begin with the soup. The crab meat sweet corn soup was ok. You can really taste the msg. Fried prawns. I'm sorry but it's not prawns. Sweet and sour pork. It was hard and some pork are cold. It tasted old. Egg foo yung. The sauce was to rich and salty but it was ok. Cashew shrimp. I think there's only six shrimps in the dish. It tasted good. Cashew chicken. It wasn't hot and like the sweet and sour pork some chicken was cold and not fresh. Chicken chow mein. To much bean sprouts not enough noodles. Pork fried rice. It was bland no taste at all. I am so confused. The first two times I dined here (both times at lunch) I left thinking,"Wow, that was surprisingly REALLY good." We had ordered the orange chicken, shrimp in black bean sauce, shrimp in lobster sauce, and the cashew chicken. All was AWESOME. We ordered chicken in satay sauce which should have been spicy and peanut. It was neither. When my husband told me afterwards that it was satay I was surprised because it didn't remotely remind me of any type of satay I'd have in the past. The orange chicken was bright yellow like Sunny Delight had been used. And the chicken was obviously prepackaged frozen goods. The crab rangoons also looked prepackaged. There was barely any filling, mostly just deep-fried breading. The chow mien was uneventful, comparable to what I would buy at a mall's food court. The Mongolian beef lacked any veggies and looked more like it was slathered in gravy and seemed more like a Salisbury Steak TV dinner. One good grace was the size of the pork potstickers. I've never seen potstickers that big. My brother seemed to enjoy them. Basically, we would have enjoyed Panda Express more. Worst service I have ever experienced in my life! I have eaten here many times before and the food was good. However this time I tried to order take out for lunch and it was miserable. While taking my order the woman helping me would stop to wait other tables, serve food, and bus tables as customers left. It took her almost 30 minutes to take my order. And i was just ordering for one person. By the time she finally finished I asked her the wait time and she laughed at me and said 45 minute!! So I left and I set a timer for 40 minutes and came back early to check and my food was cold. I asked for a refund and they gave me the hardest time. They called their boss and the woman was repeatedly lying to him on the phone about what transpired. The lemon sauce was not made with fresh squeezed lemon juice but bottled juice which definitely has an off putting flavor.
