I've known Craig for a while and he has always done my pool drains and refills. He helped when I did it myself and turned the pool green a few times. He gives great advise and he never tries to sell you anything. Ask him and he will tell you what he can do for you. You get what you want without bells and whistles that don't mean anything. They also put in my new variable speed pump. They installed it for $1,000 less then the closest bids I gathered. Mind you there is no buddy discount here, you don't need it with Klearly Kleaned. They are cheap and are REALLY GOOD at this stuff! They now do my weekly service for a great price. I have had 0 issues. I use the pool with my wife and two dogs, at least twice a day. I told them yesterday it was a little cloudy from the wind storm and excessive use. He showed up today and now it's clear as glass! Just know that you won't be overcharged for BS and you'll get great service. More importantly a super Klean pool. Thanks guys!

My pool started turning green in September and we've been trying to get them to come out and take care of our pool. I suspect they haven't been servicing it for quite some time because the leave baskets are always full. My husband has been continually texting them and asked them what they were going to do about our pool being green. They came out once and tried to work on it, but it was still green. So we texted them again the other night to see what was up. They do not respond to texts, then last night they sent us a text telling us the were not going to service diving pools anymore because of a chemical shortage. I've included a picture of the text so they can't deny it. That's it? You let my pool get green and then you FIRE ME? We did everything they've asked us including an increase in rates. New vacuum? Check. $500.00 for new sand? Check. New hoses? Yep. You can't even make sure you make my pool right before you fire me? How very unprofessional. Horrible and dishonest. Fidelity Home Warranty hired PLO Pools to come out to investigate why the…read moresalt cell went out and the SPA/Heat pool pump. Mark arrived and noted the pump needs to be replaced and the salt chlorinator stopped working. Mark measured the PPM in front of me which was at 2400, indicating the salt cell just stopped working. I explained to him I recently moved, we purchased the property at the end of February and have not moved in till May due to remodeling. During his diagnosis, Mark cut the Air tube to the SPA bubbler which now results in a significant cost to run a new line. Additionally, PLO Pool submitted false information to the insurance. They stated the salt chlorinator is not working when it was, otherwise, how would the salt level be at 2400?? and lied about the SPA Jet / Heater Pump not working stating it was for a water feature. Really what a joke, please be careful with them. They did not answer or reply to any phone calls and it's been nothing but a nightmare.

Told me to go f myself when asked to do something about it. I had another pool company come out to do an assessment and there was a list of items that were not being taken care of. Filters were ripped apart, the chemical balance of the pool was off and they left the lid to my chlorine tablets loose so water got in and completely ruined an entire bucket of tablets. They also did not care to lose a customer that has been with them for 5+ years. Stay clear of these idiots.
