We recently had our pool redone... from stripping all the pebble tech & tiles, removing and reforming the pool bar/barstools, to a complete tear down of the old slide/stairs/fountain/grotto combo and rebuilding from scratch. Eric and his entire team and even the contractors they used for things like demo/electric etc, were beyond amazing to work with! Remodeling can be stressful and Eric seriously made this experience as painless as possible. From his help on the design, to ordering everything we needed/wanted and making sure everything was done the way he'd want his own project done - it was amazing. The amount of clear communication was a huge bonus, we never had to wonder what was happening for more than 2 seconds... if we had a question, he'd answer the call/text right away and we were never left feeling like we were not the top priority. We chose this company because he seemed knowledgeable and we needed a new filter. Filter was replaced, pool was emptied and they did a Chlorine wash. Started to fill the pool and told us he would be back in a few days to add the chemicals. We had the water tested and found out there was no chemicals in the pool. He stopped by and put a few tabs in a floater. When we asked about it we were told that he must not of put enough in for such a large pool but he would come back and put more in. We called and texted asking when he was coming for 2 days and got no response. We went to find out what chemicals we needed for a start up and there is not way anything was put in the pool to start. We called again to say come and put the chemicals in that we paid for, he then said he did not put chemicals in because when he was replacing out filter he put a few new rings in our pump and didn't charge us for that. Now when he did the walk through of the work there was no mention of rings. And who doesn't put chemicals in a pool because they took it upon themselves to do work somewhere else and not mention it. We just had to have the pool emptied and cleaned from prior owner not carrying for it. Does one really think we don't want chemicals in our pool? Very frustrating and disappointing that we were lied too. Beware! read more
