I politely expressed my frustration at his inability to keep an appointment and he turned very passive aggressive on me. Needless to say, I will not be giving him my business. He may be quoting a very competitive price, but you will absorb the cost of his lack of professionalism and lack of courtesy. Edit: Chris responded that he doesn't have enough time to install my lights, which is fine, but then why not mention that from the very beginning?
