The friendly receptionist, Dani, was able to quickly assist me in completing my profile. The PT assigned to me is Dr Kim. She is very kind and listened to my case and ask meaningful questions to help target a specific technique that can help my pain. The owner decided Medicare wouldn't approve a new one and suggested I switch to a Medicare Advantage plan. When I decided I don't want to do that they said they couldn't work with me. They refused to get just the liners that I originally went in for. I found them very inflexible. At no time was offered a knee that Medicare wouldn't approve of. I believe it was because they want to just work with more expensive equipment for them to make the profit they want.
