WORST customer service ever! I took a pair of jeans in for laundry and heavy starch. The employee Noah handed me the ticket which said it was for 'Dry Cleaning'. When I pointed that out he said ok he would fix it. I asked for a new ticket and he said I didn't need one. So when I picked up my jeans they had indeed been dry cleaned rather than laundered and of course NOT starched. When I pointed this out to the same Noah who checked in my item, he just shrugged and said "it doesn't matter what the customer requests, they just do whatever they want". Yea, really? WOW. I don't really know if they do good work or not, as I didn't get past the point of leaving my clothes with them. I went in with 7 dress shirts and 9 suit pieces to be dry cleaned. It all started out ok. I walked in and started walking toward the left counter, but the guy asked me to set my stuff on the right counter and he would be right with me. So I sat my clothes on the left counter with still no problems. He then came over and asked for the name, I had thought my wife had been there before so I gave them her name, but they couldn't find it which I thought wouldn't be a problem and they could just add me as a new customer. This guy then said he had to go talk to someone in the back and he would be right back. So I sat down and waited with still no problem. When he came back he started counting my pieces very quickly and then walked back to the computer and asked for my name, number and address and then he quickly handed me the receipts for what I brought in as another customer walked in. I looked at the receipt which listed 7 shirts and 11 Dry Cleaning pieces, so I counted my clothes again and said to him that there was a mistake on the count. This is where it all went south, he immediately (in a very rude way) said that I should not have waisted his time for the last 10 minutes and I should have counted the clothes that I brought in before I had gotten there. (So he miscounted and instead of apologizing and fixing it, he blamed me and was very rude) I said "what the F#$%". He then continued his attitude and said that I could sit there and wait for him to finish with this other customer or I could leave and he would take care of my items. I then grabbed my clothes off the counter and said that there was no way I was leaving my clothes with him and then left. The other customer was standing there watching this, so after I was back in my car in front of the building, he mouthed the words through the window to wait for him. When he came out he said that I should call the management because that was not the first time something like that happened at that location and no one should ever treat anyone like he treated me. This review is very toned down, as I was so pissed off I was shaking when all this happened. I believe we are on this planet to serve others and should always treat others as we would like to be treated. I did call management and they did say they that they were very sorry and they were sending someone to that location to look at the video and talk to him. This is just not how your Friday morning should start. I let it ruin my day for about 15 minutes until I made it to another Tide Dry Cleaning where they were so incredibly professional and nice. The little lady at the front desk was super excited that it was my first time to be in there and walked me around to show me how their service works. There are so many Dry Cleaning places in Little Rock, so I would recommend everyone go somewhere else besides Hanger's, as there is no reason to have to deal with people like that just to get your clothes cleaned. I am a business owner and have worked in 85 countries with employees in 6 countries and if any of my employees ever treated a customer or anyone like the way this guy at Hangers treated me, they would have been fired on the spot! So in saying all that, management was very nice an apologetic on the phone and I will remove and/or update my post if I were to receive a heartfelt apology from this guy or if the management were to fire him. read more

Hangers' pricing is absolutely RIDICULOUS. I spent a whopping $174.44 for one large bag of laundry that was picked up via its "Free Delivery" service. I couldn't find pricing information easily on the website, so I assumed the pricing was comparable to local cleaners, with potential a small premium for delivery built in the price. Alas, that IS NOT the case. This is price gouging. FURTHERMORE, the cleaner claims to be "eco-friendly." My order was returned to me in 20+ paper bags, each with 2-5 garments in each. This is absolutely unacceptable. It is WASH AND FOLD. Wash the clothing, fold it, and put it back into the clean bag I sent you.... Finally, I didn't receive my laundry bag back with my laundry, as I do with every other cleaner. Instead, I presume they lost it or threw it away. This is the WORST cleaners experience I've ever had. I will not be returning as a customer, and this is the first-ever 1-star review I've left on ANY platform for ANY type of business. Buyer beware: This cleaner is horrible. read more

Like many reviews from the past, I experienced the lousy customer service of Hangers. I took a white coat (I work in a hospital) to the cleaners to treat the makeup on the collar. When I took the coat out of the plastic bag, the collar was fixed but I was taken aback by the multiple brown spots all over the front of my WHITE coat. When I took it back, they claimed it was like that when I brought it in. When I spoke to customer service, she said "the lady who worked on it said it was there." Don't you think I would have filed that as a complaint along with the makeup? Nevertheless, after 3 trips back and forth, my white coat is ruined, I haven't been apologized or reimbursed, and I will now have to replace it. Over a month ago, we brought in a man's suit for dry cleaning. The suit pants came back to us completely ripped. There were no tags indicating a rip like they would normally do for even a small stain that they cannot take care of. I immediately brought the pants back the next day and received a run around for about a month. They tried to fix it but to our dissatisfaction. They claimed it was wear and tear and we ripped it. We brought it in under good condition and it came back ripped while under their care. Totally does not value us as a long term customer. Same thing happened to a friend of mine. Her shirt ripped and they claimed she did it. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Had to give it a star to post but I didn't want to give it a star at all. read more

Horrible experience with alterations. I dropped off 3 pair of pants - 1 for a new zipper and 2 to be hemmed. First, none of the pants were returned when promised. I dropped by several times to get them and finally asked them to call me when the pants were ready. That never happened. When I finally picked up the pants, the pair that needed a new zipper was returned to me with the exact same zipper in them - no work had been done at all. When I got home and tried on the pants that were to be hemmed I discovered that only one pair had been hemmed. They did refund my money for the two pairs of pants they didn't alter, but they wasted almost 2 weeks of my time when I could have had a better managed shop do the work for me. This was my first experience with this cleaner and it will be my last. read more

They lost my daughter's First Communion dress!! We dropped it off on Thursday with a promise date that Friday. When we arrived before COB on Sat to pick it up, they could not locate it. We had an event on Sunday morning. I was then told by the manager that they close at 2pm and there was nothing that they could do. After I demanded that they do something, I had to drive out to their plant to meet the general office manager to look for it. They found it, but then I was told that I should have specified what event I needed the dress for and that I should have arrived earlier for pick up. WHAT?! You are a large company, things happen, but to put the blame on me after I spend 2 hrs. of my Sat. dealing with your mess up is not acceptable!!!! I will never go here again. read more

I have no idea if they are a good cleaners or not because I didn't make it past the rude employee at the front desk. I said thank you & left with my dirty clothes. I asked why they won't starch linen. The response was a glare and I don't know I don't clean the clothes. read more

Horrible!!! I dropped off 5 dress shirts for cleaning. I pointed out that they should "pre-spot" the collars. When I picked up the shirts, none of the collars appeared as though they were cleaned at all. Also, the collars were folded crookedly and pressed with a crease that I was not able to remove. Worst of all, 2 of the shirts had areas on the collars that looked as though they were caught on something. One shirt was somewhat fixable, but my favorite shirt was ruined (it was basically a large 1.5 inch rip at the front of the right collar). I took them back the next day and asked for compensation to cover the cost of the shirts. They asked me to resubmit them to be "fixed." I wasn't sure how they would do that, but I gave it a shot. Not to my surprise at all, they came back the same way. After about a month of phone calls, speaking to several managers, being blamed for the damage, and getting the run around, I gave up. I decided it wasn't worth the frustration and finger pointing that they were doing. It was obvious that they were very good at not being held accountable for mistakes. If you value your property, do not use this company!!! What is really funny, is that on every visit I made while trying to resolve this issue, there were people in front of me complaining about lost clothing or damage. I wish more people in Arkansas posted on Yelp so that this company could be revealed for what it really is. read more

While the actual dry cleaning was good, their payment system stinks!! My husband could not pay for the dry cleaning in the store!!! We received a paper bill via snail mail - I guess they were expecting a paper response for payment. In the days of Square credit card payments on cell phones to online payments, this is ridiculous. We were told to call one person - the only one - for the whole company!! We will definitely not use Hangers again - many other competitors do as good a job without any hassle. read more

I had a very similar experience. I took $150 worth of shirts to the Chenal drop-off. When I picked them up, they had holes in the collars. I took them back and was unable to get resolution or even return calls for almost a month. When they returned my calls, they wanted to give me $30 in credit for "the inconvenience" but stated there was no way they could have damaged them. They even stated " Well, maybe you took them to another cleaners and they damaged them." the actual practice definitely did not mirror their website claims. It is good that they are faith based because they follow the definition "faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." read more
