After using the same laundry for over 30 years, they closed the location near my house. So I began looking for someone to take my business . The tide location on Cantrell Road in Little Rock had done a shirt for me when I had an emergency a months ago. I decided be a good place to start. I took two pair khaki pants in and asked for them to be laundered with light starch and pressed I noticed right away the person at the counter who had Charisse on her shirt must've been having a very bad day. She was very rude while taking in my laundry without even bothering to say . Today when I picked up my laundry, they had been dry cleaned with no starch whatsoever. Charisse was apparently having another bad day. Maybe she has no customer service skills and just needs to be retrained but that's not my job, I will not be going back for more rudeness. read more

I have been going here for years, came in to have my suit dry cleaned. was paying with an$100 bill. The attendant just tells me, "we don't take that". I said like what cash in general or the large bill and he just stared at me. He could care less. I'll never be back. read more

They clean my suits well, and I do not care how they treat me as long as the clothes are washed. If it takes another day, I have other things to wear; I never take everything in at once. However, three items have come back, in separate orders, with spots. They had a little tag that said they could not clean them because they feared destroying the shirts. If the shirts have spots, I cannot wear them and need a new shirt. I would like them to try, and if they fail, I am okay with that. I prefer effective; everything else is stupid PR and service garbage based on how I am treated, ignored, offended, and alienated; it is part of life, and I care about the product. Am I the only person that has thick skin and does not care? If they do what I pay for and do it well, how they act does not matter. I am an adult; if I want someone to give me a cookie for being good, I will buy one. Grow up! There is nothing worse, condescending, and maddening than someone kindly communicating there is nothing they can do while they smile. The results are what matters, and the results are not good. Asked them about it , offered to fix it , for about one month no response , then I asked them to get it back , for about a week they asked me yo cone on next day but piece wasn't there , people working there were so rude to me ,they have worst customer service ever comparing to amount paid . read more

November 20, 2024 I dropped off a pair of pants to be dry cleaned at Chenal & Kirk Tide Dry Cleaners. I mentioned that it was my first time at this cleaners & the lady waiting on me entered my name, phone number & email in their database. she then told me that they offer free cleaning on your birthday. I laughed & told the lady that coincidentally November 20th WAS my birthday so would my cleaning be free. She stated they would send an email & I could do it when I picked up the cleaning. I did receive an email but nothing was said about free cleaning. When I picked up my pants November 22nd I was charged $8.16 cents for the pants. This was a male waiting on me this time & I asked why it wasn't free like I was told. He blew me off & said I would be mailed a coupon. I didn't believe him & told him if they were'nt going to do what they say they shouldn't tell people that. read more

Been using Tide Cleaners since I've moved here about a year ago. Things have been good until yesterday. I pulled in to drop off my cleaning, a friendly gentleman came out to pick up my cleaning (unexpectedly as I always took it inside prior) He took my name and off he went. Never asked anything other than my name (no mention of do you have any coupons). When I went to pick up my cleaning m, I presented the coupon I had. The lady at the counter said it needed to be presented at drop off. I was surprised as I had used the coupons sent prior when I picked up. The thing that really irritated me as she seemed to be pleased that she wouldn't take the coupon. There was also no Sir Im sorry about the misunderstanding or anything of the sort. I've been in customer service since 1976 and at least someone could do is offers little empathy when issues like this arise. read more

Sunday, August 14th, 2022 10:00am. After moving into our new home I realize my suits need cleaning and pressing. Have used the Tide on Chenal for 3 1/2 years and always loved them. Today, I pull up to valet and just wait as the lady at the counter growls through the window. I wait, she growls. After 19 minutes, I decided either she doesn't see me or she doesn't care. Well, it's the latter. Tide management - fire this woman immediately. She is a bad reflection on your business and she doesn't need to be in the service industry. Wow. Whatever you do- DO NOT have the audacity to expect customer service here any time near closing! Show up at 458 for a 30 second drop of of clothes and you'll find they closed the doors at 455, pretend not to see you as you cart your clothes across the parking lot, and then lift their hands with 5 fingers and cock their heads to the side like- " you should have known my time is more important than yours." I hope it was worth those 2 minutes to loose my business forever. There are 10 better places within driving distance. read more

First time I have ever used a dry cleaning service and they made my first experience amazing. The customer service was spot on and their employees go above and beyond to be helpful and courteous. Although my down comforter was a little damp when I picked it up, it was still clean and I am very satisfied with a job well done. I will definitely be a repeat customer. read more

Items left at Cantrell, split up into multiple orders requiring multiple pickups, coupons not being applied, I've hit the entire gamut at this point. Excellent customer service, employees are always nice and welcoming. I also always enjoyed being recognized before stating my name. One of the benefits of coming here was that Tide cleaners offer a lot of coupons. So much so, where it was to the point where I was able to get a discount on every drop off. I unfortunately had to stop using their service because of the lack of attention being given to "areas of interest" that I've pointed out on my husband's shirts. As a customer, I consider myself pretty easy-going and patient; but after the 5th or 6th miss, I came to the realization that Tide's cleaners was just another big establishment company with an "assembly line" approach; their focus is more on quantity vs quality of work. I guess, all-in-all, I'm just looking for the 'mom and pops' dry cleaners of the 90's. I tried and left Schickel's because they lost one of my husbands pants, I then tried and left Tide's because they are not paying attention to specific instructions given. Now I'm off to Hanger's. I live off Chenal and have been getting coupons in the mail from Tide like crazy lately, I've always been a customer of tide products for my house so thought it was worth giving a shot to their cleaners. That was definitely a mistake. First off, it's not worth going to without the coupon as the prices are higher than anyone else in town and the quality of the work was less than other cleaners I've used in Little Rock. I will admit, the clerk I was served by was very friendly, however, friendly service isn't enough when the whole reason is to get my clothes cleaned. I dropped off 2 suits, a few dress shirts, and a pair of khaki pants. When I picked up my order there was still a spot on one of my dress shirts and they were all heavily starched when I requested they not be. I had to take it to another cleaners nearby to be redone. I was certainly thinking the cleaners would be better than the competition on the exterior, but after using them it's easily not one I will return to anytime soon, the prices are higher than the competition and the quality of the cleaning is less than satisfying. read more

Awesome service!! Will never use any other dry cleaners! I got an email saying when it was ready, and they gave out sample packs of tide pods and fabric softener. A few days after I picked up my dresses (that look fabulous, no more stains!) I received a handwritten thank you note in the mail. You just don't find service like that these days. read more
