Digital Living (owned by Shireesh Reddy) is a terrible, disreputable company. Never use them. I…read morehave a system from them (recommended by CI Design, another company who cannot be recommended) that has NEVER worked. They misrepresented aspects of the installation in the beginning. They were unable and unwilling to fix all the aspects of the system. The system is at least half the time "offline." The TV monitors (and thus the TV) never works if I leave town for two months. The media (CDs) were misinstalled at the beginning, and they "disappeared" when I left town. Their service is non-existent, even at the beginning for a new system. Four years later, the system still doesn't work, and I have employed two new companies to reinstall it and try to fix it. My particular system cost well into the 6 figures in a well into the 7 figure apartment, and it is truly scandalous how useless the system is, thanks to Digital Living, recommended and backed by CI Design
