Let alone have to call insurance to explain what happened to see if I'm even covered. So I called and spoke to Dominique. Dominique was very understanding, kind and professional about my situation. (I've actually been in the real estate business and understand insurance.) Keep in mind that they had my property address (which obviously includes all general property details) and so what they give over the phone and in that flyer should NOT be substantially different. What a COMPLETE insulting waste of my time. If they do this before you are a customer I cannot imagine what deception could lie ahead.
