Logan was very responsive & let me know his availability. He also sent a text the day of to confirm. I arrived at our appointment time and entered at the main entrance through the door on the left hand side. I have not had a massage in years and was incredibly impressed with my experience, it exceeded my expectations. Logan is kind and professional and does a wonderful job working problem areas. I chose the 90 minute session and left feeling relief I have not felt in years. His studio is very clean and the lighting is nice and low. The music was relaxing and helped ease my muscles during the session. I can't wait for my next session, I will be booking regularly to reduce the pain in my back and shoulders. Well, after me having to reschedule my appointment three times due to health issues I finally got to have my massage today! First I want to say how accommodating Logan was with me every single time I had to reschedule! The business is located on the back side of a small business complex just FYI. It's a small, nothing fancy outdated decor place but it's sufficient! The massage was wonderful! After having an unpleasant experience with the male therapists here, especially Levy, I've wanted to book an appt with a female therapist instead. Due to that reason, I have to book my appt 2 months out. For this recent visit, Klare was my therapist. She is very sweet, but I'm not fond of her techniques. For example, she pinches into my skin instead of using gliding strokes, which hurts. After multiple visits, I have not found a therapist I like here. Also, they need to hire more therapists, so customers don't have to book so far in advance for a massage, especially if they want a female therapist.

If the staff would effectively communicate, I would of been told to get dressed and wait in the lobby BEFORE I sat down and got comfortable in the internal waiting section...now my serene, relaxing experience is cancelled and I'm stuck in the lobby. My recommendation: don't book this place, it's small, has no amenities and not worth total cost.
