We've had issues with boarding facilities in the past (check my reviews if interested) which left us hesitant to booking, especially considering the expense that comes with larger breed considerations. However, not only does TCC have better care, facilities, and customer service; they are also easier on the checkbook. Teddy definitely has a home away from home in TCC, and even though our new move puts us another 15 minutes out, we wouldn't go anywhere else!

We previously had a pet sitter a couple of years ago, and although she was lovely, Sadie just couldn't get used to her, and would always just bark and refuse to go outside. Not the case with Megan! Sadie loves Megan, and so does my other pup, Chloe! I also love that Megan shares pics of my pups, and keeps me updated. She is super communicative and on time. But the best part about Megan is the genuine love she has for 'her' animals that she pet sits for. She is a kind person with a massive heart of gold! They truly care about the animals they are caring for! One of our bulldogs doesn't do well in thunderstorms and she recommends all natural gel for her to take! I never would had known about that product if it weren't for her. They also started the girls sheets in the wash and were in the dryer waiting for us when we got home so they wouldn't run out of clean bedding!! Oh and I'm pretty sure they swept the house since both girls shed white hair and there was hardly any on the floors! I know if we ever have to go out of town they will love on our girls and take wonderful care of them as well as our home! They both provide pictures every time they come over which is awesome to see pictures of our girls! Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of our girls!! Charlotte Sitting is still with us til this day after Junior and Tigger passed on. I alway get the same dog walker. The fur babies get familiar. Nikki and Alan keep the keys to my house and my credit card stays on file. This is a long term relationship. I trusted them fully with my kids. Nikki always send me a pic and text when she's done with Piper. The newest and youngest member of the family. We have a couple trips planned and no doubt the kids will be boarding with them. I'm horrible at times at scheduling in advance for them to come and let the kids out.. But I never have to worry. I would text Nikki. She will give me a time and done. No worries, I know she or Alan will get over and take care of my furbabies.
