Polite, courteous, and knowledgeable staff! The people are very professional! I brought a watch in to have links taken out, as the bracelet was too large. The jeweler took her time and adjusted the links, three times until she got the links just right without pinching my wrist when I put it on and took it off. She answered my questions about Citizen Eco Drive solar cell watch "batteries ". She really took her time to explain the process for when my watch battery needs replacing. In addition, I needed my Promise Ring to be repaired, and Hannoush put a rush order on the repair, which was very helpful. Their prices are reasonable, too. read more

Horrible customer service at the Hadley store. Six months ago I had an 18k yellow gold ring plated white, which I've done several times before at other stores. Hannoush was more expensive and it looked beautiful but the plating has started to wear off already. In the past, I've gotten at least a year of use before the plating starts to go. I went into the store and talked to a gentleman behind the counter who told me that he remembered having a conversation with me about the ring, he's mistaken, and that it's really a white gold ring plated yellow, they know because they did testing. I had no idea what he was talking about, I've owned the ring for decades and should know that it was originally yellow. I don't know if he thought I was an idiot but I will never go back to that store, they don't deserve my business. read more

This rating is based solely on one person, Amy. Absolutely the worst! She was disgustingly flirtatious with my husband while we were in the store. She had no regard for the level of uncomfort she created or that she lost the business because of it. We had shopped here before and did not encounter her but after this we will never go back and I refuse to wear any jewelry from here. They need to really rethink having her on staff. read more

Took my daughter hear to get a ring resized. Weeks later we got the ring back and paid close to $200 and we thought the ring still was not big enough to fit my daughters finger. The took it back and gave to back to use the same way werks later. When we complained and asked for our money back, they said it was sized to what it was supposed to be in the instructions. Yet why is that the same size it always was??? They said they did their job and can't help us anymore. I think they are thieves and just take peoples money and dont care. They did a fine job, the reason I gave 3 stars is because they fixed my necklace and added 4 inches to the length when I'd asked them to only add half an inch. This isn't a big deal but when I brought it back in to get it shortened 3.5 inches the next day, they charged me another $25 :/ My guess is the worker put in an order for the total length of the necklace including the pendant (which is 2-3 inches) but made the chain that length (excluding the pendant), which made it too long. I'd go back here I'd just be more careful and also make sure to try on my jewelry before leaving the store! read more

This Hannoush located in Hadley has to be my favorite location hands down! Between the staff here in the store as well as the merchandise they sell, I believe that you can't find a better place to purchase some fine jewelry. I bought an engagement ring for my fiancé here after looking at different stores. I came back to this particular store because I loved working with Becky who helped me choose the right ring with no added pressure. For that fact we decided to return to buy our wedding bands here. The service alone keeps us coming back and we wouldn't have it any other way. In the end, this is our go-to jeweler because they always take care of us and because we appreciate the way they do business. The staff here is incredible and we will keep coming back. read more

One star is too much, several years ago went to the Hadley Mall store to buy a ring for my wife's birthday. I received the worst customer service I received in my life. The two women working made me wait for half and hour while they talked about their personal lives. When they got around to waiting on me they were very rude. I went to their main office in West Springfield to complain was treated even worse by one the owners of the company treated me even worse while making sure I was aware if the handgun on his hip. Prior to this incident I bought several pieces from them, I will never shop with them ever. read more

Just walked in carrying a little Pandora bag, was looking to exchange a gift for a larger bracelet or buy some of my all time favorite jewelry they carry there "UNOde50". Walked around the whole store, in and out of aisles, leaned on the Pandora counter looking at the bracelets and lingered there. Nothing, notta! No "can I help you?" No "let us know if you have questions ". One male service worker was more interested in ordering lunch while talking with a female coworker that was in the back (never saw her). Maybe I didn't "look" like a buyer. Well, I tell you that's the last time I walk in there. They can keep they noses in the air while they watch me spend my $$$ elsewhere. read more

DON'T TAKE YOUR WATCH TO HANNOUSH JEWELERS! if there was a NEGATIVE STAR I would give it! ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH FOR THEM! My wife took her tissot watch to Hannoush Jewelers in Hampshire mall (Hadley) to change its battery. They said they needed only 30 minutes to change the battery and they would call us to pick it up. Not only they did not call us back after about two hours, when we got there they gave us our watch back, but IT WAS BROKEN! They had opened the buckle (The underneath plate to change the battery) without checking to see if they had appropriate tool to do that! When they found they did not have appropriate tool to open the buckle and put it back appropriately, then they decided to put it back with force which did not work and broke the watch, and when it happens your watch is not waterproof any more either! They gave us back our watch in cold blood and seems like nothing has happened! When I told them that was their responsibility and they need to fix it, they told !!! They were all clustered (7 of them) to defend the lady who had broken my wife's watch! That was our last day in MA and we moved to PA the next day, I took it to a couple more watch shops and all of them told me that because of the force that had been applied to the buckle, it can not be fixed any more! My wife had her watch for years and she had it always with her. NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR WATCHES TO HANNOUSH JEWELERS! THEY BROKE MY WIFE'S WATCH!!!! read more

I wouldn't even give the Hannoush Jewelers (Giftology, Inc.) 1 star if I didn't have to. I stopped in at the Hadley store this week and I am in there shopping enough that most of the associates know me by name. I was met (not greeted) at the door by a gentleman I've worked with before and I asked if I could see a piece of jewelry he had shown me last time I was in the store because I had planned on purchasing it. He said he'd be right back because he had to get the keys to the particular case and never returned. I walked to the jewelry case where the item I wished to purchase was located and he never came to help me. I walked to another case where the engagement rings are held and another associate was finishing up with a customer, knew me because my father also buys my mother's jewelry at Hannoush and he said he also needed to go in back. Finally after about 15 minutes of waiting and 3 other customers walking in to be waited on promptly I walked to the main checkout counter. The store manager asked if I was all set and I said, "No, I've been seen by every associate here yet 3 people who came into the store after me are being waited on and I'm still wandering around the store." I was told that I shopped there a lot and should have just "asked" someone for help. In my humble opinion whether I shop there every day I shouldn't have to ask to be helped. The short conversation with the manage intimated that I frequently browsed the store but didn't buy. This may be true but that day I could have intended to buy 5 pieces of jewelry. I buy all of my jewelry, although not expensive, diamond jewelry, but jewelry none the less, and to be treated that way was insulting. Everyone who walks thru that door is a potential sale. Because I don't spend the sort of money my father might on a piece of jewelry shouldn't affect the level of customer service I receive. All customers should be treated equally. So I will never walk into that store again. I will continue to shop at the Northampton, MA and Holyoke, MA locations but not the Hadley one. And BTW this isn't the first time I've been treated badly by an associate there. I was shopping rings and trying to find 2 to match on one hand and having difficulties. I asked the associate to see one last thing and she actually SIGHED while getting the case of rings out. Unless you look like you're swimming in money or are ready to make an immediate purchase don't bother shopping here. You will highly likely be disappointed. read more
