He raved about Michael and I took the 40 or so minute drive from Newington to begin the process. Michael was absolutely amazing during the entire shopping and purchasing of the ring. His patience showed and he wanted to make sure the diamond I chose was exactly what I wanted and within my budget. Once I moved on to the setting I chose a spectacular Simon G setting. I told him that rose gold was a must, but not just any rose gold. The color could not be too orange or yellow. Michael is so wonderful. My husband and I went in here before getting married, about a year ago. Michael took the time to explain all of the different types of metals and the pros and cons to them. He ordered a silver prototype of a ring I was considering so that I could see what it looked like with my engagement ring. After we left, my husband had admitted to me that he wished he had gone there to get my engagement ring (not that he wasn't satisfied with it or with the service from the jeweler who had sold it to him) because he just made us feel comfortable and not pressured and took the time to educate us.
