Nice bowling alley. Definitely a place that takes care of their lanes. They got 6 pool tables when you feel like taken a break from bowling and a few arcade games. The staff is very helpful. I've been bowling here dozens of times in my life. It's always been a mediocre experience. But it just seems to get worse and worse every time I come here. This last time was on Sunday, Father's Day. My daughter and I just wanted something to do together to have a fun time. 1 hour of bowling cost over $42 dollars for just the 2 of us. Next the lane we were on would randomly knock over pins during set up or just all together not put some pins on the lane. Next the scoring kept getting messed up, several times we would knock down 9 pins but the score would say 7 or 8. One frame my daughter rolled a gutter and it randomly gave 3 pins. Next we wanted a couple of slush puppy drinks. It's says at the register that you have to spend $10 to use credit so ok I asked what the price difference was between a small and large. The guy behind the counter couldn't answer the simple question. So I finally just said give me 2 larges and a popcorn thinking that would get us to $10. I was wrong it came out to $9.95. 5 cents short and he wouldn't ring it up because it wasn't $10. So I finally just said fine give me 2 popcorns to go over the mark. He only fills the drinks and popcorns a third of the way. I didn't feel like dealing with him anymore because it was eating into our overpriced 1 hour of bowling. I ask for a receipt and of course it jammed and no receipt pops out. I tell him I need one. 10 minutes I'm waiting for him to figure it out and unjam the machine. My daughter and I are taking turns bowling and walking back and forth waiting for him to give us the receipt. He never did figure it out by the way. After seeing how frustrated I was a young woman who also works there comes over and gets it printed out in 2 seconds. This whole experience was a joke. read more

This is a great place for family and league bowlers. The food served here is amazing to say the least. I ordered the chicken quesadilla and it is to DIE FOR!!! Honestly, this is the best chicken quesadilla I have ever eaten. It comes with sour cream and salsa. The steak and cheese is made with real steak beef, not that BS you buy in the store. Also, IT IS NOT OILY, SO YOUR BREAD ISN'T SOAKING WET, WHICH IS A BIG PLUS FOR ME. There is a restaurant inside as well called 'The Bears Den'. It has a bar and the waitress makes an ORANGE CRUSH LIKE HER LIFE DEPENDS ON IT. YOU MUST TRY IT. The staff is down to earth and courteous. All walks of life are welcome. I lived in Pennsylvania for 21 years of my life an this bowling alley has never let me down I always had the time of my life here it's where I learned how to bowl at a early age an I still went there for many years after that this place is like home to me without this place I wouldn't of been part of bowling leagues it's a 5 star in my eyes read more

We took our granddaughter for a bowling tournament. Very nice facility with a bar/restaurant and snack bar and nice lanes A well run tournament and we will be back to do some family bowling. read more

I love this bowling alley. I have been coming here for years. I have moved away from Hanover, but still will make the drive to this bowling alley at least a few times a year. The bar is great with decent prices, the arcade is stocked up with fun games to play, there are many pool tables to play on and two separate sets of bathrooms to avoid long bathroom lines. There is a snack bar that always has good hot bowling alley food and they are pretty relaxed about bringing your alcohol to the lanes so you can enjoy a few beers while you bowl. I have never had a bad experience at this alley. I even had my 21st birthday celebration here. read more

I booked this party in a clutch at Hanover Bowling Centre and they came through for us. We opted for the deluxe group party. There was plenty of food and drinks for everyone. The old bay wings were out of this world. Our party planner," Ashlyn" accommodated us throughout the night by refilling food and providing plates, and a knife for the cake cutting. The party was a hit amongst our family and friends. Is definitely worth checking into for your next venue! read more

Since the 4th was raining, my family and I stopped in for a few games of bowling. The holiday rate was $4.50 a game per person and $3.50 for shoes. It thought this was a little steep since this is what I pay in Philadelphia and this bowling alley is not in a heavily populated area. There was a special offered, which if we had been better at math we would have realized was the better deal. With the special you get the lane of bowling for 2 hours, pizza, soda and shoes for $55. Without the pizza and soda the same special was $45. Overall the bowling alley was clean and well cared for. There was a glitch in our lane mid game and it was resolved quickly without us even having to notify a staff member. We would return if in the area. read more

Decided to stop in for a day of fun with my children. But after today i will never be back to the run down piece of junk you call a bowling alley. First off, The red headed lady would not allow my child to use the dinosaur to help push the ball because she wasnt under 5. What kind of crap is that? Her hands are small. She had trouble holding the ball let alone slowly roll it down the lane. Im not sure who made up such a dumb rule, but no matter what age of child, they should be allowed to use it if they need it. I have NEVER in my life had a bowling alley deny my daughter access to using those dinosaurs for help. I personally think it was laziness on employees part. She just didnt feel like getting it. She was too busy being on her phone to do so. Secondly, we go to order food and as your employee stood in the kitchen on his phone as well, and let us stand there for about 5 mins until.another employee finally saw we were not being helped. We place our order and we orderes a cheeseburgers sub with no tomato or onion. Guess what was on it when it came out? Tomato and onion!!!! Not too mention, your tvs glitch and dont even work properly. What a lousey establishment with a bunch of lazy ass employees. Overpriced too! Needless to say, i will never be back and will back sure in turn into hickory falls before every coming back to this shit establishment again!!! read more

This plate was the normal bowling alley set up, you have to wait until leagues over to get a lane which is typical. However why I am taking the time to write a review about an average place is only due to the employee named Brock that was working who was awesome, he was informative about all deals and is hilarious and very well at entertaining so the time goes by fast waiting for a lane. He's a great catch ladies, go up to bowl and check Brock out. I'll drive the extra miles to go to that alley only because of his customer service towards me!!! read more
