NEVER BOOK THROUGH NOVA HOUSTON Nova Houston is a sub leasing company that rents out units at Hanover Republic Square, Post Oak, BLVD, River Oaks, Southamptom, Rice Village, Latitude Med Center, and Crimson Living. THEY ARE SCAMMERS YOU SHOULD NEVER TRUST!! The people running Nova are heartless scammers! Rose Kobenova was the person who rented to us and made many promises. The owner is Khaled Al Habibi. They prey on the vulnerable and exploit those in need. My wife and I stayed at Nova from May 2023 to October 2023 while she underwent cancer treatment at MD Anderson. Tragically, she passed away during our stay. After vacating the property on October 2, our lease ended on October 17, 2023. Prior to that they tricked me into prepaying some rent in exchange for a discount and I fell for it. They promised that if I gave them notice they would promptly return my prepaid rent. However, it has been over 4 months, and I have not received back my money. They have sent Zelle's in drips and drabs and we have had to chase them every week. The screenshots I have clearly show their deceitful attempts to delay by making empty promises. They are shamelessly running a Ponzi scheme, preying on the sick and their families during their most vulnerable moments, using the next tenant's money to cover their obligations. This behavior is not just reprehensible; it is a clear display of their utter lack of empathy and decency. I urge everyone to steer clear of this property and its heartless management. Disgusting and disgraceful! I will be filing a lawsuit against them and will share those documents here as we file. read more

I am not sure there are enough positive words to accurately articulate my experience at Hanover Post Oak (HPO). My time calling HPO home has been nothing short of exceptional. I have known for a while I would be moving out of Texas and I have mentioned countless times I wish I could take my building (HPO), the staff and residents with me. If you are considering moving to the Houston area or are currently in the Houston area looking to move to a new residents, please do yourself a favor and look into HPO, you will not be disappointed. What I personally think makes HPO extraordinary: 1. The staff!! Hands down the best in the business who keep the community running, safe, clean, and fun. Much of the staff are not only friendly faces I see daily, but have become valued people in my life. 2. The residents! I knew very few people when I moved to Houston, HPO has given me the opportunity to meet some of the most wonderful humans. I have made friendships that will no doubt last a lifetime. 3. The apartment units themselves! High end luxury, quiet, cozy and one of my favorite places to spend my spare time. 4. Amenities! Beautiful roomy spaces for any event you have on your agenda or simply a stunning comfy place to work on those "work from home" days or on warm Texas days you can relax poolside on the 8th floor overlooking the Galleria and Uptown area. Al I can say is WOW! We all know that Houston has no shortage of high rise and "luxury" apartment communities. However, this property has been above all the rest hands down! I went to show a client this property as they are new to Houston, and they of course some high expectations coming to the 4th ( soon to be 3rd ) largest city in the country. Needless to say, they had been pretty underwhelmed with some of the communities we visited......Until we got to, The Hanover Post Oak! Even I was very pleasantly surprised. I can't speak highly enough of the building...from the valet service, to the property manager and all other employees, the smartly designed floor plans and beautiful finishes, and most of all the AMAZING amenities the property offers its residences. I really enjoyed my touring experience with Evelyn, the manager. She is so accommodating and knowledgeable. I have toured a lot of properties in the Galleria and Hanover Post Oak has to be our favorite. My wife came by and toured a second time and was helped by Jhoseline and Mona. They were so nice to answer her MANY questions. The layouts of the 2 bedrooms are spacious and have remarkable views of downtown and the galleria. You honestly cannot find these views in another building the the Galleria with out being obstructed. We went with the M floor plan and are excited for our next chapter in a high-rise. The customer service and the location cannot be beat, even by the building next-door Thank you Hanover Post Oak leasing team, you truly are the best. Also, the location to Whole foods, North, and Ninfas is within walking distance. It is hard to find a walkable property, and if you do, you might not want to walk there. The concierge department warmly greets you and are well versed in helping you find local eateries and leisure destinations. In addition, they assist in providing referrals for personal services such as onsite car wash, housekeeping, dry cleaning , pet sitting / walking, luxury transportation rides and masseuse visits. Another advantage of living here is the valet service. The friendly staff upfront handle parking management. Guests are also welcome to utilize the service. Nothing like having the car downstairs at a certain time, making it easy to zoom off! The icing on the cake is the location. Nestled within the San Felipe and Post Oak surrounding, one is right next to exquisite restaurants, the Galleria mall, premium office space, Whole foods and financial Institutions. I would like to just recognize the management team at Hanover Post Oak in Houston. I have been a resident of this building since 2016 and renter in Houston since 2009 and Michele s relationship s with renters is amazing to see. She puts a lot of energy in making sure every resident feels like he she matters and he she is a valued part of the Hanover community. As many residents that I ve seen come and go in the building, she seems to have a rapport with every single one Her goal is to make sure every resident has the greatest experience and living environment possible and I would strongly recommend this building to anyone. Nicole Hart, who is also a part of Michele s management team, has also been SUCH a pleasure to work. She is very thorough, accommodating, and also has the same commitment to residents and maximizing their experience in the building. We recently moved our family to Hanover Post Oak because of job relocation and have been tremendously impressed by the staff, amenities and location. Both the concierge and valet staff are friendly, professional and accommodating. Alex, Aaron, Ali and Charles are at the front desk all hours of the day and know the residents (and dogs) by name. They are welcoming, courteous and knowledgeable. Basil, Hadir, Jorge and the rest of the valet staff are quick, efficient and always polite. During the pandemic this year, the staff planned several "at home happy hours" during the holidays, providing beer, wine and champagne along with individually packaged charcuterie and cheese plates and more for the residents. The facility is always clean and the interior is modern and tasteful. The location is walkable to grocery stores and restaurants and provides a lovely view of uptown Houston. We have loved our time here and would highly recommend this location. read more

The valet team is rude and apparently are running a drug ring from what I have seen and heard from various people. The one guy with the flat head and heavy beard that doesn't speak English seems to understand everything when he is doing his drug deals with the tenants anything beyond that he doesn't understand what you are saying. I tried to ask him for help with my groceries a few times but after he hit on me and offered me drugs I refused to have valet get my car... a service I was paying for in my total bill! I have moved out and have come by to visit my old neighbors. The same sick pervert still works there. Goes by Omar. Creepy, weird guy! They need to check their cameras to see how many times that guy goes in and out of the complex on his off days. That's if the cameras even work. Sometimes I would run into him while leaving my apartment as if he was stalking me. I would always catch him staring at me. Really uncomfortable and I felt unsafe. read more

We toured Hanover Post Oak last week and were so impressed with Evelyn, the new manager. She was so thoughtful and gave great service from the start. We had an early tour and were in a rush, which is not ideal. She was really through and answered all of our questions. The tour of the property was so impressive, I really liked how spacious the pool deck is, and the views are incredible. My wife was really impressed with the largest 2 bedroom and loved the closets and downtown views. I am thrilled to see how her and her team work together, the house keepers just lit up when they saw her and the maintenance team was respectful and eager to hold doors open for us. I even heard them call her "boss". She truly loves her job and you can tell by the way the building is ran. If you are looking for a high rise with great service, tour with Evelyn. Hanover Post Oak is a gorgeous place to live, you cannot go wrong. read more

My friend lives at Hanover Post Oak and I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I pulled up to the valet stand. I was shocked that valet actually acknowledged me, said hi, smiled and took my car. That was a great first impression then concierge directed me on how to meet my friend- also very pleasant attitude. I really felt like I was in a luxurious high-rise that had great service to accompany it as well. The event was held on the 8th floor which was absolutely stunning! The view! Omg I can't forget that view, I felt like I was literally in the heart of Houston overlooking the city! Her home was very open and inviting as well. My lease is ending soon where I'm at and I'm strongly considering touring the property and maybe living closer to the city. Overall, I was really happy by the level of service that there was here as a guest, I can only imagine how it is to actually be a resident! read more

We are long term residents and love it here. The service mentality is very strong and the building is wonderful! I wanted to especially recognize them for a recent "save". By a bad coincidence the battery for the lock to our storage unit failed right before our departure for Christmas. We didn't know this was the reason, we thought it was a code issue. We have small children and we had to tell them Santa would deliver in our absence. We returned and one of us intended to get the presents from our storage unit but the battery still didn't open the door. After explaining to one of our super concierge's our dilemma (after maintenance hours) he & the maintenance man got us into the storage unit manually, normally a "business hours only" operation. Thus we can say this tower has a "concierge that saved Christmas" for our small children! Very nice place! read more

When I moved into the Hanover Post Oak a year and a half ago, I wrote a review describing how friendly the staff is, how beautiful the views are, how well located the electrical plugs are located. A year and a half later I can say the staff is like family and the maintenance crew are my buddies. I've learned how well this building is run. The few times a maintenance request was made, it was taken care of immediately. On one occasion the neighborhood lost power. The back-up generator came on immediately, the staff was calm and everything was taken care of. The building is so well constructed that the electricity bills especially in the summer have been amazingly low. The water bill is also minimal. Did I mention we have really cool social gatherings about every six weeks? It's a pleasure to recommend Hanover Post Oak as a great place to live! read more

After living here for a year now the experience has exceeded all of our expectations. Typically in other communities the customer service can taper off once you sign the dotted line and move in, but not here. Nicole Hart and Ali were who we typically worked with and was always extremely customer focused and fun to talk to. The professionalism through the Covid-19 Pandemic has been top notch and Hanover has certainly balanced being able to keep amenities open while keeping the community safe which i'm sure is no easy task, but they made it seem seamless / normal. The unit and layout we absolutely love. Maintenance team usually arrives same day or worst case next day after putting the request in. Concierge is always friendly and professional. I truly enjoyed coming home every day to a fun team all around and seeing their smiling faces. read more

The Hanover Post Oak's community and the Management team & staff are truly outstanding. They always establish a welcoming vibe to all the residents and guests. I love the clean and covid-safe amenities along with the super-friendly onsite staff (Michelle, Ali, Gabe, Alex, and many more!). It was very comforting knowing this property was in top condition and did not experience power or water issues during the recent winter storm. With great views of uptown and the local community through floor-to-ceiling windows and also from the open pool deck/area, it puts a smile on my face knowing I have lived here for several years. In addition, the Assistant Property Manager (Nicole Hart), has always been exceptional in her efforts to accommodate and assist the residents with a great, professional, and warming personality. I have lived at Hanover Post Oak for two and a half years now and I love this place! The staff is friendly, capable, and professional. Management is superb and also maintains good standards so all residents can experience quiet enjoyment of home. Most of the residents are nice folks and good neighbors, unlike so many other hi-rise apartments in the area. The maintenance team is reliable and has always been efficient about requests for service. The Concierge team is friendly and so very helpful. The whole staff, from management to leasing, concierge and maintenance, house-keeping and valets make this a place that truly feels like home. And the building is just gorgeous with wonderful views and a great location near grocery stores and restaurants. It is a great place to live! read more

I LOVE the Hanover building. Everything is so well managed and taken care, and everyone from valet to maintenance, to the leasing staff is so kind, polite and helpful. I am new to the country but everyone has made me feel so welcomed to the states. I had a slight problem with my sink and the team were on the issue before I even got home!! After only being a resident for a week, the office staff all knew my name and would bring my packages before I even asked. The truly go above and beyond and I couldn't have had a better experience with my apartment building. I feel so welcomed here that I have not had a moment to be home sick. Pool lamps have been flickering and unchanged for months, and the maintenance crews couldn't even bother to put in the same bulbs. You have a mix of bright white and yellow hues. Outdoor fire-pits are rarely working-- one of them is completely broken, and the other one flickers on and off and can't stay lit. Every part of the amenity deck is open air, and even the grill areas are uncovered which means that these spaces are unusable quite often Outdoor fans are broken, twisted because of high winds. Apartment is fine, but being sold on the amenities and having them continue to be dilapidated and unmaintained is a major disappointment. Really not too big of a capital expenditure to at least, at minimum, maintain said amenities. read more

I have lived here for almost two years and it really is home. Michelle, Nicole, and all of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful at all times, and very professional as well. They have all taken Covid very seriously, and have made sure that all of the residents are aware of everything going on inside the building, and are also constantly cleaning each floor and lobby to ensure our safety. They have been most helpful to me, as I order in quite a bit and try to stay out of the grocery stores. They do not allow delivery people into the elevators (1st line of defense!), so one of the wonderful concierges or even a nice valet will bring up my delivery. They have all really made it easy to stay! I love it! read more
