When he realized I only asked for an alignment, he did the alignment. He also forgot to tighten the bolts he loosened earlier. I lost a bolt holding my caliper on. For some reason he loosened my stabilizer bar, and that was banging loudly each time I hit a bump. Andy got me right in, and pretty soon I could see 3 mechanics working on my car. I was nervous as to what it would cost. When he said "no charge", I was shocked. I'm on my way back today to get some work done. It's a 20 mile drive, but it's sooo worth it.

I felt the repair was average because it was a fleet vehicle. Quick fix with high profit. Attention to detail was lacking. I will not be going back for future needs.

I attempted to take my car in there in the hopes I could leave it there and they could take a look at it within the next couple of days. I went in to the shop and told the mechanic my issue. I was met with a blank awkward stare. Eventually I broke the awkward silence with a, " So can you guys help me out?" To which the mechanic shortly responded by telling me they are busy. I told them I understand and I will come back some other time. To which he responded by just awkwardly staring at me again. It was the strangest customer service experience of my life.
