    Kimchi jigae

Their kimchi jigae comes out in a large stone pot. The serving was larger than I expected this small restaurant to serve. It had all the standard additions you'd expect to find and was pretty good. It was a bit in the salty side.

I have only been to Hansol Diamond Bar one time, as this is the first time I dine at the Diamond Bar H Mart food court (I have always gone to the Arcadia H Mart when I'm in the mood). I love the food court vendors in Arcadia, which are different than the ones in Diamond Bar, but with Diamond Bar being closer to me, I decided I should give this location a try. And I'm so glad I did, as I may have found my new favorite bibimbap! After debating on the different offerings, I had to try the hot stone bibimbap, so I went for Hansol. The service was quick. The ambiance, of course, what you would expect from a grocery food court... nothing fancy. However, the food itself was as if ordered at a restaurant. It came with banchan, as expected; however, different from other places where I've had bibimbap, it came with a packet of seaweed and a beef broth (which I originally thought was tea). I'm so glad to have tried this because this means I won't have to drive to Arcadia when I'm in need of H Mart groceries while simultaneously hungry for good Korean food.

Good portion and fresh. Pretty good food. Side dishes were pretty yummy and comes with a cup of soup. The side dishes were pretty tiny though comparing to other Korean places. Located in the H Mart food court with very minimal seating. Pretty much no service just average food court service. But the lady does put up a stink face when asked for to go boxes.

guysss trust, this place is such a hole in the wall. Love their combos, literally everything here is a hit. got their A2 설렁탕 Sulung Tang (ox bone soup) which was SO SO GOOD and literally so affordable as well. A1 is also another really good option if you are more into meat (Galbi Tang). ANDD it was not even $20 for this big ass bowl, pleaseee try this you will literally not regret it.

This is not the place to go on a date, as it's inside the H Mart, and I can't speak for many other dishes other than the ox tail and clam/seafood noodle soup- but the ox tail was crazy good. Very tasty and fresh. The clam soup was aight, the sides were aiight, tho the lady that worked there was very nice and gave us more kimchi when we asked! Still thinking about that ox tail soup, so 4 stars for that!

This is a simple food court inside a grocery store, and it's recently been taken over by new management. When you order, you get a little pad that will let you know when the food is done, so you can browse the store while waiting (probably not enough time to actually get grocery shopping done) for roughly 15 minutes. The service is fine and the tables are a little cheap, but they're what you'd expect from a grocery store. The food was far above my expectations. I went in there starving and unsure if some piddly food court restaurant would be enough, but they give you a full nutritious serving. I had the beef bulgogi bowl and was pleasantly surprised when it also came with a cup of miso soup on the side, a salad, and even fresh banchan. It was delicious, and I left completely full and satisfied. The only downside to this place is that it's expensive, the bowl did cost me $22, but you certainly get what you pay for.

I've given this place two chances with phone orders, and both experiences were unacceptable. The first time, our order was completely wrong. I decided to try again, only to have the second order turn into an even bigger mess: three completely different items I requested were entered as three of the same item, and I was charged triple. Unfortunately, their staff's lack of listening skills makes it very difficult to place an accurate order, and it shows in the repeated errors. If a business wants to take phone orders, they need to ensure their staff can understand and confirm them clearly. This level of incompetence is not only frustrating but also costly for customers and their time.

Inside hmart. A bit on expensive side for a katsu food court but that's because they give a TON of meat. The quality is good, it's crispy (but breading falls off easily) and spicy is quite spicy.

The food was soo good! This location is tucked inside the H mart located in Diamond Bar. We got a bibimbap a17 and kimchi fried rice a19. It came with a set of side dishes, seaweed, and a warm soup drink. They were big dishes and they can be shared. The only critique is next time I wised there was more spam on top of the kimchi fried rice. Overall, really flavorful rice dishes. I'll be coming here more often!

Wow, worst yukgaejang ever in my whole entire life. This is the picture after I finished my meal. I was sooooo hungry but yuk gae jang was so bad, I ended up eating just the side dishes. Side dishes were OK. Yukgaejang had a some kind of Chinese seasoning taste, that shouldn't be in it. I love Chinese food but that seasoning just doesn't go with yuk gae jang. Im surprised how this place has such a good review. I dont know about the other foods but dont get yukgaejang here. And their service isn't at good either, I asked for an extra chopsticks and the lady gave me a weird look.

What is this deliciousness. Ok, so I have eaten here a few times under the old management and it was ehhh. So I thought we would give it another try since it reopened under new management. It is like night and day. My picky mom has only complimented the Bibibop at one other place and hates all the others. She absolutely loved the one here, it was full of taste and lots of vegetables. My chicken Kalguksu was so delightful. The presentation and taste was amazing, and loved all the side dishes. I wasn't going to review the restaurant since I was in a rush but love to review places that take me by surprise by how good it is.

I came to H mart for my usual shopping and saw a new food shop inside. It looked and smelled so good, I had to try it. Well... im glad I did, it's so good! I'm definitely coming back to try more items.

    Budae Jjigae
    Brennan C.

Tried the Budae-Jjigae and ate every bit. Banchan was killer. Other places sometimes give you less than fresh sides but here everything is fresh. The prices were great. It was almost half the price of what I got at local restaurants. Service was awesome too! Definitely will be back to try the Naengmyeon!

There is a kiosk at the counter so you just choose your selections on the touch pad. They make everything to order so it takes a bit for your order to come out, but it's so worth it. They really pile on the toppings onto the yubu and it's so much that there's not really a single bite where you're only getting the rice and bean curd. Everything was so fresh and flavorful and it can get a little messy trying to eat it. They do have gloves that you can use to eat with your hands. Out of the ones that I've ordered, I don't know if there's a certain one that I like more than the others since they all have such a unique taste. It really depends on what you're in the mood for or what you're craving, but it will be sure to satisfy it. I don't think why it took so long for me to just walk next door, but I'm glad that I was finally able to try it out. Everything we had tasted so delicious and flavorful, even the side dishes that consisted of kimchi, fish cakes, and some chives. The bossam arrived on this grill that kept it warm throughout the meal, which I can appreciate. The sulungtang and yukgaejang were both phenominal and hit the korean comfort food cravings. The pork is consistently tender, and the banchan (side dishes) are always fresh and high quality. The braised beef was good, but it didn't quite live up to my expectations. It could have been braised longer, and I felt the sauce didn't really penetrate the meat the way it has at other places, so the flavor was a bit lacking. The only real downside was that the older woman working that day was a little short with us. Other than that, the food is consistently solid. Overall, 4/5.
