Chris Schumacher called us that evening to see how everything went and to inform us that a guard of some kind had to be placed over the breaker, and it was back ordered. Only half the power was getting to the house. A call to the PUD and very prompt response (and at no cost to me) finally fixed the issue. The lesson?
