Over the years, I've dealt with quite a few accidents and have a trusted lawyer I always work with. I've referred my family, friends, and relatives to them, and they've always thanked me for the great introduction. However, this time, I decided to call around for estimates. As soon as I called Orion, the owner picked up personally. Just by looking at the photos I sent, he immediately walked me through exactly what needed to be fixed, which parts were required, and how the process would go. Later after all the back and forth they offered to cover the costs for labor ,but I would have to pay for the part. Which was $3. I did not expect for them to charge me at all considering i had returned literally about 2 weeks later. (And called them over the phone twice to advise what was going on" They said i was "taking advantage" and told me god was watching. They said there was no way of knowing the part was damaged or defective . In my opinion they should have checked the gasket while doing the oil change . I ended up paying $10 which I didn't feel was fair but; at least they could pay off their $3 part they replaced. Next day after the lecture and "repair" ITS LEAKING AGAIN! haaaahahah now I have to go to the dealer and figure out what they broke on my car. I'm glad I didn't pay the $48 the second time around considering I came in with a car that was perfectly fine and left with a leaking car .
