    Lobster Bisque
    Lisa D.

The staff was wonderful. Our waitress was really attentive and informative as this was our 1st visit and the bartender received kudos from my mom on her excellently made cocktail (whiskey sour). We came for restaurant week. We both had lobster bisque for our 1st course and both agreed it could've used less corn and more lobster (and a tad more butter) so it was just ok for the price. For our second courses, I had the scallops with risotto and broccolini while my mom had the lamb loin with mashed potatoes and broccolini. Additionally, we had the shared side of caramelized brussels sprouts. All 3 were pretty amazing. Lastly for the mini indulgence desserts, I had the turtle cheesecake and raspberry chocolate chip cannoli, which were divine and the perfect size for a dessert. My mom took hers to go (pecan pie and key lime pie) and she enjoyed both the next day but noted they are probably better fresh (duh lol). All in all, it was a pretty wonderful experience and we will be returning.

UPDATE: We went back on Christmas Eve! Boy it was packed!! They seated us in their private room area. We had Ashley as our server and she was superb! Everything we had was amazing - Lemondrop Martini, Blood Orange Margarita, Mushroom Bisque, Butterfish, Lamb Loin, OMG! Thanks for our Christmas card with offers inside! Looking forward to a 3rd experience soon! 1st Visit - I wanted to find a restaurant in the Orland Park area to go to celebrate my b-day. I had heard that there was now this establishment in Orland Park so I choose this restaurant to go on 11/28/25. Note, our initial reservation was for 11/29 but a snowstorm was predicted so we were easily able to change our reservation to 11/28. We walk in and staff is very friendly and immediately wishes me a happy b-day. They seat us at a nice booth and boom, they put the cutest mini chalkboard on the table that says "Happy Birthday" and also a card. I LOVED the personal touch in making my b-day nice. Our server was super nice and helpful and even took pictures of us for us by the beautiful floral tree. The decor inside is simply beautiful! I love the lighting, it's a warm setting. Our food consisted of the beet salad, the mushrooms, lamb and the scallops with a side order of a lobster tail. The scallops come with brocollini but I asked for a substitute and they offered brussel sprouts. The scallops came with a delicious risotto that could be served as a main meal in my opinion. So good! I love scallops but unfortunately, my scallops were over grilled so I didn't enjoy them like I wanted to. The lobster tail I couldn't eat, very fishy taste. Everything else was delicious including our drinks. For my b-day, they let me choose a mini dessert so I chose the key lime pie. The key lime is creamy and good but for me, it was too much of the graham cracker crust to really enjoy it. We have already made a reservation to come back on Christmas Eve for dinner and are looking forward to it. I think I want to try the butterfish this time as I've never had it. This is definitely a great place for a date night or a family dinner. They do have a private room if you want to have a private event there. Great job Seasons 52, we really enjoyed the experience.

    Ahi Tuna Tartare

I'd experienced Seasons 52 once before in Massachusetts. The experience there was lackluster, and thus I entered with low expectations. The experience at this location was surprisingly fantastic. We started with the Ahi Tuna Tartare. This was one of the best iterations of Tuna Tartare I've had in a hot minute! The ingredients were very fresh and well balanced. The mango salsa added a fantastic contrast with a bit of sweetness and crunch from the onion. The avocado, a pairing it is hard to go wrong with, did its job well in adding savory and fatty notes. When it comes to the Sea Scallops, these too were divine. The scallops were fresh and cooked to perfection. I loved that these were allowed to shine accented only by a very light sauce. Then, out of left field came the risotto. This was abundantly creamy, well seasoned with herbs, and cooked ideally. The critique I have is regarding the broccolini. These missed the mark in that they were very tough. What made the experience truly next level was the service. It was fast and perfectly attentive - making sure we were okay and taken care of while still allowing our date to go forward without abrupt interruption. Finally, while Seasons 52 is not exactly cheap, I think the value is fair considering the quality of product and service we received. Final verdict: Whatever happened in Massachusetts needs to be put in the archives. There's either a new sheriff in town, or it's just a new town! Whatever the case, this Seasons 52 delivers across the board, except, perhaps, for the broccolini.

    Filet Wood-Grilled Tenderloin Salad

We came in for a late lunch just after 3 on Sunday afternoon. The seasonal apple bourbon infusion was a delicious beginning - the apple was just right and the bourbon was strong. We had a Mac and cheese for the table, and we both ordered the filet salad. Everything was delicious. The mini dessert bites were good, though I would have enjoyed a more traditional dessert menu as we were celebrating my friend's birthday. Overall, this is a great place for a fine dining experience.

Food was good avocado toast and a grilled chicken. Jayson was an attentive bartender. The drink I had wasn't very good and the piece of mint was fairly wilted, dirty looking. Reservations for a Wednesday night? Said it was a 40 minute wait at 6 P.M. The bar area is rather tight fitting when it's full.

Sunday night @ 5:30. Seated immediately. Patrick, our server, provided impeccable service. Had: Caeser salad Pepperoni flatbread Philly cheesesteak flatbread Rainbow trout Tenderloin steak salad They were all beautifully presented, and they all tasted great. After dinner, we had their mini desserts. They're just a few bites each, and the perfect ending to a meal. We tried the oatmeal/marshmallow, the turtle cheesecake, the key lime, and the all chocolate. Yummmmmmmm..... Great experience! Great food. Greatest service.

Cesar Salad - a decent size

Had a dinner with my wife and even with an advanced OpenTable reservation still had a little wait to be seated around the dinner time rush. We had the lobster bisque which was awesome. Side Cesar Salad was just the right size. Prices were not totally crazy. Still have found memories of the old Chuy's Tex Mex who used to be in the same building in Orland Park. Service wasn't bad, but had to ask for refills as all the tables were full and busy.

5 stars for location, value, great tasting food, ambiance, and SERVICE- thank you, Jaysen! This is the happiest hour of my day!!! Thank you, Seasons 52 Oak Lawn and thank you very much Jaysen (bartender/server) and Rebecca (host) for the best service. Everything we ordered (which was everything in the happy hour menu) were spectacular! Special mention to all of the flatbreads. Perfectly topped, texture, and consistency. The crab cake also deserves a special mention, very crabby without the fishy smell. I'm very grateful to their happy hour menu and service. You are worth coming back for!

Waitress was great and super helpful. Food came out at such a reasonable price. The chicken was kind of dry but I really liked the dessert. Would come back but not get the same thing.

    Trout and filet mignon

The food was bland but the service was great. I got the trout and I couldn't believe the portion size of potatoes and vegetable they gave me with the fish. Literally about 4 small potatoes and 4 pieces of vegetable. But service was great that's about it.

We were about to leave town and we found season 52 so we decided to stop and get an early dinner. Boy were we pleased. We were seated right away in a nice table for the four of us. Our server came out took great care of us. She asked if we could guess where she was from and I guessed New York I was correct.. the food came out pretty quickly. Soup salad. I actually enjoyed a very delicious salad as did my wife she enjoyed a steak salad. My brother had the tacos which he said were excellent and I must say the drinks were excellent as well. Overall, I would highly recommend seasons 52 for the service, the food and the ambience all excellent

    Complimentary Hors d'oeuvres
    Maricel J.

I made online reservations for 4:30 pm and was so glad because it gets busy. The staff is wonderful. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and seated quickly. If you are a first-time patron, as we were, they are very appreciative and humble that you chose to dine with them. The ambiance is very elegant and beautiful. Our waitress was Nicole, and she was delightful! She asked if we were celebrating anything special. Hubby told her it was my birthday. She wished me a happy birthday and returned with a rose, table decor, and a card, along with complimentary champagne. One of the chefs came out and delivered complimentary Hors d'oeuvres, which was delicious. I am low-key when it comes to celebrating my birthday, but I truly appreciated how they went out of their way to make me feel special. She also answered all our questions, gave recommendations, and mentioned which items were the most popular. For starters, we ordered their crab cakes. Our entrees were the 8-oz filet mignon and lobster tail. We also ordered their loaded potato skillet. For dessert, hubby ordered the key lime, and I had the turtle cheesecake. Everything was cooked to perfection, and their desserts were so decadent! We will definitely be back!

From the outside, it looks small, but once you're in, it opens up into a much larger space with a relaxed, upscale vibe. I loved the small outdoor area out front for a casual sip, and there's a spacious tented area in the back that's perfect for events or extra seating. The concept of trying different wines is a fun and unique experience. Our favorite menu item was hands-down the Buffalo cauliflower bites--crispy, flavorful, and addictive. I also really enjoyed the Alaskan Pollock wings, which were a pleasant surprise. Parking is very limited, so be careful. Do not park in the lots of neighboring restaurants--you will get towed. Best option: park along the train tracks. The only downside for me was the TouchTunes jukebox. I was excited to play some music, but many of the songs I enjoy (which are not inappropriate by any means) weren't available. That was a little disappointing and took away from the vibe just a bit. Also, our waitress wasn't rude or mean, but she wasn't particularly warm or welcoming either--it left the service feeling just okay. Still, it's a great spot overall--worth visiting for the food, wine, and atmosphere!

It was 5:45, I didn't have a reservation, a they didn't have a table available until 7:30 but there were spots at the bar which they said was full service. My friend and I cozied up to it and ate there. What a surprisingly good experience. The staff was super friendly and that bartenders had great suggestions. I hate when people at the restaurant say everything is good. Not these young ladies. They made some sound suggestions which we followed. French onion soup and the steak frites were both excellent and priced well IMO. They have a really good whiskey/bourbon selection with a few hard to find bottles. I settled on a Blantons neat. They had Pappy, but I'm not wasting money on that anymore. Food came out quickly and we ate and watched a baseball game. The locals at the bar told us about their membership program where I guess for a small mo they fee you get a bottle of wine and a charcuterie plate once a month. Seemed like a pretty good deal. I don't live anywhere near there, but if I did I'd certainly join. In any case, if you live anywhere close, this is definitely a worthwhile restaurant to visit. Seems like there were quite a few singles there as well if you are looking to meet someone. I have no idea what the dating scene is like in Lemont, but this might be a good spot to try.

So personable, friendly and was very attentive. We began with cocktails, a Blanton's old-fashioned for him and a purple haze for me. Our server Amanda made the magic happen with my bubbly vodka cocktail at our table. Barrel & Vine makes great specialty cocktails. Hubby and I shared everything he ordered. The first thing we had was the imported burrata in a marinara sauce with rustic crostini. Creamy goodness. Yum! I loved that there were four large slices of grilled bread, perfect ratio of cheese to bread. I don't like when there's not enough bread for the amount of cheese on the plate. We then had the Tijuana's Best salad, which was their caesar salad. It's a typical caesar yet the best I've had. Not overly dressed. Hubby ordered an EH Taylor single barrel bourbon for the main event, a 32oz tomahawk steak with truffle fries and roasted brussels sprouts. The Fred Flintstone sized steak was perfectly seasoned and cooked to rare and came with four sauces on the side. We were able to choose our sides from the accompaniments on the menu. The ribeye was very tasty, however, there was grizzle in the piece that I cut for myself that I couldn't chew. Side note: I think it would be a nice touch if the restaurant sliced the meat and laid it next to the bone as presented at other restaurants. Both the brussels sprouts and truffle fries were good, but the fries were lacking the truffle taste. Needless to say, we couldn't possibly eat the whole 32oz ribeye so we brought leftovers home to enjoy again. The finale of our meal was a complimentary birthday dessert that Amanda chose - her favorite, a salty toffee skillet cookie. Amazing! It was a warm and gooey perfect ending to our dining experience. Barrel & Vine has two restaurant locations, Lemont and Plainfield. I highly recommend trying either.

THE MALBECKONING…read more SixtyFour Wine Bar is a winning concept in downtown Naperville. Much like what Tapville Social does for beer, SixtyFour follows the concept of guests having the freedom to pour their own drinks. This place is on Water St in Naperville, near Vasili's and Blue Sushi Sake. Street parking isn't plentiful so the garage is your best bet, especially in the evening. You can build your own charcuterie, but use caution: everything is a la carte and without much effort that cute cheese platter can swell upwards of $40. This happened to us on our 1st visit, I thought "yeah sure, add a $4 honeycomb and seasonal jams, why not" to go with the $9 prosciutto, $7 manchego, and $5 cornichons. More recently, I got the restaurant week pre-fixe ($49) which included a starter, entrée, dessert, and glass of champagne. Each course separately would've added up to $55 (not counting the bubbly), so this option saved a few bucks. Both my wife and I got a pour-your-own wine card, that set us back about $20pp. The wifey got a mix of a dozen west coast & east coast oysters ($36) that came with cocktail sauce and a zippy pomegranate mignonette. The goat cheese bruschetta ($13) was incredible: goat cheese spread on several large pieces of grilled sourdough with roasted tomato and balsamic. We loved this and would get it again in a heartbeat. 5/5 The dates ($13) were a different story, however, as they came with cranberry goat cheese, orange honey, and crushed walnuts. I've been so used to savory dates (wrapped in bacon with a tomato sauce) that this much sweeter iteration caught me off guard. They weren't objectively bad, I just wouldn't order them again. 3/5 For my main course, I chose the short rib ($31) as I've done several times now: tender beef with mashed potatoes, braised carrots, crispy onions, and a red wine jus. This is a delicious entrée that I find myself steering towards every time I'm here, as it pairs perfectly with a Malbec or red blend. 5/5 The gnocchi ($33) were fairly pricey which I attribute to big chunks of lobster in a white sauce. But what SixtyFour did felt like a "bastardization" of gnocchi (my wife's words, not mine) by turning it into a homemade mac 'n' cheese of sorts, cooking it in a mini cast iron skillet topped with toasted breadcrumbs. Say what?! "Breadcrumbs" and "gnocchi" should never be used in the same sentence, unless it's "hey honey I did that grocery shopping, and I got beer, eggs, wine, gnocchi, ice cream, laundry detergent, kitty litter, AAA batteries and a box of breadcrumbs". It tasted fine, but there was absolutely no need to innovate here. 1.5/5 We reached a split decision on the dirty chai crème brûlée ($11). My wife thought it was different but lovely, whereas I found it strayed too far from vanilla custard and the flavor was overpowering, as if I just snorted tea leaves. It was REALLY strong, y'all! 3/5 Bread = 3.5 Circuses = 4.5 Our server Melissa was attentive and let us know about the wine tasting inside near the hostess' stand. We had a couple small pours (1-2oz) which equated to a free half glass, no complaints there. Restrooms were clean and the outside patio has a relaxing ambiance. The vibes are classy, romantic even. * TL;DR * It's fun sampling bold reds, sweet whites, and even rosé in 1oz, 3oz, and 6oz pours. I pity the fool who grabs a glass, sticks it underneath the first tap they see up front and presses 'POUR' without realizing they just selected a 2014 Chateau Haut-Brion ...... which retails for $500 a bottle! A half glass is nearly $75! I'll stick with a $7 Shiraz, thanks. As for the food, it's been mostly great with only a few exceptions. The gnocchi was whack, and the chai crème brûlée was polarizing. Due to the presence of delicate wine glasses literally everywhere, I would keep kids away from here. Leave the little ones at home and come here for date night. SixtyFour lists themselves as a wine bar first and kitchen second, which I agree with. If what you're seeking is a kitchen *and* wine bar, hit up a Coopers Hawk. Both places have solid wine selections, but being able to enjoy wine on-demand is a big plus. I'd happily recommend SixtyFour to friends and family.
