Wouldn't recommend - we are in town for a sporting event and wanted something easy with American options so we stopped by Millers. When we arrived we were told there was a 15-20 minute wait, though the restaurant was not even half full. No problem, we provided our info and number and received a text that we were on the wait list. The good news, it didn't take the full amount of time and we were seated in the bar area. We waited a while before the bartender told us over the bar she would be right with us. It took several more minutes. She was very pleasant when she arrived and we ordered everything. Drinks arrived shortly there after (mostly waters). Then we waited... our side salads came out after about 10-15 minutes and then we waited another 25+ minutes for dinner to arrive. We ordered the beef sandwich, chicken pasta, kids boneless wings, and burger. After that long wait the food was disappointing. The burger had no flavor, and the wings had a weird after taste. The beef sandwich and chicken on the pasta were okay, but we didn't take anything away in boxes. We ended up paying on the kiosk because our server never came back until we got up to leave. They have amazing food. The calamari was so tender and crispy. Their loaded fries were perfect for sharing. The chowder was flavorful but maybe could have used a little more spice. The burger was flawless, it was a juice, tender, perfectly cooked burger. It was mouthwatering and it melted in your mouth. Highly recommend their burgers. Service: Not sure if something was going on with the waitress, but she gave us our appetizer and then came back 20 minutes to take our order for our meal. It wasn't busy at all and she wasn't attentive really, really disappointing bc we sat there with our finished appetizer and then it took her like 20 mins to take the rest of our order. As we were finishing up, she gave us a box to go and didn't come back for another 10 minutes to ask if we want dessert or our check, it just took too long for service. Atmosphere at this place is beautiful, a ton of TVs with good music. We heard the staff arguing about cleaning tables and there was a lot of attitudes in front of us with some staff members going at it. Not ideal to see that, but I get that it's frustrating. I'm really not sure about how I feel about this place. The lunch specials were good for the price... And a good way of tasting some of their entrees... They seem to focus on their zingers and their wings. To be honest, I've had better elsewhere but I'm focusing on their sauces and they were average in my opinion. I feel since they carry so many sauces they should focus on creating great sauces for their wings and zingers... Just my opinion .. My food was kind of taken too long. It wasn't really that busy. I'm fortunate that I wasn't in a rush, but I can't see people who are going there for lunch, making it in and out on time.. But that's just me.... If you are a sports fan, you are in luck. Christmas shipping makes a football fan thirsty. Millers in Orland is a team player, hydrating for continued performance. Phenomenal hot wings and loaded fries made a hectic afternoon of gift getting a lot more relaxing. My mom and I stopped by this location on a Tuesday afternoon. It was surprisingly lively for a weekday afternoon! We both decided to have burgers, which were okay. My mom had asked for her burger to be cooked medium rare, but that's not what she got. Both burgers were cooked medium well. Rather than complain, my mom just ate it. The food was decent but nothing spectacular. Both burgers fell apart, which was challenging, but we managed. We both opted for fries, and those were pretty good. I had a hankering for something sweet, so I also ordered the glazed donuts. They were warm and wonderful. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. I probably wouldn't visit this Miller's Ale again, though, because there are a plethora of (better) options in the immediate vicinity. read more

Had dinner with a large group and there was something for everyone. The food is pretty standard bar/chain fare but I went with the Mimi's fiesta bowl and it was very good. Lots of nice toppings and a hearty portion of protein (shrimp and chicken). I added guac and steamed broccoli and was very satisfied. The service was great and the prices were very reasonable. Went here for lunch while out doing Christmas shopping. And the food was great. For being a chain restaurants, it's one of the better ones. We had the loaded cheese fries , & the zingers. Also had a Margarita pitcher because there were two of us and it would have been cheaper to do that anyway. But the service was great, our waiter was on top of things. Always was attentive. The food was great, the zingers were obviously the best thing. We got it in hot sauce and it was just so juicy and were cooked great. We got 6 more to take home. Just had dinner to celebrate a friends graduation we had a table of 8. Dani was our server took care of everything we needed, could not have been happier with the service, food and drinks. Skye our mixologist was awesome ,drinks were excellent and delivered quickly after order was placed. Everyones food was hot and exactly as ordered. Tribute to our server as well as the kitchen for getting it right. The most amazing thing was that everything came out and other servers assisted to make sure everyone got their food quickly. Chris the manager also stopped by a couple times just to make sure everything was taken care of properly. Could not say enough great things about Millers, the service and the staff. I can only comment on the ribs I purchased. I did also get carry out so can't talk about really anything. I'm a Rib guy and have had them pretty much Everywhere in the Chicago are and suburbs. I cannot say that they are the best around but they were very good. Very tender and Sauce was decent as well. I purchased them Because of the Special they have on Monday and Tuesday which is 15.99,or half off the norm. And a side with it which I chose the fries. The fries were decent but a little light on the amount of fries. Bought 2 slabs,one for my Chica which she eats like a bird so I knew I would have leftovers the following day. #69/2023 Glad I took a chance and tried again. I had a terrible experience a few months back that I did not want to even Yelp out a review at Lombard Illinois location it was a train wreck from the get-go. Looking at that location unfortunately you can still see the reviews are not that great. They have expanded through the years they currently in their home base of Florida have 55 locations, Pennsylvania has eight Illinois here has seven of them. Sex in New York for New Jersey 3 in Tennessee and Maryland. Two in Georgia. Underrepresented with one restaurant each in Delaware in Ohio for currently as of the 22nd of September 2023. It was very clean when I walked into very nice I didn't notice here that the hostess and server not servers but servers are the ones that clean the tables they don't have a bus crew. Meanwhile down here in Orland Park right across from where Chuy's used to be the last one in the Chicago area now gone and the ironic thing is when I walked in and got seated I got served by Rose. She Looked familiar so it's kind of neat right across the parking lot she didn't have to go far for a job good deal. They were pretty busy when I came in but they seated me but it did take a few minutes to get somebody to my table which gave me a lot of time to peruse the menu take some pictures and a whole lot more. First thing when you walk in it's set up like any other Millers it's got probably 50 to 60 TVs on at all times there's about three different bar areas and dining areas but unlike a Chili's or a Cheddar's one thing you do notice though is it's a little louder so conversation sometimes you have to speak up. That being said I first ordered up looking at the menu for the liquor they still have the classic what I called the novel of booze which is really neat. They have a very large selection of choices on the menu of different styles from chicken fish pork steak and a whole lot more and burgers. There's some very appealing desserts but I knew what I was going to eat I would not need any dessert lol. They also have a handout which is basically your seasonal ipas and lagers on tap that are going around currently. This being the end of September almost they had the fall menu and I tried a Great lakes brewing of Cleveland Ohio Oktoberfest. I thought about getting the big 23 Oz mug but driving and the fact that it's a 6.5 alcohol volume it's kind of a strong one. It is a good regional beer it has a little bit more of a bite than a Samuel Adams but it was enjoyable made it all the way through the dinner too. Now that's where it really shines now I didn't get their famous singers which they have of course they're fresh and breaded chicken tenders with over 20 different sauces almost from mild to wild that people love. I would wonder their house favorite specialties they're take on the veal osso bucca and it's a pork osso bucca. Which is basically a giant pork shank that comes with mashed potatoes and gravy and your side choice of either seasonal vegetable or broccoli I went with broccoli I asked them to make it steamed a little extra so it's nice and soft. It was fantastic the shank it was just you can almost just tap it against the plate and the pork fell right off the bone.. I would have liked a little extra on the potatoes but I understand their portioning the broccoli was very generous though a little I think some kind of cheese on top nice and soft. Son I finish eating my meal I enjoyed it. I'm glad I took a chance on this one after checking Yelp and Google reviews for the most part this place was definitely hands above way better than the Lombard location I was at. Not Play favorites but I do say it as it is. I will definitely be returning here again very soon I was very impressed also with the menu too. read more

My friend and I had a great dining experience on a Monday night. The waiter was busy but still checked on us several times . The dinner special was a full rack of baby back ribs . We stopped in on Saturday evening before heading to Tinley for a concert, and I am so happy we did. The atmosphere was nice TV's everywhere, air conditioning on point, Service was Amazing and the food was Delicious! I order the Classic Cheeseburger it was cooked perfectly and my hubby ordered the 35 Fried Shrimp ( the only complaint is not enough cocktail sauce) Beer was served in a frosted glass ( which I Love), Our server Branden was the BEST he was on top of everything. This was our third visit to Millers and the second at this location. The first time, we ordered a lot of food, two fries platters, two entries and a few other things. We came across Mango flavored Blue moon for our first time and it was an instant hit. We were so impressed that we thought we would invite more people next time. The second time, we invited a few friends to join us at the Chicago Ridge location and it was again a blast. The last time we went to the Orland Park location, the staff was amazing like always but the food had a few issues. The mozzarella sticks were slightly cold and the cheese wasn't string like normal. The wings were the worst part, chewy full of extra skin and downright bland with one of the hottest sauces. Lesson learned on the last one, avoid the wings. read more

After getting our waters, I made clear that I had a gluten allergy and asked her opinion about what was safe on the menu. She walked me through some choices (pretty basic like salad, fajita bowl, etc.) but when I ordered a cider, she brought me a Miller Light. In normal circumstances, this would be no big deal, but if I had taken a drink, I would've quickly made a dash for the restroom and foregone my lunch.
