    Pho with raw beef.

Happy Bowl has been my go to since Tot and Noonie's noodles have closed. They have always treated me right! Enjoy the pho, fresh noodles(vermicelli), and fresh rolls. Sometimes they have given me appetizers on the house which is so sweet.

One of my friends suggested we try here. I have been missing some of the comforts of home, so I ordered the vermicelli noodles with shrimp. This was sooooooo good! Nice crisp vegetables and just the right seasoning of the sauce. I can get use to living out here since some of the things I love can be found. The dining room looks inviting and the staff was very friendly, bu we went back to campus. Definitely worth coming to!

Love this place! I came here a few years ago on a road trip passing through Ashland. Recently I came back on a trip to Ashland and knew I had to come back here. The beef chow fun is my favorite. The noodles are chewy and the beef is tender. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Friendly service and has a cute vibe inside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I will definitely be back on my next trip to Ashland!

I really like the environment and the drinks. The dishes are delicious in large quantities There will be extra dishes at the party

It's delicious. It's a lot of food. I've heard that the soup here is cooked day and night. It's nutritious

For authentic Chinese home-style dishes, talk to them one to two days in advance. Yummy!

The food is actually good as long as you know what you're ordering because if you're not familiar with the food, you might end up not liking it. Service is great, they help you as soon as they can. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It is clean but the space isn't much so if its crowded, itll be tight to go through.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Update: I went in again order boba taro, I had paid for the boba extra. Then they said they dont have boba. So I was like didn't I pay extra for the boba but they didn't bother mentioning they should give the money back. I am not unsatisfied with the service. Please do make sure you have extra boba and don't steal our money.

In a word - 'awful.' Horrible taste and texture. Threw $55 worth of food away. How hard is it to produce decent Chinese food?

The chili oil and peppers were incredibly fragrant, with layers of flavor that made the dish unforgettable. The Boiled Beef was equally delicious. The broth was rich, thick, and packed with flavor, and the beef was tender and perfectly cooked. Every bite was satisfying. Everything was so good that we completely cleaned our plates before realizing we had forgotten to take photos! We even ordered a Beef Chow Fun to go because we wanted more. On top of the excellent food, both the owner and his wife were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. It's rare to discover such authentic and delicious Chinese food in a small, out-of-the-way town. This place was a hidden gem, and we'll definitely be coming back.

It came out fairly quickly and was delivered by the robot as well as the woman who took my order. First of all the pancakes were the best I have ever seen at any Asian restaurant ever!!!! they were hot, thin, delicate, but strong and tasted great. The Moo Shu mixture itself was fine; however, no sauce was provided. I've never had that experience. Always before either plum sauce or hoisin sauce has been provided and it makes the dish wonderful. I would've asked for hoisin sauce, but I never saw my server again. She never came back to check on me until it was time to pay the bill. I am going to go back and give it another try but this time when I placed my order, I am going to specify that I would like hoisin sauce. If I were going to recommend any improvement for this restaurant, it would be that the server is more friendly and checks in on you a few minutes after serving you to ask if you need anything else so that you can fully enjoy your meal.

The place was practically empty- white everything with black diner seats & red/floral decorations on the walls. Long, narrow passage- greeted with delayed warmth from a boisterous lady. She recommended "more bang for your buck" combinations, so I'll hafta try the ala carte entrees later. I got the crab puffs (8 for $10.25)- they were fun! Triangles vs those 'purses'. Classic krab & cream cheese, but also has diced onion! A note of freshness & packed to the gills! And the egg flower soup ('small' bowl for $6)- simple, pretty straightforward... not enough salt, so shoyu helped. Some corn, pretty sure that's why it was so thick. The #15 ($15.50) came with pork fried rice, mar far chicken & moo goo gai pan... they did not come to play! The fried rice was a little overpowered by green onion, but that's where their pink sauce really came in handy- talk about balance! Their mar far wasn't little nuggets- they were like a breast, battered & fried, THEN cut into strips! So filling! And the moo goo gai pan was refreshing- big slices of carrot, onion, cabbage, mushrooms & broccoli with slices of chicken. Heartwarming, really. With hot tea (one pot for $1?!) & a fortune cookie, came to $32.75. With tip, overall total sat at just under $40. I'm glad I stopped in- this really was a phoenix rising from the proverbial ashes; Phoenix needs a win after Alameda & this place is helping keep them strong. Highly recommend
